Ok, I know a lot of places and people, because of my job. But now it's time to see another side of this all. Ho Ho Ho Ho! It's time to see it from your side, from your eyes. I will feel it like you feel it. And see it like you see it. Ho Ho Ho Ho! I will be very glad if you will show me your home city or other places you like. And I will see what you are doing in your freetime and your job and all you want to show me. Ho Ho Ho Ho! My mentor Zandy said to me, that my first journey will be at the round robin. Ho Ho Ho Ho! Before you ask how she can be my mentor, because she is youner than me: She found me and told me about ToyVoyagers, and it sounds so good, that I said, she must mentoring me in this. Ho Ho Ho Ho! And I met allready another TV. His name is Elias. Ho Ho Ho Ho! He told me some details about TV. Ok, he is on his first journey by Zandy and he is very new, too. But he allready read a lot in the forum. And this I will do too. So I can inform me about some things. Ho Ho Ho Ho! Yours, Santa
Zandy Posted Nov 7, 2011, 9:12 pm	Ho Ho Ho Ho everybody! Ho Ho Ho Ho! It was a busy day for my mentor Zandy, so I haven't to tell you a lot. But look here ... Ho Ho Ho Ho! ... Elias, the TV Zandy is hosting at the moment, and I found this mask. Ho Ho Ho Ho! I don't know what this mask mean or for what it is. But maybe somebody on my jounrey are able to define it. Ho Ho Ho Ho! Now we are at home. Ho Ho Ho Ho! And wer are reading a little in the ToyVoyagers-Forum. Oh, and Zandy allowed us to eat chips. Really good! Ho Ho Ho Ho! You must know, the most time I only eat christmascookies, which I got from the kids and adults I vistied on my job. (So now you know why I have such a big abdomen. Ho Ho Ho Ho!) Ok, Zandy said, that I must now look on what I'm eating, because I must fit into a envelope. Ho Ho Ho Ho! I hope my hosts help me with this. Ok, I must say goodbye. We will watch a DVD together. Zandy Posted Nov 11, 2011, 7:55 pm	Ho Ho Ho Ho! Now I must write something, because it's my last day in Öhringen. Ho Ho Ho Ho! The last days Zandy is getting ill and must work a lot, so we can't go outside. But Elias and I try to get her health better. We make every day tea for her. Ho Ho Ho Ho! While Elias was there for the lemon I prepar the hot-water-bag for her. Ho Ho Ho Ho! And after that I put the teabags into the pot. Ho Ho Ho Ho! And very important: honey. A lovle sort, with ginger. Ho Ho Ho Ho! So we were prepaired and wait for Zandy all the last days. The time we were alone and after Zandy came home, we reag a book together. Ho Ho Ho Ho! "The second kingdom" from Rebacca Gable. One of my mentors favorite authors. I like her, too. She write very good and animated. Ho Ho Ho Ho1 Today is a big day for me. I met two other TVs. They were a little shy first. I can't understand. Ho Ho Ho Ho! It's normal, that there are other TVs and people, when I go on a journey. But ok, everybody is different. And that is good so. Ho Ho Ho Ho! But after our warm welcome (and my warm HO HO HO HO!) they came out an introduce themself. Ho Ho Ho Ho! The mouse is called Hanni and the Elephant is called Ele. They talked to Zandy and after that we sit together. Everybody has his wishes for the journeys. Very different and very different missions. Ho Ho Ho Ho! But one wish is the same from everyone: To arive safetely and be covered considerate by the different hosts. Hanni is the mouse from LadyButterfly. She is in the same Round Robin like me. Ho Ho Ho Ho! So I asked her some questions about her hometown. And it sounds really great. I rejoice to come there. Ho Ho Ho Ho! And than ... it's time to leave. Ho Ho Ho Ho! we say goodbye to everyone and then Zandy brought us to teh postoffice. Ho Ho Ho Ho! Now I'm on teh way to Robbe, my first host in the RR. Ho Ho Ho Ho! So you all, see you soon. Guest Posted Jan 11, 2012, 4:10 pm	Hi Mom today i arrived safely the Rhine Main Area. I was so long in that envelope that I was scared to crawl out of it. And it was so bright I was blindet by the light. But finaly I made it out of the evelope. Damned I need my sunglasses. Rock-y a good friend of Titzio gave me a warm welcome. He sat on his amplifier and asked me if I lost my bag full of presents ha ha ha ähhhm ho ho ho I gave him the envelopes for Titzio and LadyButterfly and he promised me to hand them to Titzio I'm so curious what I will see here and what Titzio will be like - I haven't met him yet. Hope you are fine too Mom.
