I voted for most of the categories a while ago, but I still need to decide on 'Best Landscape' and 'Best Action Shot'. All of the photos in these two categories are so amazing I can't choose between them! But I am going to have to decide quick before the voting closes. Just thought I'd post this as encouragement to anyone who hasn't voted yet 
Also, I have a question: Why are the photos featured pretty old? Like, from 2010? 2011 has just ended, so aren't we a year behind? If the contest was originally started halfway through the year, wouldn't it make more sense to join the year and a half of nominations together so that we can then start fresh in a new year? Hmm. Not sure if I've explained this very well, sorry if I've misunderstood.
GoldenBears is a wonderful event on the site by the way Seeing the gallery of pictures is really interesting, and sums up the adventures in the year they were taken from.
Note: 'Best travelog', 'Best writing' and 'Classics' have the least votes, presumably because they take longer to decide on, but they are good categories so please vote if possible!

Hello, I have been locked out of my account for a long time as I had forgotten my password. I had made another account (Gizalba2) so I was updating from there for a while, however I am back using this one now
TVs I still have whose owners have been absent for over a year:
Pengy, Tapsi and Jala

It was the Golden Bear of last year with photos of 2010. Last year we had several problems with showing the photos in the travelogs due to the server problems. Then I had been out with time and had to wait for more time to get things finished. Then I had finished everything and had to wait for the admins okay. That's why there are still the votings for photos of 2010
In June/July we will start to nominate the photos of 2011. Some categories will change, deleted or added. So first this Golden Bear will come to an end and soon we have the regular Golden Bear 2012. Watch the forum for this too.
I'm sorry, that the last one took such a long time, but better now than never. I hope, everyone can agree to this.

I'm sure, there had been more members than only you, who put some categories aside, because I see so many different numbers of votings in the different categories.
Now we have 23 more votes (Landscape category - I didn't check the others)

If you think voting is hard, how about nominating!? That was a monumental task! all those wonderful photos to choose 3 from for a particular category!
