ipuenktchen Posted Feb 24, 2013, 1:51 am	hi, everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!! today mom ipue told us she activated our new travellog and we are very curious what will be written here!!!!?!?!  step by step mom ipue promised to transfer our former postings to this nice travellog.. hopefully one day you can read everything happened in our short life!!! *smile* today ipue had a meetup with her former collegues from the time when she was working for 10 years in a large motor company - now all her friends are retraited!! and we were allowed to come with her - juhuuuuuuuuuu!!!!  it's a large coffee shop, better to say a restaurant, belongs to one of the large hotels in tab.. and it got a famous place for students, means everybody is relaxed there!!! and so we had been, too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;-)))))))) we had a kind of *beef stroganoff*!!
ipuenktchen Posted Mar 2, 2013, 7:06 pm	hi leutz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in the morning the weather was grey - very rarely here in IR - and it seemed to get a boring day.. but later ipue's son2 arrived and after a nice breakfast we went downtown!!! everybody went to do his job, and ipue brought us to here & where and we had a look at *ancient tabriz*!!!! on our way we saw an *open air cobbler*:
ipuenktchen Posted Mar 2, 2013, 7:30 pm	our first place to see was the famous BLUE MOSQUE, registered at the tentative list of UNESCO. hopefully one day it will be a world heritage site! this view is taken from entrance of *bustane khaghani*, khaghani's garden. khaghani was an ancient poet, burried in tabriz! - See more at: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khaqani the blue mosque was built about 550 years ago and destroyed by an earthquake in 1779. only the entrance (at its back side) remained! in 1973 they started to rebuilt it and when ipue in 1976 moved to tabriz they were just closing the dome!!! about 30 years they were painting out the mosque matching to the new rules of unesco, that there have to notice a difference between original parts and restored parts! it's perhaps the most famous brick mosque of IR. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_Mosque,_Tabriz
ipuenktchen Posted Mar 3, 2013, 1:43 am	TODAY - we got freed from our hard days in darkness and far from any fun of life - means from ipuenktchen's TREASURES downstairs in the cellar among tons of playmos - ancient toys of 2 adult sons - waiting for next intended use... the same day ipuenktchen created her own blog: http://ipuenktchenworld.blogger.de then she made a lottery with a poll in german forum of the postcrossing-site and it was dear EGNI from switzerland who got the *godaunt* of the sweeties as her *POSSY & CROSSY* got the highest votes!! there was also haensel & gretel and willi & lili and carl & carla....... but POSSY & CROSSY were the winners!!!!!! all this happened while ipue still hosted another traveltoys from DE  - *PAUL THE BACKPACKER* - pls have a look at his blog: http://hans-the-backpacker.blogspot.com/ - by hosting him ipuenktchen got the idea to create her own travelling toys to be always with her!!!!!!!!!! what a day!!!!!!!!!!!!! and here we are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ipuenktchen Posted Mar 3, 2013, 2:25 am	I slept in ipue's photo-bag and when I got awake we entered tehran, as ipue told me, a very abandoned tehran, because it's holiday time!!!! her elder son was coming to the terminal to pick us up, and we had a great breakfast at his flat! there was also a nice haft-sin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but it was sad to see anita's room without anita, as she left tehran some days before for the caspian seaside - ok, we'll see each other there!!!!! then we left tehran!! in the early afternoon we arrived in JUIBAR, where the parents of ipue's daughter-in-law are living. and we had another nice haft-sin, too - and finally with gold-fishes!!!!!!!!!! btw - the distance from tabriz to tehran is 6oo km and the distance from tehran to juibar is about 3oo km.
ipuenktchen Posted Mar 3, 2013, 2:54 am	a walk at the sea-side at babolsar........... what a crowd is promenading here!!?! when we went to the beach I was sooo surprised the sand wasn't white like everywhere I saw before but a kind of BLACK!!!!!?! and when we found some driftwood we got a bit sad remembering the good old friend essy... RIP.. it was his specialty making so great sculptures from driftwood!!
ipuenktchen Posted Mar 3, 2013, 10:44 am	at the caspian sea area, province mazanderan, I met also ipuenktchen's cute granddaughter!! *smile* we had a great time!! playing and chatting together! her grandmom *mamani* has a great garden around the house!!!! and as the climate is subtropical they have no real winter and the spring comes much more earlier than in tabriz, our home town, and so we saw lots of beautiful flowers!

ipuenktchen Posted Mar 3, 2013, 1:58 pm	yesterday ancient tabriz, today modern tabriz - ipue brought us to one of the most important cross roads of tabriz, where is a gorgeous project being real... they knocked down houses and houses all around to built a phanomenal huge cross road with main metrostation all in one!! even the house of the parents of ipue's hubby had been knocked down some years ago for this reason!!!!! and btw the beautiful antique doorknocker is from the door of their neighbours!! some 30 years ago when ipue moved to tabriz most of the houses had such great doorknockers!! at ipue's door I noticed also an old one, not this one, but another type..  we had a look at a large mosaic in the souterrain of the area around the abrisham tower, gotten a new sightseing point in tabriz  - and what a nice clouds at the sky in this afternoon!!!!?!
ipuenktchen Posted Mar 6, 2013, 10:17 am	ey goshhhhhhhhhh - what a mistake from heaven!!!!??! we are waiting for *S*P*R*I*N*G* and instead of spring we had SNOW again today!!!!!!!!??!?! ipue told us that the famous spring holiday NOROUZ is no longer that far...... with flowers and green trees and ppl going out to visit each other everywhere!!!!!?! - well, honestly WE are not upset about the snow, but excitedly waiting for going out for a    snowball fight!!!!!!! :-))))))))