Guest Posted Jan 16, 2012, 4:03 pm	Hi Mum, I finally met Titzio, but he's a bit crazy. He told me that we will go to the Feldberg and have a ride with the sleigh. We started our trip in Kronberg and there was no snow as you can see. In the car I met Willi and he told me that Kronberg is about 300m above sea level and that the Feldberg is about 800m above sea level. He promised me that there will be snow. Yes yes - never trust a mouse.. As you can see still no snow outside the car.
Guest Posted Jan 16, 2012, 4:14 pm	WOW I can't believe it !!! First Titzio stuffed me in a pocket, but I managed to climb out of it and I saw SNOW. Lots of snow! and a beautiful view over the Taunus. I drove with the wooden sleigh. Jumped into the snow. And found our next christmas tree - so send me back to the Feldberg before Christmas this year. Then we had a break and ate something at the restaurant. See this funny "hessisch" menu. Right after the break we climbed up over 160 stairs to a plattform to have a better look over the Taunus - look at this.
Guest Posted Jan 29, 2012, 12:10 pm	Hi Mom, I was invited to a Bithdayparty. It was a 70th birthday like you can see on the card. I had a very large Apfelschorle - thats apple juice with sparkeling water. A salad and a very delicious steak. Wow now i need a new belt.
Guest Posted Feb 4, 2012, 3:05 pm	Hi Mum, before I will leave the Rhine-Main-Area Titzio took me to a "Faschingssitzung". We went Backstage and he showed me how to open the curtain. Look this is black light and my cap is glowing. Ok, it was a ladies night, but I promised them a lot of presents this year - so they let me in. This is a walking frame. They will do a funny dance with ist tomorrow. As you can see they want me to stay.
Guest Posted Feb 6, 2012, 2:15 pm	Ha today is the "Faschingssitzung" in Kronberg and I was the first guest I'm on stage - this is where the "Elferrat" will sit in a few houres. Yeah I feel fine on stage maybe I should quit my job an work during the carnival season I look good in the "Bütt" - what do you think mom? Now I'm on my way to LadyButterfly - hope to see you soon.
LadyButterfly Posted Feb 8, 2012, 11:00 am	Ho ho ho mommy!  Today I arrived in Ebersbach and my first question to you is... why have you sent me to Siberia? I mean... have I done something wrong? I thought I will only travel through germany and now I'm sitting on the most coldest place in the world!  But wait... everything step by step! As I said i arrived Ebersbach today and was very happy when I felt I was brought to the warm flat.  I heard many voices around me, but in my envelope it was still dark! I heard something rustle, befor I was blinded by the light. Very slow my eyes conditioned to the light and I saw a very friendly face. Later he told me, he is Kilimanjaro another TV of LadyButterfly. Titzio did a great job when he wraped me, it was very hard to crawl out of the envelope, but the TVs around me helped me! They were all very curious on me and so I first showed them and LadyButterfly the card which was traveling with me. She was very happy about my little message! I was so happy when I saw the welcome sign, the TVs made for me! I will name them for you! The two guys very left and very right are Arty Bunneh, the black sheep is Taru, the blue bear or dog (he doesn't know what he is! ) is Frankie_Blue and infront of Frankie_Blue that is Kilimanjaro! Hey mommy do you remember this little guy? He will be also a TV of LadyButterfly but until now she hasn't found a good name for him, but his tag is waiting for him! It was time to look a little bit around and I met another new face! Mary, the cat of LadyButterfly, she told me there is something special with Mary! She is a he!  Yes you have heard right! Mary is a male cat and I also was very confused why LadyButterfly had given him a female name. The answer was quiet simple, LadyButterfly got Mary when he was very young and everybody thought she is a female cat. Weeks later they recognized she is a he, but they havn't found a good male name and so Mary stayed Mary! Funny isn't it!  Ok, now I can tell you what I ment with my first question! As you know Germany is freezing and now I reached the most coldest place in Germany. LadyButterfly told me her hometown was the coldest place with -27 °C last year in germany! And also this year it doesn't look very nice! It is icecold, a bit warmer since the last days but still -9 °C and this is still to cold! Hey and I also met a star here, I couldn't believe my eyes!  