Last night I arrived Goettingen, Lower Saxony, with my mum. My mum studies in Goettingen, so that is the reason why I change the place. First travel, if you can say that.
Today is my last day at home. I am so excited to leave my place. First travel destination is Hanover, also in Lower Saxony.
But before I start my journey around the world  , I show you something about me.
Of course I like it cold.

Hi guys!

Those are the pictures taken on my last day in Bremen. I'm pretty small in some. Can you find me in each?
We didn't go to the medieval market, the Weser and many other fine places in this beautiful town but even without having done so my host took plenty pictures!
A boy tried to grab me at the Christmas market but Snille was quick enough to put her hand on me B)
Afterwards she has set me on my way to the USA....let's see what awaits me.....

I made it to Oklahoma during the night. I was first greeted by my host and one of her TV's Kalso. Kalso is the same kind of penguin that I am! He was so cute in his clothes. He had a very charming top hat, a handsome vest, and a lovely blue crocheted scarf. I think I might have a crush.

I also got to meet Sveni the moose who also just arrived, Myka (who is my previous host's toy), Schnattchen the duck, and a Dodo Bird that isn't a Toyvoyager. The dodo is part of a toy project called Steampunk Mascots. The Airship Horizons Captain, my host, makes toys and steampunk accessories that you can mix and match on the toy. My host says she doesn't name any of the toys she plans to sell, so that the Airship crews and Steampunk fans can name their own Mascot... and so she doesn't get so attached that she can't give them up!

I added my letter into the TV Book that my hosts keeps all our memories in. I thought it was a great idea. She even put a fabric cover over it and puts postage stamps on the first page in the book. You'll notice the blank spots - we covered up and edited out any travel log passwords from the photos for privacy.

I had a lovely meet and greet tonight and I'm looking forward to the rest of the weekend <3 Love you!

We played with a bunch of Steampunk stuff and we had fun! They have a more western style steampunk here in Oklahoma. They like pistols, flintlocks, and the worn "old" look... poker cards... that sort of thing. It's pretty neat!

The handsome penguin in the photos with me is Kalso <3

March 3rd is the Girls' Day in Japan. It is also known as Hina Matsuri. It means "Doll Festival".
hanachan displays beautiful dolls representing Emperor and Empress in ancient court costumes. This is the tradition that parents pray for their girls' growth and happiness.
Boys? Don't worry, May 5th is the day of Boy's Festival :D It is also the day to celebrate the healthy growth of children.

We came to Kurashiki-city, Okayama pref.
Our train ran across the Seto Ohashi Bridge over the Inland Sea. Unfortunately we saw nothing out of the window in the stormy weather when the train was running on the sea.

This area is kept the old city view of Tokugawa Shogunate period. (17th-19th century)
There are many historical houses beside the canal. These were once used as warehouse of cotton.
"Kura" of the city's name means warehouse in Japanese.

Mom, what do you think about "JinRikisha(Rickshaw)"? Nice photos we took!

Hinomisaki is a cape in Izumo, Shimane prefecture, Japan.
Check View Map where I am :) We are far away from Takamatsu now.
Hinomisaki faces the Sea of Japan where blue sky and clear sea water are beautiful. The Hinomisaki Lighthouse is about 40m high, and is the highest of stone-build lighthouse in Asia. The guidebook says that the Lighthouse was selected as one of the World's One Hundred Most Historic Lighthouses :D
Near the lighthouse, there is Hinomisaki Shrine.

Otsuka Museum of Art
The world's first collection of Ceramic-Board Reproduction of Masterpaintings.

These are not original paintings.  They are ceramic works using a special manufacturing technique. Visitors can see over 1000 full-size ceramic reproductions of major works of art, including the Sistine Chapel, Scrovegni Chapel, triclinium of the Villa of the Mysteries... The works are transfer-printed from photographs before being fired and retouched.
The masterpieces of Modern Art are also reproduced, it's fine.

Yashima Shrine
This shrine was built in 1651 by Matsudaira Yorishige, the first Feudal Load of Takamatsu. It was the place where to worship his grandfather Tokugawa Ieyasu, the founder and first shogun of the Tokugawa shogunate.
When we visit the shrine, first we wash hands. An old tap is often decorated everywhere in the world. In Japan lots of shrine and temples have "Doragons" like this.
Then I went up to the long steps of stone and looked back... wow!

Unfortunately she can't make photo's at her work, cause of the kid's privacy. But I played and hugged with the kids :D The only thing I don't like about those baby's are the smelly dipers!

This afternoon we're going to put stuff (toothpaste, underwear, tea and more) in boxes... getting ready to send it to Gambia!! Ellen collect a lot of stuff for an orphanage in Gambia.
