One of our new features is the ability to tell everyone if you are available to Host other people's TVs. What you need to do is: (1) Go to 'Control Panel' in the menu bar. (2) Click on 'Edit Profile'. (3) Find the choice button for Hosting (sixth line down) and change the 'No' to 'Yes'! Now everyone knows you are available to host. Please, if you are no longer available as a Host, could you let us know direct (PM Isobel&Neil), as well as clicking the 'No' button back on.  If you are a TrailHost you will need to let your TrailOrganiser know, and if you have offered to Host lots of other people's TVs, it would be helpful (and polite) if you could let them know to remove you from the TV's itineraries if you are taking a break.  And, of course, send on any TVs you have staying with you!  So many things to remember !!

Don't forget to change your status to 'Yes' if you are available to Host. And don't forget that it is fine to draw up an itinerary and decide on how many TVs you can Host during any one month - and stick to it ... Please don't sign up to every TV going, and then find yourself overwhelmed with 8 or 9 of them
