We have a busy day ahead of us since we have to catch a bus in the afternoon. We are aiming to hit up all the memorials and maybe a museum before we leave.

Here I am at the Capitol building...you can see that they are already setting up for the inauguration that will happen later in January.



By the Capitol was this statue of Ulysses S. Grant


In the distance you can see the Washington Monument.

We then made our way to the White House.

Phew...what a busy day! We then made our way to our bus and headed back to New York.