There is Johnny Depp in the sleeping room, there was also a chance to sit on his shoulder. Ok ok, you got me... this isn't the real Johnny Depp... it is just a picture, but a very big one! Mommy, do you want to know who you made such a nice christmas present? This is LadyButterflys little girl! This photo was taken, when she was two days old! I wasn't very long on the balkonie, because it was to cold, but here I am now. Not a nice sight, but LadyButterfly told me she will move to another village soon! Here you can see Mary again! He looks sweet? He is a little devil!  He only has nonsense in his head, but deep in his heart he is a good cat! Oh and mommy, I havn't forgotten your  birthday, but I was still with the post, when you celebrated your  birthday! So here comes a late... Happy Birthday mommy! Sadly I can't celebrate it with you, but nevertheless I hope you had a great day and a cool party on saturday! I tried to drink a glas of champagne with LadyButterfly,  but it is still frozen! So mommy I will end for now! Today we won't stay in Ebersbach LadyButterfly told me, we will drive to Sornßig and the little farm of her boyfriends family. I'm very excited because I will see some very new things! I miss you very much mommy! Love Santa
LadyButterfly Posted Mar 5, 2012, 11:45 am	Hi mommy!  How are you? I know you havn't heard of me for a long time, but LadyButterfly allready told you of the memory card tragedy! This is so sad and so many photos got lost, LadyButterfly was very sad about it. But she told me, I will be able to stay after my journey to London until the end of march. So there will be much time to make nice photos again! So on saturday evening we had a real fight night!  LadyButterfly is a big fan of boxing and so we all waited together for the Klitschko-fight. All TVs sat together around the television, ate chocolate and watch the fight! Ok the fight was over really fast, I think after the fourth round and we hadn't even time to open the chocolate, but nevertheless it was very funny! Yesterday it was time for the first photo of our traveling group! We are a very funny group... a frog, a rat, a dog, a small bear and me Santa! That's so cool, I'm sure we will have so much fun together! Now we know each other, we talked a lot about our trip and decided to learn some facts about London, befor we will start our journey! As we allready know London is the capital city of Great Britain! There are living 7.825.200 people in the town and that means London is one of the towns with the most people in the EU! London was founded in the year 47 by the romans and was called Londonium. Later in the 2. century it became the capital city of Britain. Today London is one of the most important citys in the world for cultur, financial and trade! This is the blazon of London! Also very interessting, the distance between Ebersbach and London! Can you see the red spot on the picture? This is London! And the the finger? This is Ebersbach! The distance between the two towns is 1197 km!  How good that we use a plane, from Berlin! Another very important thing is the weather and so we all watched a british homepage, how the weather will be, when we are in London! I think we will have much look, it should rain saturday and sunday a little bit, so wish us luck for it! Ohhhhhh mommy, I'm so excited! I hope the next days will pass very fast! LadyButterfly Posted Mar 7, 2012, 11:51 am	Heyho mommy!  Today just a short update, because LadyButterfly is very busy with our trip. Just a few hours and we will sit in the plane. Tomorrow early in the morning we will first drive to Berlin and fly from there to London. We are all very excited and can't wait to start. But now I want to tell you what I have done on monday! The weather outside is getting wonderfull, still a little bit cold, but we have sun all day long. Maybe this is the first sign of the coming spring. I hope so, even as Santa I have now enough from the bad weather, the coldness and snow. So I took the chance to have a little sunbath on the balkonie and what can I say? It was wonderfull! Later that day, LadyButterfly decided, we should use the good weather for a little walk! She showed