Hi all, We are making some minor improvements to the existing site, some of which are in preparation for the migration that will happen once the new version of the website is available. Part of this process has been to look through the data we have, and where possible/sensible, reduce the volume.  A key area identified is the PM system.  There are around 280,000 messages in the PM system and about 250,000 of these are more than 3 years old.  It would make a big difference to the database performance if these were removed, and we would like to propose that they are deleted.  However we want to give you a chance to go through any messages you may have (i.e. older than 3 years) in case they contain any information that you might need in the future. So, please can you take a look through any PM messages you have that are more than 3 years old and save anything you need.  We will remove all messages more than 3 years old on the weekend of 1st March 2015.