ipuenktchen Posted Mar 8, 2013, 12:19 am	hi, my dear female buddies, friends and collegues!! my very, very best congrats and all my best wishes for the *International Women's Day*!!!!!!!! and btw... woman's life is really hard... sometimes........... today we lived only in the kitchen.. ipue & me... poor gals!!!!!  btw I got so astonished about their large pots!!!!! and in the eve we had our guests and it was so funny and great!!! everybody enjoyed the dishes, me, POSSY, and ipue prepared during these 2 days!! and lili brought a huge surprise - instead of salad she found a woman, making really artworks by vegetables and it looked so nice!!!! we had for dinner as a hors d'oeuvre a puff pastry with chicken and mushrooms etc.., then a tomato-celery soop, then rice with white cabbage & meat, and the vegetable plate and a rice-flour-dessert done by dear lili!! yummyyyyyyy!!! the apple cake we made yesterday you had still seen, and our friends, each of them, made also cake and sweets - pls look at the plate - boaaaah!!! again yummyyyyy!!! and when leaving everybody gave good wishes to yasha & lili for their trip to europe! and - BELIEVE IT!!! it seeeeeeeeems we are going with them, to pass us to another host-mum!!!!!??!?!?!?? we got really confused when ipue told us!! - so let's hurry up to make our suit-cases!!!!!! ey gosh........
ipuenktchen Posted Mar 10, 2013, 6:03 pm	hi, everybody!!! we had a very busy day today.... ipue prepared all the postcards she would sent together with us to europe.. and we helped her a lot, and finally we had to jump into the enveloppe to stay there for a quite long time untill we'll reach our host-mom BETZE in frankfurt!! we are soooooooooooooooo excited, as we heard she's a very funny gal, football-mad of its best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *1. FCK - mission aufstieg 2013!!!!* we hopefully will see them in the stadium!!!!!!!!!!?! nooow we are into the envi into the backpack of dear lili_6789 and on the way to the turkish border - we'll cross it during the night...

ipuenktchen Posted Mar 27, 2013, 2:19 pm	we went to tehran by bus and on our way to the upper town we took some pics. the city was decorated for 22-bahman-anniversary.. here you see the azadi monument, built in 1968 by a 29-y/o iranian architect!!!! and this is ferdowsi sq with the ferdowsi-monument in the center of the square! ferdows is a famous ancient poet! Carnival Monday = ROSENMONTAG: nice habitude the wellknown valentine invitation as usual for the bi-national women`in IR at the ambassador's by his lovely wife!! we were so proud as ipue took as with her and we like to learn what to do in an upper class lunch!!  everybody know us well because we had been with her last time, too!!!
ipuenktchen Posted Mar 27, 2013, 3:07 pm	this was the snow of yesterday on FRI (yesterday), when ipue brought us outside in the morning... and we enjoyed the snow a lot although it was'n that much, but NOWWWWWWW SATnight there is more snow and we are exitedly waiting for the morning to give a try we'll be able to make a snowball fight or the snow will get melted as fast as yesterday!!!?!?!? let's keep our fingers crossed!!!!!!!!!

ipuenktchen Posted Mar 27, 2013, 3:39 pm	today again we got up in the very early morning to have another nice breakfast with ipue's son1 and then he brought us to the bus leaving for urumieh/ IR. it was such an impressing landscape on the road to the border - we remembered karl may *durchs wilde kurdistan*!!!! and on the border it began to rain and later in urumieh it began to snow......... and when we arrived in tabriz terminal - icy streets with lot of snow and no taxis.... but finally after a very interesting 5-days-trip into a male world we arrived safely at home!!!!!!  a huge thank you to son1!!!!

ipuenktchen Posted Mar 27, 2013, 4:27 pm	many ways lead to juibar!!!!!!! *smile* ipue's sis was coming from hannover, together with her granddaughter & daughter-in-law1, her son1 was coming from erbil, son2 & his wife together with ipue & her hubby - we all together went to the caspian seaside to juibar for the wedding of ipue's daugher-in-law's brother!!!!! it was a great weather, they nearly have no winter.. and the wedding party in the eve was outside in a yard!!!!!! it was so great!!!!!!!! in the morning we went on the beach!!!!! from mazanderan province went back to tabriz and our guests with us! we had a GREAT 23 hours exactly in our 2nd home town!!!!!  ipue was so happy to have her sis another time at tabriz; it was her third time in IR!!!! (1996, 1999, 2012)

ipuenktchen Posted Apr 2, 2013, 5:47 am	SIZDAH be dar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the very much beloved holiday, end of norouz-holidays - in ipue's family it's common to go to their garden together with many of their friends and sometimes also siblings, when everybody all over IR is going out - to bring out their sabze from haftsin, the table of norouz, and to make picnic in a nice spring atmospher!!! (me, POSSY, and ipue were going by taxi, because we were going later than the others!) aaaaaaaaaaand it was the great moment, our temporarly separation was FINISHED!!! POSSY & CROSSY, each of them from another direction back from their holidays meeting each other at *sizdah be dar* in mr. ipue's garden!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was sooo romantic, guys!!!!!! and up from tomorrow holidays are finished for everybody - back at work, school, universities!!!

