People used to have "cool tea" when they had too much fried food.
"cool tea" is not really a cool tea, just because in the theory of chinese medicine,
fried food is something "hot", so having "cool tea" can help. 
"cool tea" is a drink made of some chinese herbs,
there are many kinds of tea, the one I had today is "24 taste",
it's because it's made of 24 different herbs.
And the herbal jelly as well, but its taste is bitter that I have to add some sugar.