me a very hidden place. Next to a factory and in the middle of many houses, very hidden, is a green "island". A pavillion was build there for visitors, but I think the people won't find the place... there are no signs anywhere. In the middle of the pavillion is one of the three springs of the Spree and it's called "Spreeborn". This spring is the oldest of all three! We decided to make a group photo together with LadyButterflys TVs! So we all sat on the spring! That was possible, because the spring was closed over the winter, so we sadly can't see the water of the Spree. This is one of four signs at the spring! It says: "Waterlevel of the Spreeborn 387,26 m over the East Sea" And here you can see the blazon of saxony! Now mommy, I have to say good bye for the next few days! The next time you will hear from me, is when I'm back from London and then I'll tell you everything what I see there! Many kisses for you until then! Love Santa
LadyButterfly Posted Mar 15, 2012, 9:40 am	I'M BACK MOMMY!!! Oh mommy, London is such a amazing city! You wouldn't believe how beautifull it is, the people there are so nice and friendly and the architecture is great. But everything step by step and don't worry now I will show you just the pictures of my first day in London. The others will follow soon! Me and LadyButterfly were so much excited about our journey, we can't sleep the whole night to thursday! But there was also much to do. Our luggage wasn't ready and so we had to prepare some things. When the luggage was ready, we took a photo. We, the TVs were very happy we hadn't to carry all the luggage! LadyButterfly also made a plan for our London-trip because we had so many things to do there and to see. Also the book was very usefull during our trip. But believe me even if we hadn't no book with us, the people in London would help us! They are so friendly, if you stand on the street and don't know where to go, one person will ask you, if he or she could help you. It's fantastic! Befor we put the money in the pocket, I counted it again! It's cool on every coin and note is the face of Queen Elisabeth! But the money is also a little bit strange! Some coins like 2 pence are much bigger then 20 pence! I was a little bit confused! Late at night, 2 o'clock in the morning we drove to Berlin Schönefeld, where our plane waited for us. I fell asleep in the car, but LadyButterfly told me, I hadn't missed anything. At the airport we hadn't much time to make any photos! We checked in very quickly and the security check was also over very fast. So we took the one and only picture in the transitzone with our flightticket! WELCOME IN GREAT BRITAIN!!! The clouds dissappeared over the netherlands so we landed in Great Britain with very warm and sunny weather. No cloud was in the sky and there was nothing to see of the "normal" british, rainy weather. We got a warm welcome in Gatwick, the airport 50 km away from London! After a trip to our hotel, where we left out luggage we took the tube to Baker Street. Yes the real Baker Street, where Sherlock Holmes the famous detective lived! I took a photo together with Dusk! When we steped out of the underground-station I met the one and only Sherlock Holmes! Next to the Baker Street was Madam Tussauds, but there was no chance to make any photos there. Me and LadyButterfly never believed there where so much people. So many groups of pupils and tourists it was hard for LadyButterfly to take just one picture on her own! So sadly we have no pictures of Madam Tussauds!  But after our visit we had to take a little rest, so we decided to walk to the Regent's Park one of royal parks of the Queen. It was so beautifull there, but this park is soooooo big, we saw just a very little part of it! There were many wild animals in the Regent's Park... ok not really wild, because they know the people and that they get food of them. So I stand very close to a heron! After the Regent's Park we went back to our hotel, because the day was almost over! So it was time to go a pub and have a very british ale. We went to "The Goose" a very old and comfortable pub! But after one ale I was so tired, I had to go to bed quickly! It was a hard day, with not much sleep and so we TVs cuddled a bit and then fell asleep very quick! Yes, that was my first day in London and the next will follow soon! Love Santa