We are busy at the moment: Get to know our host mom Kate, watch football on TV (Borussia Dortmund is playing), unpack our presents (yes, Kate has presents for us, woohooooo....) So please be patient, we will tell you more later or tomorrow. (And we will take pictures!)
Betze Posted Apr 3, 2013, 11:23 pm	Hui, Mom, thank you so much for sending us to Europe! We loved our trip so far. And as we are in Frankfurt now we can say: We still love it! At first we were a bit unsecure. We were in the envelope travelling with the postal system and nobody talked to us. Actually we had no idea where we were and what happened. This morning we found our way in Kates postbox (but we didn't know this fact). The big city Frankfurt! But we always heard geese. In Frankfurt! But it's right. Here are geese. We were in the right place. Maybe we can take photos with the geese while we stay here. Nevertheless, we waited and waited and waited for something to happen. Hell, it seems as host mom works a lot! But the magic moment came and we heard someone say "Hey Possy and Crossy, welcome!" And soon host mom Kate opened the envelope. Hurray! It seems as if Kate is a nice person. Maybe a little bit crazy. But we are sure, we will have a great time here. Kate wants to thank you for the postcards! She will give some away to our next host mom Kroete. But host mom also got some postcards from Gforp! (She will keep them all, because Kroete lives in Northern Germany and should visit Denmark, if she wants postcards... hihihihi...) We got welcome presents!!!!! We are still excited! We got a backpack, field glasses, a handbag and a suitcase! We can travel the world!!!! And we watched football on TV and had a little drink. Well, Borussia Dortmund could have done better, but we get a feeling here: The important club is 1. FC Kaiserslautern.... We will find out more.... (But for sure, the FC Kaiserslautern pillow ist our favourite place at Kate's home....) By the way: We are nice guests, we helped Kate hanging up the laundry. You can be proud of us! But we have to admit: We are making a little bit fun of Kate. (But she laughs too.) She is breaking in new shoes and she looks so ridiculous wearing leisure clothes with red high heels...  Tomorrow we have a day off, because we are very tired due to the journey. Kate says we need a lot of power on Friday, because we are going to a special place. But it is a surprise, so we have no idea.  Probably we will tell you on Saturday or Sunday. We miss you Mom!!!!!
Betze Posted Apr 7, 2013, 8:30 pm	Mom, believe it or not: We visited the best place in the world: Fritz-Walter-Stadium in Kaiserslautern!!! What a fantastic day! We love you K-Town, we do, we love you K-Town, we do, we love you K-Town, we do, HEY, K-Town, we love you! On Friday Kate went to work as usual. But she told us to be ready for a trip later. We were so anxious. But soon Kate came home and her friend Patrick picked us up. And Philip and Klaus joined us too. Four people wearing 1. FC Kaiserslautern stuff... But Kate still told us "Wait and see". Here you can see us passing Frankfurt Airport. And we had a beer. Yummie! (A big mistake, as you will see...) So we had a great time, cruising and drinking a beer... But the we ended up in a big big traffic jam! It was true, we were on our way to Kaiserslautern. But as the stadium was sold out, nearly 50.000 people had the same destination... Here you can see us really nearby Kaiserslautern. But the problem was: It took such a long time... And... it's a little embarrassing.... We all needed a toilet. Not a big problem for all the men in the traffic jam.... They could all just go out of the cars and many many did... But poor Kate (and probably many other girls) really had a problem.... As soon as we finally left the highway we stopped at the first restaurant (a beautiful American Diner) and we couldn't stop laughing as Kate ran in like a maniac. Hihihihi.... But we had to hurry, going on to the city. We were actually lucky, it didn't take to long to find a parking space. But you can imagine: We still had to climb on Betzenberg and we were late, so we had no time to take good picures. Actually Betzenberg (Betzen-Mountain) is the place, where the Fritz-Walter-Stadium is. So the stadium is often called Betzenberg too or just short Betze. To go "uff de Betze" means to go to the Stadium. It's the highest football mountain in Germany. It's really rampant! Kate had to pick up tickets for the matches in Aue and Cottbus and then we finally entered the stadium and were on our place one minute before kick off. Ha, we made it just in time!!! Oh Mom, what a fantastic place! We love it!!!! We love the people! We love 1. FC Kaiserslautern! It's the best club in the world!!!!!! And you have to know: It was a very important match. We played versus 1. FC Köln. Köln overtook Kaiserslautern in the league ranking the week before. But we need to be on the third place at the end to reach the play offs! A little chance to find our way back in Bundesliga 1 (league 1) next season. Unfortunately place 1 and 2 are quite too far away...    (And place 1 and 2 means league one for sure, no play offs...) Things started, it was so exciting! So fantastic! And Kaiserslautern really made a great game! Here you can see us at the beginning, still 0:0. It didn't take to long and: GOAL!!!!!!!!!!! Goal for Kaiserslautern! Woohoooo! And there were two other explosions! Yes, there is nothing you can do, it's like the people explode after a goal and there is nothing one can do against it. We exploded too. Unbelievable, it's pure happiness! When Kaiserslautern wins, the fans have a funny ritual: They wave with tissues and sing a special Goodbye song. So funny! And here you can see the team celebrating with us: So fantastic! After the match we had something to eat: "Currywurst" and fries. The sausage is from famous Härting. (It's horse. Yummie!) Going home to Frankfurt was a funny trip. Kate then took us to Sachsenhausen, where we met a good friend. (Although this guy really has a bad taste in football. He is a fan of Eintracht Frankfurt...) But no pictures, sorry mom... We forgot to take some... But as there still is time, before we have to leave Frankfurt and visit Sabine, we will visit Kaiserslautern again in two weeks! Betze Posted Apr 20, 2013, 12:08 am	Hey Mom! Sorry for not updating so long! But as you know Kate had an awful cold. She always went to work, but in the evening there was nothing we could do. When she came home she just lay on the couch. And the whole weekend nothing else was possible. But we entertained  her and took care. Although there was no action, everything is fine, because Kate had two excellent nurses... On Monday our beloved 1. FC Kaiserslautern had a match. They played in Aue, which is quite far away. Due to a lot of work (and the cold) we could not go there. But we watched TV. Here you can see us before the game, when Kate smoke a cigarette (uhhh, bad habit!!!!!) on the balcony. (It's neither Kate's nor our beer you can see. We had a visitor. Kate was a little bit sad still being sick.) So, here it all started... We were so excited and cheered!!! Here you can see us after the match. Deeply sad! Unbelievable. 1:1 after leading and playing 11 versus 9! What a shame!!! What a disgrace!!!! We don't want to talk about it. Tuesday we helped Kate to do a secret package for the forum. As it is a secret, we can only show the finished package. Surprise surprise! It was Kate's Birthday on Wednesday. She got a package from her Mom and Dad. A cleaner for the balcony???? No! It was a beautiful shopper! Have a look: There was no big party. Kate went out for a dinner for two. We helped here to pick a dress, because she couldn't make her mind. We picked the black one. We will celebrate a little bit tomorrow (hopefully). Cause we will see many of Kate's friends tomorrow. A little celebration with her family in the Eifel will be next weekend. We can't go there, because we go to Sabine. But maybe we will visit Kate again and we really hope for the opportunity, to visit the beautiful Eifel. Especially as Kate says, it's the most beautiful place in Germany. Before Kate left for dinner, we had a drink: Mom, you know what?!?!?!? We are going to Kaiserslautern again tomorrow! This time we go by train! We can't wait for tomorrow!!! Betzenberg, here we come! ipuenktchen Posted Apr 21, 2013, 1:48 am	jippieeeeeeeeeeeeeeh - today is the b-day of our dear mom ipue.. and they decided to have *a day in europe* on this special day!!!!! we were so thrilled when she wake us up in the very early morning at 4 AM and let us current, and after a short breakfast we went by taxi to the *middle east largest square* to get a taxi for jolfa, the border town!!!! in jolfa we changed some money and went on the other side of the border!! there had been nobody at the border at this early time and also about the newly high value of forein currency...!! and it was great to hear when they ordered a taxi to Ordubad to see another place, because normally ppl are going only to Nakhtshevan city!! so we went through an impressing landscape, had a 2nd breakfast in the car, arrived at ordubad after an hour!! we made a tour around the small city, some buildings from bygone times by an architecture like in IR.. and the most interesting place was like a market square in ancient cities, with a reeeeally very large tree and many benches around and soooo many men chatting and relaxing there!!!  so we left ordubad, happy this time we had seen another part of the little autonomous republic and went back to reach nakhtshevan city!!!
