By: heynizajude

Hello mum!
Schnappi here to tell you about  my day (: We went around the city again and it was pretty nice even tough it was extremely hot!

We had to get a slushy to refresh

Then we went to el Palacio de Bellas Artes (the palace of the beautiful arts) that was built in 1934 and is a cultural center

Inside there are some beautiful murals from the most important artists of the mexican muralism art movement, we couldn't take lots of pictures because there was a lot of people but here are some from Diego Rivera murals:

The Hemiciclo a Juárez, a monument to a very important former mexican president, this monument is actually on the 20 pesos bills!

Alameda Central, one of the main streets in Mexico city, on the back you can see a bit of the monument to mexican revolution

When we came home we got a nice surprise, another two tv's from Germany! They are Sansibar and Lou
Niza lent us her german-spanish dictionary to practice our español a little bit, when I go home I will teach you some ;)
