Hi Mummy,
we thought what to do with this load of chili peppers and decided to prepare a hot chili paste. Katja found some garlic, sea salt and olive oil, this should have been enough.

First we removed the cores from the chili husks.

Garlic and husks were minced ...

... and given into the mixer with sea salt and olive oil.