ipuenktchen Posted Apr 21, 2013, 2:08 am	still quite early at 10.30 AM we reached nakhtshevan city!!! it was a great weather and for ipue worth to be here without any *extra clothes*... as we are in EUROPE!!!! *smiiiiiiiiiiiiile* first we went for some sightseeing and it was really interesting, all the buildings from the olden times are in same architecture style like in IR.. mostly from seljuq era.. later as the weather got hot more and more we found a place beside a water to take some icecream and even ipue changed her clothes; as we didn't know the weather from before, she brought different clothes to be able to choose..... from this place even we could see the aras dam quite far!! when we are in nakhtshevan we are never going into restaurants as the super markets have so many tasty things for an european taste and we cannot find in IR.. so when we had been hungry we bought some great smokey cheese and other things, european bread and so on - yummyyyy!!! (even they have great marmelades from russia from european fruits like blueberry and others!! sometimes ipue brought this as a souvenir for her friends!!) and so we went to look for a bench under a tree and were going to relax a bit..... in the late afternoon ipue decided to get a taxi to the border for going back home! what a great day out we had!!!!!!!!!! we were happy but tired!!!
Betze Posted Apr 22, 2013, 11:13 pm	Hey Mom, it's time for some news! Saturday was the important day: Kaiserslautern played! We played at home versus Paderborn. This time we went by train to Kaiserslautern. Uhh, we had to get up really early! At Frankfurt main station we bought breakfast: A big coffee and a sandwich: And as we travelled alone the first hour, we spent some time writing postcards in the train: But when we changed the train in Bad Münster am Stein we met the other crazy Kaiserslautern-Fans. There was a lot of fun, singing and joking. And we had a really early beer... (real German "Frühschoppen") When we arrived in Kaiserslautern we went to a fantastic pub called 12. Mann (that means the 12. man; 11 players on the field, number 12 are the fans...). It was a day full of beer, here we enjoyed the next one: The pub is decorated with tons of Kaiserslautern stuff. And there is a sign to the Fritz-Walter-Stadium: A really great place!!!! And then we climbed up to the stadium. Oh Mom, it's really exhausting! To tell you the truth: Just for climbing up Betzenberg every time Kaiserslautern should play first league! But hey, that's part of our live as Kaiserslautern fans. We took photos in front of the stadium, but sorry mom, they are not usable! It seems as if Kates camera does not work.... But at least we have some from inside. At this point we already celebrated two goals for Kaiserslautern!!!! We told Kate before, but she couldn't believe: When we go to the stadium, we win!!!! The truth is: We are Possy and Crossy! We are the lucky charms of our beloved club 1. FC Kaiserslautern! Believe it or not: We had another beer then: At the end we won 3:0. Fantastic! To be honest, although we are the lucky charms we were unsecure! What a relief! It was a really important victory!!! The trip home was such a lot of fun! A little bit chaotic, but Kate says, most time it's crazy... Crazy and weird is normal! In Frankfurt we met Eintracht Frankfurt fans. But soon we went home and being really tired, we went to bed immediately. (Believe it or not: Kate and one of her Eintracht fans celebrated a little. Eintracht Frankfurt won versus Schalke the same day. Kate is really a broad-minded person! It's weird to celebrate with people who love a disgusting club like Eintracht!) And then we had to say goodbye! It's a little bit sad, because we had such a bad luck. Kate had this bad cold and besides to much work. Actually there was a huge lack of time. But it seems as we will go to Frankfurt again. We hope so! But now we go to Sabine. Kate says, we have to go now, because we will go on a very special trip with Sabine! We are so curious and excited!!!!! But Kate told us, Sabine is the nicest person in the world, we will love our time there anyway. And we know Kate is honest. So we really look forward!!!! ipuenktchen Posted Apr 24, 2013, 2:01 pm	today our dear mom sent us a SMS only to tell us yashila_81 and lili_6789 were back home from their great europe-trip and there are some souvenirs from germany for us, - uiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiuiuiuiuiuiiiiiiiiii, how excited we are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! great stuff from our manufacturer...  how lucky we are, at first the great welcome-gifts in frankfurt from dear BETZE and now the travel-souvenirs from yasha & lili!!!! so no need to fight, as we now have both a trolley to go easy travelling and both have fieldglasses and both have a camera!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and into the bargain we got also an accordion and later back home we are able to make party!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - and besides a new hat, too!!!  thank you all soooooooooo much!! and besides they brought our postcard written at dear BETZE's for our dear mom with them. pls stay tuned to see the scan here asap! and our mom was sooooooo HAPPY about!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very strange But some very nice new friends expected us in the living room. And we started immediately the party. Now we are sitting on the sofa, eating marzipan and drinking coffee .... we think, it will be a long long night.... On the picture you see us with our new friends 10C, Festmaschenbär, George and Georgina. The turtles and the bear are from the beautiful city Hamburg. Her mom is mondkind. But now they live in Lübeck and especially Georgina has the travel bug. She asks us a lot about our voyages... Dear Kate - we miss you so. Hopefully see you soon and mom - we love you
turtles Posted Apr 28, 2013, 6:09 pm	Dear Mom <3 today was a very busy and exciting day! Turtles showed us travel guides from Amsterdam and the North Sea Cycle Route! And she had a bike for us. So we can cycle ourselves, if we want. Mom, did you know that? We will travel to Amsterdam tomorrow! And Tuesday is Troonswisseling in the Netherlands. And WE will be there... but first we helped Turtles to pack and of course we oiled the bicycle chain: This will be our place when Turtles cycle - it is very comfortable and we have a good sight: In the afternoon we relaxed in the garden and Turtles showed us a very cute gift, which she got from Nicole: Do you see the little turtle, climbing up the hill? This are energy lollipops - so nice! We are very curious, what the next days happens and we tell you everything, mom. Love, P & C
turtles Posted Apr 30, 2013, 7:32 am	Dear Mom only a short message, because we must hurry to meet the Queen We arrived with 2 hours delay (a train has failed in Hamburg) at Amsterdam Centraal: Then Turtles cycled with us to our hotel. We never have seen such a lot of bicycles! And they all drive very fast! omg! Turtles only through the baggage in our room, and muttered: "We need something orange! We need something orange!" And we started again... We entered the first Head Shop and bought orange bunny ears  a orange flower necklace and caught a orange crown for free! Then we took a drink in the street and listened to a good band for an hour: (you can't see us, mom, because we are backstage ) and now ... we ... have ... to ... go. We are not sure, if Turtles really wear the bunny ears, but we will tell you *smile* Love, P & C
turtles Posted Apr 30, 2013, 9:41 pm	Dear mom <3 Queensday!!!!! what a great day! First we went to the Dam. It is the place in front of the royal palace. A lot of people was already there...and now we understood, why we needed some orange We had to wait some time, but we had a good place to look around: On a big screen we could see, what inside the palace happened. A lot of people signed a document - but it wasn't a postcard?! We were bewildered, mom! Then, after a while, Princess Beatrix, King Willem Alexander and Queen Maxima came on to the balcony... And all the people have jubilated. It was a great feeling. We got goose bumps. We left the Dam and became friends with some orange people: Turtles asked us, if we would like to do a canal cruise - of course we would! And we did: We met a lot of other boats - most of them with music and happy people on it. But it was so cold! So we went back to the hotel and made a power napping... And at the evening we went to the harbour...but more we write tomorrow.... Love, P & C

