Travelog post for: Takkie

Hi Mom!
Last week my host went to have dinner with some friends at Downtown Disneyland.  I got to be really close to the theme parks but we didn't have enough time to go in :/  maybe another day!

Here I am at the enterance...


we decide to take a look around while we wait for my hosts' friend...
Here is a walkway to the Disneyland hotel...

Then we decided to visit the entrance to California Adventure
you probably can't see it in this picture but there are big letters that spell out "California" behind me

I decide to take a picture by the N for "Netherlands"


We then decide to head back to get dinner at the Rainforest Cafe...it's amazing in there!

I decide to explore the "jungle"!

This fish tank was nice...I could just stay here and stare at the fish all night.

Inside they have a big waterfall too and every half hour or so there is a "storm" and the lights go down and the animals make noise...just as if you were in a rainforest.

And a view of the gift shop...looks like this bird knows what it wants to buy...


On the way out I decide to take a picture with my new friend...



He said I was welcomed back anytime.

After dinner it was cold and it started to rain so we decided to spend a little time in the lobby of a near by hotel...the Grand California Hotel.
It is a nice lobby...




After that it was time to go home...my host and her friends all had work the next morning!
