Thank you, Petra, for the wonderful variety of houses and building Fiona Yenien gets to see!
I just couldn't believe those half-timber houses in Austria were real homes when I visited. Straight from the fairy tales.

With her friends, found a way to fly in Finland where I hope she will stay forever. It turns out she's more Finn than American. just lit up watching a beautiful Danish sunset. Timothy III and were treasure hunters in Bolivia. Henrik met on the shelf of a Wisconsin shop.

Me, too; I'm enjoying the updates from Germany.
LOL, yes, Petra, I remember the Herbie movie very well. VW Bugs and Carmen Ghias were very popular in the U.S. in the '60s. Bugs are back again, I see several parked in my neighborhood.