She searched for royal postcards in whole Amsterdam and found 3!!! Nevertheless we started to see the Keukenhof! We walked through a forrest of tulips! Had a rest under some nice hyacinths. turtles Posted May 5, 2013, 6:53 pm	Dear mom <3 today Turtles found the special stamps - finally. That makes she very happy...but not for long.  There was no sunshine today - but a strong headwind. So we learned some very interesting new words - better we don't repeat them. This is the landscape we passed: After some kilometers we could argue Turtles for doing some downhill biking in the dunes: Crossy had a little crash, but don't worry mom - he is alright. But then we went in our transport-box and let Turtles cycling. She was fighting tough again the wind and we reached at least Wijk aan Zee. Turtles was not happy with the daily output. Only 45 km she grumbled... We had dinner in an italien restaurant and ate a wonderful Spaghetti Bolognese. Turtles said, that Pasta is the best for cyclists - and we agree. turtles Posted May 8, 2013, 6:30 am	Dear mom <3 This morning we looked out of the window and saw: No wind! but sunshine! Turtles said, that we have to do a lot of kilometers today, so we took our bicycle Katta at 9 p.m. and pedaled off The first kilometers we were hidden in our box - you can't believe, how many big and wild animals live in this country - and Turtles said: How cute.  *hrmpf* But then we reached a nice viewpoint without cows, horses and big birds and had a break: Some little birds sing, a soft wind blowed and we saw the Northsea under a blue sky.... After this break we cycled between dunes and small towns to the big Enclosure Dam. A 30 km long dam in between Den Oever and Zurich. Here we started on the dam: We stopped at the first bed behind the dam for the night and Turtles said, that she could not have done that without us. We cycled 119 km this day, mom and our butts....you don't wanna know. And now we need a shower and our bed Good night, mom, love you <3 P & C
turtles Posted May 8, 2013, 7:01 am	Dear mom, it was a wonderful sunny morning. And we had tailwind! After a quick breakfast we cycled to the next beautiful town: Harlingen. Turtles bought postcards, stamps, something to drink and a frisian flag. So we had time to look at the harbour: Now we saw less dunes and more grasslands. And we met a lot of sheeps - we think, more than a million. Anyway we helped Turtles looking for the right way. Somtimes it wasn't easy to find, but we did it! And we found this beautiful windmill at the evening, while we looked for a sleeping-place. This evening we sleep in an old townhall. Bye mom, love, P & C
turtles Posted May 9, 2013, 7:37 pm	Hello mom <3 we think, it's time to tell you, what we have to do every morning: Turtles is a early bird *grmmpf* and every morning she wrote a lot of postcards. Certainly we helped her: This was a lot of work, mom! Every morning! But we got a cup of coffee, that made it easier. We left our nice landlady and started to the border. Turtles was not sure, if we reached it today, but she would try it. Our next stop was in Spijk. A beautiful little town. We saw the church in the city center and a windmill next to it. We had lunch in Delfzijl and found a dike without sheeps at the Dollard. What a wonderful look: At the horizon you can see Germany. But we decided to sleep another night in the Netherlands. turtles Posted May 9, 2013, 9:07 pm	Dear Mom, this was our last day with Turtles at the North Sea. We had a look at the map and saw our travelroute. Wow! We did a great job. We cycled from Noordwijk to Nieuweschans in the Netherlands and today to Leer in Germany. At least we did 380 km of the North Sea Cycle Route. And we left the Netherlands now, because the sign says: End of LF 10a (=NSCR in the Netherlands). In Germany will be other signs, Turtles told us. We followed a part the Ems River and saw a interesting bridge at Weener. Then we arrived at Leer. And the first wonderful thing we saw was this old postbox: What a wonderful ending of this journey. Turtles bought our tickets at the station, and we had a last coffee, while waiting for our train to Lübeck. And at Lübeck our friends were waiting at the sofa...we have a lot to report Dear mom, have a good night, love, P & C
turtles Posted May 13, 2013, 7:42 am	Dear Mom <3 we are so sorry, that we couldn't be with you at germans Mother's Day. But we send a lot of love and kisses And now we have to tell you, what we were doing at the last weekend. At Friday Turtles came early in the morning and took us in her backpack. We couldn't see anything, but she told us, that our destination would be a surprise.... We drove a long time by car and we heard, that we arrived in a big city - and then, you can't believe it, mom, we saw a well known, lovely face: it was Kate <3 . YEAH! We were in Frankfurt and met Kate! What a surprise! How wonderful!!! And Kate showed us a little part of Frankfurt: A wonderful place. Like heaven. So many postcards. Kate and Turtles looked a long time for new cards - Mr. Turtles went to drink a coffee, but we looked for new postcards too. Then we strolled to the town square: This is the famous balcony of the "Römer", Frankfurt's townhall: The buildings look old, but they aren't. After the destruction during World War II, the buildings were restored in a simplified form. These is a detail from the only building (Haus Wertheim) in the old city center, which overcame the fire: We took the "Eiserner Steg" across the River Main and went to Sachsenhausen, which is well known for it's Applewine-bars (Ciderhouses): . It was so wonderful to meet Kate again and we promised to come back in Juli! Then she will do a bar hop with us - we hope and show us more of the beautiful town Frankfurt. turtles Posted May 16, 2013, 8:23 am	Dear mom <3 after we met wonderful Kate at Friday, we started to new adventures on Saturday. First we visited a nice little Zoo in Neunkirchen. Turtles act as godmother for two tortoises there. And we saw a lot of animals. We became friends with a wise old eagle owl named Odin: He was very friendly and protected us. Then we helped Turtles feeding some other animals: Some of them were a little bit pushy After visiting the zoo we drove to the old german city Heidelberg. We checked in at our Hotel and then looked at the beautiful old city center. A lot of people had the same idea as you can see: And then we had a first look at the Heidelberg Castle: Mr. Turtles told us, that we could see it better from the Old Bridge over river Neckar, and he was right: Many people was there, and some of them used a curious means of transportation: . Near the Old Bridge gate we found the "bridge mandrill". This is a new sculpture from 1977 with the theme self-reflection. The original monkey get lost in 1689. But the poem is from 1638: We had dinner in the old city center and next day we went back to Lübeck. During the trip - of course - we had a lot of fun and crossed our fingers for Kates FCK! And - of course - They won by three goals to one. Sorry for the goal against, Kate. We were distracted for a moment. We are curious, what will happen next, and tell you everything. Bye mom <3 P & C
turtles Posted May 16, 2013, 6:29 pm	Moin Moin, mom <3 they say this in north Germany the whole day...it means Hello! We had a lazy, sunny day with Turtles. She suggested a short bicycle trip to the coast to us. We were delighted. On the way to the coast we saw a lot of rape fields. The rape blooms now in Schleswig-Holstein: Look! We reached Scharbeutz at the Baltic Sea. This is Turtles' favourite place in summer Yeah! A wonderful place. Only a soft wind was going and we heard the billows: We cycled a few kilometers along the coast to Niendorf and saw these beautiful avenue on our way back to Bad Schwartau and more rape fields At the end, we had the best italien ice ("Spaghetti Eis") ever: Wow! What a pity, that you can't be with us, mom. We miss you .... Love, P & C
turtles Posted May 19, 2013, 5:36 pm	Dear mom <3 Look: No day for going out - but we went to Hamburg and visited Nicole and her children for a board game afternoon. It was a lot of fun and we looking forward to visit Nicole again in July! It will be a gas! We started the afternoon with "Looping Louie". Mr. Louie is a low-flyer and we have to push him up, so that he can't hit the coins... Sweet little Larissa was a formidable opponent, and we helped Turtles After that we did Ludo, in german: Mensch ärgere dich nicht. And at the end we started the The aMAZEing Labyrinth. We helped Turtles, but Nicole was to good for us... Congrats. It was a funny afternoon and we enjoy it very much. If the weather will be fine tomorrow, turtles will do a last bicycle ride with us, and then it is time to say goodbye and start to Switzerland... We miss you a lot, mom. And look at the rain clouds.... It was very good, that Turtles got a little parcel for our journey to Inge. We had a tearful goodbye from our new friends - but new adventures are waiting. egni Posted May 23, 2013, 6:03 pm	Hi mom We had our first walk out with our hostmom. By bus we went to an old people's home to visit an old lady. She is 98 years old and so likable. She has given her chocolate to us. Oh, what she can tell about the old times, really interesting. When it stops raining for a while we go to the terrace, having a beautiful look to the lake of Zurich and the hillside. We feel very little at this place. You can see the clouds reflecting on the desk. Rain will come back soon. So we went home for a little rest. Bye for today. We miss you mom.

