European ToyVoyager Trail 2012

The European ToyVoyager Trail 2012 will start in March 2012. So here are the rules: Hosts: To become a host on the European ToyVoyager Trail (ETVT) - you have to be an active member of the ToyVoyager community for at least three months. - you should have hosted some ToyVoyagers to get used to updating the travelog and updating photos. -you should have written updates regularly, at least three per visit. - you should have stayed in contact with the owners of the TVs and sent the TVs on time where they were supposed to be sent, to another host or home. - you must be at least 18 years old. As a host on the ETVT you would have to host one TV from the ETVT at a time. The trail-travellers usually spend one month including travelling time with each host. You should write at least 3 updates in this time - with nice photos - and not only group-photos! You would be informed by the trail organiser when to send the TV to the next trail host. You would have to write a short notice in the forum thread, so everybody who is involved will be informed. If you would like to become a trail host please write a notice here in this thread and contact the trail organiser RikeH via pm. There will a waiting list for new members. Owners: If you wish to send your TV on the ETVT, you should - write a notice here in this thread  and contact the TrailOrganiser - RikeH - to see if there is room for your TV on the Trail or if it could start later. Please send your TV to the address you will be told. - send it with no extra baggage! - your TV should not be a big one. Please ask RikeH, if your TV fit into the Trail. - be prepared for it to be away for the full duration of the ETVT - please don't ask for your TV back until it has been to 5 Hosts on the Trail, as this causes extra work for the TrailOrganiser. - check in regularly, because your toyvoyager will travel home to you, if you didn't check in for one month. - stay in contact with the current host and the trail organizer. Important : It is the owners risk to send a toyvoyager on the trail, just like it is, if you send a toyvoyager on to a "normal" host! Your TV will join the Trail at any point, then spend about one month (including travelling time) with the first host before moving on to the next one. This will continue until 5 Hosts on the Trail have looked after your TV. During your TV's last stay on the Trail, you'll be contacted to find out its next destination (which could be back to you, or on to another Host. You can be assured that all Trail Hosts are active members, and all have been so for at least three months. You can check out their profiles, and the other TVs they have hosted, by clicking on their names in the above list. KalliHH will visit iloveletters and leave the trail after the visit. Creamsheep will start in March. Shesh will start in March. Pelly will start in March So we have one open place for a ToyVoyager starting in March and one open place for a ToyVoyager starting in April. If you want one of your TVs travelling on the ETVT 2012 you can post it here. AND you have to send a PM to RikeH.
