My breakfast today is a local style red bean pudding.
It's sweet in taste and the red bean are chewy~
People used to call it "bowl-pudding",
because it's poured into a little bowl to wait for it to cool down to become jelly like.
After it's cool, they will used the bamboo stick to take it out,
just like the way you see it in the photo.
The one I had is made from yello sugar, so the colour is a bit brown,
another one is made from white sugar, that the colour is white.