First stop after having visited the doctor was a nice café, where we had hot chocolate and mom - look at this sweet smileys, yummy! Then we had to go to the station for traveling with egni and her hubby to an exhibition. It's permanent and called "Umweltarena". We had to see and to learn a lot of things. Most we like this flower wall, made from recycled petbottles. We think, the picture would be a nice postcard. Than we make friends with some animals. Don't fear mom, they were not alive. Do we look a bit like "The Town Musicians of Bremen"? It was so funny! At least we went to the vegetate roof with a nice view. Oh mom, that were lots of impressions. Now we are tired. egni Posted May 25, 2013, 4:16 pm	Hi mom Today we had to get up early in the morning. Egni promised us to meet some interesting peoples and things. We were so curious! First we went by train and by foot to a large place. After a while we saw lots of boothes and many, many peoples. Oh yes, now we realized, why we had taken our luggage with us. Is was a fleemarket!!! Egni intended to buy lots of thinks. So we want to do so too. And than we met a swiss cousin with his friends. We were very thrilled and reporting a thousand things. The boys couldn't pace themselves. We said goodbye and started to the next visit. A castle! King and Queen welcome us. In between we were bying some postcards and books. So in the evening we will have a rest. May be, we will watch some television. "Ohnsorg-Theater". We know you love this and we'll thinking about you. Bye mom, huggings form P+C
egni Posted May 27, 2013, 6:24 pm	Dear mom and all we know in the world Today we have had the first day with sun! She is still shining, it is lo lovely. Egni was busy in the garden, so we had time to look around, and that is what we saw! First we went on the balcony, smelling the herbage. Than we look out of the window to the beautiful blooming clematis. Nearby is a little artificial pond, where we have a rest on the bridge. We had to climb high, to see the buds of the kiwifruit. There are a lot of them. Do you find us in the blooming lantana, mom? It smells so sweet. There are many aquilegias, but this has the nicest colour of all. We never saw such giant rhubarb. We have had a fantastic view from its leaves. After all we were a little bit tired and have a rest near by this cute little deer. Bye, bye, mom. In the evening we have to keep our fingers crossed for Betzes soccer team. We remember the exciting Games and we like to see three goals from the FCK.

