I tried to add a forum avatar for myself, but the following page is displayed when I click the "edit avatar" link in control panel:

I'd just retry - sometimes that happens and then when you retry a little bit later it works. :-)

Or was it you were having trouble uploading it? If that's the case I find sometimes uploading it from your computer/hard drive it works best and uploads fine - when you try to upload it from a link it doesn't ever seem to work like that for me...

I'm currently busy with school so it's hard to make posts all the time, but I am active on the site and I update when I can - I don't like at-home updates as when I go new places and take them with me. I also like to host TV's for a longer period than a few weeks, so they can see more of Australia while visiting me... please take that into account when messaging me with a want for me to host your little one! :-)

Would you like to host any of my toyvoyagers?
Fred Lion visiting RockVixen07 in Texas. Harold Giraffe visiting anni in Germany. Hedgie visiting AbbyB in Canada.

MIA Toyvoyagers:

Contact me if you'd like to host any of my toyvoyagers. :-)

There is currently a problem with adding an avatar if you are using the 'Classic' view. Here's what you need to do:

1) Switch to the new design
Go to Control Panel -> Edit Preferences and then untick the box that says 'Use Classic Design'

2) Choose Edit Avatar from the MyStuff menu. Upload your avatar here and it should work okay.

We are looking into resolving this issue as soon as possible.

This bug should now be fixed.

There has been a slight change, now you can only upload an avatar, rather than link to one on another website.

If you've already got an avatar that links to an image on another site, it should still work fine though.

Let me know if there are any problems

Neil
