Hi! sorry we have not updated in a while!  The weather has been terrible even though it's summer!  Lately my host has stayed in and done some cooking  and I helped!

I had my picture taken in the rain and only just managed to stay dry!


My host is a vegan so we have to use different types of ingredients for her cooking.


We made Banana Bread and here I am with the mixing bowl, it was a long way up so i had some help 


Here it is ready to cook.


And here is a slice of the finished loaf!  It was very yummy!


When the weather clears up, we will be out and about again!