Egni was very busy because of her holidays and she looks to neighbours home in addition. Today we had the chance to go with her for feed the fishes. Controlling the feed for the fishes It's raining and we havn't an embrella! Visiting the big frog and than running home through the rain.
egni Posted Jun 8, 2013, 9:14 pm	Hoi mom You havn't heard anything for a long time, that's why the weather is so sunny, that we worked in the garden. There was no time to take pictures, but we had a lot of fun and mom - we got some sunburn! But today we had a travel to Grisons. Together with egni and some other women we visited a big collection of catfigures. The private apartment looks like a museum. There was no room without catdolls or other cathings. First we made friends with a huge Puss in Boots. He was so friendly. From his hat we had a great view to all the interesting things. In the kitchen the ladies had aperitif and we another look around. Than we played with a Puss in Boots marionette. Than we relaxed on the sideboard, while egni took many, many more pictures. She was so thrilled. And mom, next week we will go on holiday with egni and her hubby. She is very mystical, and do not reveal anything. But first some other things will happen. Bye mom, love you.

egni Posted Jul 2, 2013, 8:36 pm	Hi Mom Great surprise!!! Egni will pick us up to Russia! Have you ever been there? It's so great! We get very excited. But we have to travel in her suitcase, because of the customs. We will keep calm, till we have arrived. And now, here we are in Moscow on board a ship called MS Georgij Tschitscherin. We are so nervous, because of all the things, which will happen. First we had to learn about safety on board. All guests hat to try their life vests. Of course there were no vests for us, but we go with egni, who will save us first.
egni Posted Jul 2, 2013, 9:17 pm	The first three days we were staying in the harbour of Moscow. So we had a sight-seeing-tour by bus and by boat to all the beautiful landmarks. This is our bus. We are sitting on the windscreen wiper. Notice the mirroring. And this is our sign to the Kreml from the boat trip. Mum, we could't take fotos all these churches, abbeys, monuments and places. But every now and than we had the chance to do. Here we will show the Kreml with its Red Place to you. We were also visting the general store GUM. That's enormous. We were totally confused. From the "Sperlingsberge" we took a bird's eye view to Moscow. In the afternoon we had some time to get to know our ship. View out of our cabine. And now outside our cabine number 331. The window is mirroring a lot of things. Soon in was evening and after dinner we went our once more, to visit Moscow by night. For us it was dangerous, so Egni hid us and only once we make friends with the tour guide, which show to pretty metro stations to us. She was so kind and kept us save. After we were back, the ship startet to our next object: Uglitsch.

