Great News! Kameron's travel tag has arrived! I will be taking him to Gainesville tomorrow for his very first trip outside the house - and will document his journey. I hope this quick trip will let him see what the world is like close to home - and let him get a feel for what traveling is like. Then, I'll realease him to the rest of the world!

I only ask that each Foster Family not only posts a travel update here, but also sends an e-mail to kameronkeaystravels@gmail.com to let me know where he is - and who has him.

Also - if we can all treat Kameron with great care so that he returns home safe and sound! Feel free to buy Kameron a change of clothing unique to the place he is visiting - but pack his old clothes in the suitcase to return home.

Please take care of my little bear!

Kameron's fist stop today was at The Toad Stool Inn. Unfortunately, he found that he was too large to utilize the facilities and had to look elsewhere for a place to rest. Good thing he was on his way to visit Daddy at Shands Hospital in Gainesville!!! Kameron was able to get lots of rest there!

Kameron just took off from home with his Gran & Papa. They will be showing him around Rockledge FL - then taking him on his first plane trip to Seattle, WA!!!!

Kameron's goals for Seattle are:

1. See Bono's glasses at the Experience Music Project
2. Meet a Moose at the Wild Animal Park
3. Play in the snow at the top of Mt. Rainer.
4. See all of Seattle from the top of the Space Needle
5. Take a day trip to Victoria, BC in Canada!

I'm sure Kameron's cousins will find all kind of neat sites to visit as well. Kameron is going to have a ton of fun! He takes off for Seattle on June 22nd - let's wish him a safe first journey!

Kameron visited Kennedy Space Center' NASA Shuttle Logistics Depot today. He enjoyed the visit but felt "out-of-place" as he was the only bear there. Kameron had his picture taken and was also presented his first pin as a rememberance of his day at KSC NSLD. Let this be his first pin of many to help mark his journey. Oh by the way - Tropical Storm Alberto is approaching the west coast of Florida tonight with tropical storm winds of 70 miles per hour! Kameron says he is lucky to be on the east coast!

This is Kameron!  I'm so excited to be reporting to you LIVE from aboard the plane.  We're on our way from Rockledge, FL to Seattle, WA to visit the relatives for a few weeks.  Gran & Papa have kindly taken me under their wing, and allowed me to tag along on their trip.  Here's a photo of me flying high up in the sky!!  Look - we're IN THE CLOUDS!!!

Here's a few photos of the realtives.  The big Guy is my Paternal Grand Dad - I don't get to see him nearly often enough.  And the second photo is me and my cousin - we're sharing a jug of Bug Juice.  I've been told this is a favorite amoung American kids at Summer Camp - but it just tastes like fruit punch to me.

I know that I'll see MANY wonderful places on my travels - but I think that THIS house right here may be the place I retire to when my travels are complete.

It's called Snoqualmie Falls - isn't it just BEAUTIFUL!

Today we visited the location where that TV show was filmed - Twin Peaks.  You know - it was a really WEIRD show.  I had my photo taken "on set" of the train yard - while this is CLOSE to appearing on a TV show - it doesn't quiet meet my goal - I must have my 15 minutes of fame!  We also took some time out to get back to our roots - climbed a few trees and got in touch with Mother Nature.

Kameron has returned back to Orlando after a VERY VERY long stay with his cousins in Seattle, WA.  And he's just in time to take a trip with us to Pennsylvania and up to Niagra Falls.  A very lucky someone will find Kameron at the Visitors Center at Niagra Falls.  Please take good care of him!  He would love to see some sites around Canada before being passed on to another friend.

Remember - he's a Toy Voyager.  He needs to be set free once he's finished his visit with you!

Thanks!

Willo

After a rainy day in the Niagara Falls area, Kameron was left on the wall outside the Canada side of the Falls.  We circled round the Vistitors building and came back to see if he had been picked up .... and I'm sad to say that Kameron had been arressted by a Royal Canadian Mountie!!!  He was last seen handcuffed to the mount of the officer exclaiming - "I'm innocent!  I swear I didn't want to jump!!!"

We can only hope that Kameron surrives his bout in the Canadian slammer and come out not only in once piece .. but continuing his adventure!!

I guess these are the risks our Voyagers take when they head off into the world alone!

If the kind and handsome officer that found him decides Kameron is harmless .. it would be wonderful if you passed him on to another kind person to continue his journey!

Kameron now wears a "Niagara Falls" T-shirt. He took the driver's seat of a police cruiser and had a "Tim Horton's" coffee. Nice morning in Niagara Falls.

Today, Kameron visited Niagara Falls Fire Stn #5, also known as the Willoughby Volunteer Fire Dept.  Named after the Township of Willoughby which a number of years ago became part of the City of Niagara Falls.  He got a ride on one of the nicest and newest trucks in the city, Pumper 5.  He had lots of fun visiting his fire friends before he went back to the police department for the grand tour.
