Hey Mom,

today I could go with my host-mom to another school. One day per month she and 3 other mothers are cooking a meal for 70  pupils. Most time they cook a vegetable soup.

You need

1 kg onions
2 kg carrots
4 kg leeks
1 celey
8 kg potatoes
a little bit parcley
500 g butter
1 kg creme fraiche
15 l vegetable broth
70 Wiener Würstchen :-)

There are only a few days here in Weilburg and I am looking forward to my next host!
