Travelog post for: Lollipop

Hi Mummy,
I arrived in Remscheid today. That was a really short trip!



I was welcomed by my host Katja and four ToyVoyagers. There  were  rat Fester, kangaroo Tilda, goose Hendrieke and Wadworth Bear.



Katja took me with her when she went shopping. So she could show me the town centre.

Here you can see house where I live now. It's the house on the left side, our apartment is in the attic  storey.



This photo is taken on our way to the town centre.



We had to walk for about 10 minutes. Then we already reached the pedestrian area. Because Remscheid is an industrial town, famous for tools, the entrance to the pedestrian area is marked by these giant forceps.



This is the town hall. Hidden behind the trees on the left side the office where Katja is working is located.



Now I will show you come pictures made in the shopping street. We had to walk to the post office because Katja had to send a few things. There was one envelope with funny stickers, containing a birthday card and a larger envelope to the Netherlands.







Unfortunately this is not a real ice cream!



Did you notice the dark clouds on my first pictures? After walking for half an hour the weather looks much better.





Katja told me that she is going to make wafers in the afternoon. That sounds great. I can't wait to taste something sweet and rich in calories.
