Today I helped in the kitchen, we prepared  chicken with broccoli and leeks, it was so yummy! 
Of course I had some trouble at first trying to find the right ingredients, because I had no idea what they were 
I learned that chicken is pollo in spanish, broccoli is brocoli, carrot is zanahoria and leek is puerro.
