Hi! I'm MokoMoko! It's my first post. And I just want to say: "Hello!" Travelling it's great. But I decided to stay with my mommy and we will travel together. I want to see as many new things, as possible!

Hi! We are going to Minsk, Belarus! By the train! Which name is "White stork"! Great name, i think. I'm so happy! It is my first journey. Yaaaay!


There are storks even on the curtains!




Mommy prepared our tickets and allowed me to choose something from the travelling menu. I like grapefruit juice




It was night beyond the window. And I stared into the distance a little. Night lights, tap of wheels... real travel atmosphere!

Hi again! I'm in Minsk now. Great city! Very clean and calm. At first day in Minsk we went a lot! There are many beautiful buildings here. I heard, that there aren't two equal buildings in this city. Maybe now it's not entirely true (in new blocks). But old historical streets are unique!




We came to the main post office and sent very nice card to Granny to Russia. She studied in Minsk at the State Economic University.




And bougth so beautiful set of postcards with wild animals of Belarus! I liiiiiiiike it very much!




The most part of our day we walked in the city, looking over it. Monuments, parks, ponds, shops, signs and posters - everything was very interesting for us.









Mommy had a map. And she explained me how to orient with it.




It was very saturated day! So many impressions.




I got tired a little. Mommy took me into her bag and we went to our host in Minsk to take a rest before our next travel-day.

Hello! I just want to tell a little about our host house. This old lady is a colonel of police in retirement. So you can say - keep your jokes to yourself with her! But she's not so serious we found out. She is very cheerful, merry person and have a good sense of humour! "You should just get accustomed," - mommy said. And I did
Also she has very extravagant style. And her house too!

Everywhere here you can see a lot of figurines of animals (dogs, cats, deers and others), innumerable tea-sets, artificial flowers, pictures with nude people, beads, bows and lots of other astonishing things.

All in all it was very interesting to meet her. She told us many exciting stories about her life, work and people. And advised what else to see in Minsk.

Hi! Today we continued to see the sights of Minsk. We began from the Independence Avenue. There are many national universities and government buildings here.



This is the Independence Square. There is a beautiful fountain here. With great birds - sweeps or storks. I don't know exactly.





Right here the main Roman-Catholic church in Minsk is situated. Church of St. Simeon and St. Helena.







We bought several magnets for friends. I helped to choose them certainly



Then we went to have a bite something and to take a rest. The cafe's name was Lido. It was very beautiful and cozy!



Our friends entertained me. It was very tasty!!!



Yumm-yumm!



I tasted a bit of that, a bit of the other one and it was hard to stop , while mommy said - "It is enough. Or it will be hard to continue a walk for you!"



And she was right! After hearty lunch I wanted only to go home and take a rest. Moreover it began raining a little and we decided - go to the cinema to wait till rain is over.

And nevertheless our journey goes on!

Hi hi! It's me again This day we went to the national library, from the top of which you can see all city! At first we took the underground. It's not very deep, sunch in Kiyev or Moscow.



Then we walked a bit. And I saw many beautiful decorated with mosaic buildins. They were so colourful. I liked them.



Oh! I found such a pretty car! It was like a ladybird! It's my dream now



Then we came to the library and bought tickets for all of us. And for me too Tickets are necessary in order to get up to the sight ground.





I have never been so high! It took my breath away!!! But it was so marvelous!







Then we walked along the Svislach river bank to the Eyewater Island. I asked mommy to do a little stop here and we fed ducks with bread. They are so friendly here





The Eyewater Island is a memorial complex devoted to the World War II. There is also the Crying Angel statue on the island.



I knew it was my last day in Minsk and was a little sad. But our friend Natasha presented us two hair-pins from her wedding diadem as a keepsake and we agreed to meet again next year!



So I'm not sad anymore and our journey goes on!

Hi! Today Mirembe arrived! She is from the UK and will live with us some time. I was very surprised, when she came out from the envelope and presented some gifts to me! I like guests! Now we do many things together and she is very funny. Soon we will go to the sea. And Mirembe too! We became good friends.

We are in Crimea now! It's a wonderful place in the south of Ukraine. We have been here earlier. We decided to visit some new places on the coast. And chose a little settlement at the east of the peninsula - Ordjonikidze. There are beautiful mountains here. In ancient times there was a volcano Kara-Dag. Now he sleeps. I wonder what volcano's dreams are like...

Days in Ordjonikidze flown very imperceptibly! When you feel good, it is always so.

Hello! I'm in Simferopol today. We are waiting for our train and walking near the railway station.  It is sad to leave Crimea. Hope we will return soon!

Hi! Today we went a lot, buying presents for relatives and friends, cause we're going to visit our homeland next week. It's so exciting! We haven't been there for a long time! We bought many interesting things, especially a nice present, I think, was a lemur YooHoo! He was sooo lovely! That we want another one for us!







Then we chose a postcard for Mirembe's next host. She'll leave us tomorrow





After that we did a farewell photo with all my friends and Mirembe. It was very difficult to organize all of them. As ever turmoil began! Especially little cockerel from matreshka's family! With his striking talent - to get underfoot everytime! Finally all became quiet.



It will be very hard to part with Mirembe, but we will stay a good friends, I know.









So life goes on and our journey too!

We posted Mirembe to Germany today. It was sad a little and I sat in the mommy's bag firstly. But nevertheless I decided to climb out and helped her to pack up all things to envelope.

Hellooooo! It's me! Did you miss me? We are in Vologda now. It's our fatherland. Today we visit historical centre of the city. Sophia's cathedral and bell tower. Vologda is very green now. I like our city very much!

There are many old wood houses with carved palisades. Carved palisade is one of the symbols of Vologda.

Hi, fellas! We had a little walk by bikes this day. We went to Priluki. It's a district of Vologda since 1993. Before it was a separate settlement. Very beautiful monastery is situated here. We didn't came up to it. So you can see monastery from a distance only. But it's very nice even from afar.



It's our bikes Green for me and Mommy, and black for Mommy's friend.

Sunset. Last summer days occured very mild!



We saw a big big flock of crows or pigeons. I don't know exactly.



It's a pity, that summer is over. But at the same time - fall is very colourful and interesting time too. And besides it will be Mommy's birthday soon!



Then we went back to Vologda. It was evening already.



At home. I liked to cycle.

Hello! It's the last day of summer and I just want to say, that this summer was very special for me. I saw many marvelous places! TV help me to show my advetures to other people. And I think it will be interesting not only for others, but for me and Mommy too - when winter will come, we will view our travels sitting on a warm sofa with cups of tea and will remember this great time with pleasure!

Today we were at home almost all day, only in the evening we went for a walk with our dog Nikita around antiaircraft gun monument not far from our house.



Oh! Also I found this cool graffiti with Kurt.



After our walk an unpleasant accident happened - Nikita bite my nose off. I'm not very angry, because he is just a dog, but Mommy was very indignant. It was funny a little, how she tried to shame Nikita but, i think, he didn't understand "all the tragedy of this situation".

Hi! There was not a lot of time to write something. But now I have So I tell about 1st September in our home town. This day was special, because all pupils and students began a new school and academic year. The first school day's mood is very exciting anyway, no matter how old you are!



We went for a walk. To admire our city. Carved palisades...



Beautiful alleys and monuments (such as Pushkinskaya str., in honour of a famous russian poet Alexander Pushkin. I know several of his poems by the way ).

We met first-formers, they were so nice in their first uniform. 



It's a mailbox for letters to Santa and Grandfather Frost. We decided, that it is early a little to send my letter to him. But in a few months, i think it will be the right time.