egni Posted Jul 7, 2013, 8:42 pm	Today we saw "Verklärungskloster" and "Prophet-Ilias-Kirche" in Jaroslawl. It was difficult to take pictures, because there were so many soldiers and policemen. We heard, that Valentina Tereschkowa, who was the first female cosmonaut on june 15th 1963, visited her hometown, on the occasion of her 50th anniversary. We could see all the places we would like. In the evening we had a special dinner, with original slavic food. Egni told us, to taste the funny starter.

egni Posted Jul 7, 2013, 9:21 pm	What a great day! First we visited the summer residence (Katharinenpalast) of the tsarina Katharina, with the replica of the legendary "Bernsteinzimmer". There it is forbidden to take pictures. But what we saw was gigantic. In the afternoon we went to the Eremitage. It's one of the largest museums in the world.  Every day 50'000 people come to visit it. And they told us a detail: If one would stay only one minute to every exhibit it would take more the 10 years to see all. Part of the Eremitage from the back. Alexandersäule. The biggest monument of this art with 47,5 meters. It's well-positioned in the middle of the "Palastplatz".

And he will go on a big journey with protea  We met her in the city of Hamburg. And we went on sightseeing . mondkind Posted Jul 18, 2013, 6:08 pm	hello mom how are you ? we was at the hamburg harbour today. it was so much fun. the sun was shining and we saw a lot water and ships... look here...the cruiseship MS DEUTSCHLAND was in Hamburg do you know the german tv series Traumschiff ?? This was the ship from the series we make a walk through the new growing quarter at the elbe called Hafencity this is a nice building called Marco Polo Tower we make a trip with a harbour ferry here is the growing Elbphilharmonie and look here..a nice sailingship we miss you mom sending big hugs P&C

mondkind Posted Jul 18, 2013, 7:12 pm	hello mom  it was again a maritime evening. we drove to a little town called wedel.there is the famous wellcome point. we enjoy this nice view there we wait there for another nice big cruiseship to say good bye and waving the passengers lots of people was standing there it was breathtaking the horn sounds very impressive as the ship was passing by all peaple are waving and shouting "good journey,have a good journey" and the wellcome point was playing the british  anthem we was standing there for a long time and look the ship behind we sit down and dream for a while LOVE P&C
ipuenktchen Posted Jul 28, 2013, 4:07 pm	yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!! yeaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!!!!!! yeaaaaaaaahhhh!!!!! we aren't back home not yet, but we are with ipuenktchen again!!!!! we missed her sooooooooooooooo much... but now everything is ok - although we had an unbelievable GREAT time in the meantime during these last months with - dear lili_6789 - dear yashila_81 - dear GFORP - dear BETZE - dear KROETE - dear EGNI - dear MONDKIND and we love you all sooooooooooooooooo muchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh and we are sooo thankfull!!!! we had a minimeetup around KIEL and the one and only KROETE brought us to ipuenktchen!!!! puuuuuuuh - at the last minute before her europe-trip will be finished again!!!! WE ARE HOMESICK FOR TABRIZ - believe it!!!!!!!!!!!! and even KROETE hands MASCHI to ipue and he'll travel with us back to IR - yeah!!!!! he was a great buddy for us at kroete's and we know him well!!!!!!! btw - Ipue had a cute welcome-gift for us, believe it!! an UMBRELLA, as we needed since long time ago!!!! great!!! and so our FIRST LIFE-MISSION was more than fullfilled, as we asked for a backpack as well as for an umbrella!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
mondkind Posted Jul 29, 2013, 11:46 pm	hello mom we stand up todday very early mondkind asked us :,,Are you ready for a very special excursion?" We was very happy as Sabine rang at the door. And ther was a cute bear with her  He is a TV too  we put a lot luggage in mondkinds car..get her son and drive to hannover  we had a lot of fun in the car  we were singing all together some nice songs we brought Louis to her aunt and than ..we go by train to hannover  on the way to the stadium nicole and sabine left the surprise about our destination we saw a poster.. they said..there will we go..both were smiling all the time they looked so happy at the stadium they get fan zone bracelets and so their smilling was growing from one ear to the other ear.. so they would be very close to the stage very close !!!!!!!!  it was a long time of waiting the supportingact was olly murs..he was so sweet mom ..and he has a very nice voice.. it was a very great feeling there with more than 40000 peaple dancing ,singing and clapping hands and thaaaaan ..he was comming ROBBIE WILLIAMS he makes a great show oh mom ..sometimes we diddn't know where to look first when it was dark the atmosphere was so emotionally mom it was such a great evening ..full with rocking  and dancing and singing it was a great finale of our time with mondkind and we are so happy to know we will see you soon in love P & C

ipuenktchen Posted Aug 3, 2013, 4:16 pm	last breakfast with ipue's this year's favorites: TEEWURST & CAMENBERT!! yummyyyyyyyyy!!! uiiiiiiiih, we weren't ready to have such a nice event, when ipue told us to go out, just in the same street where our host is living!!!! the annually *Letter-Museumsfest*with some interesting things to get familar with!!!!!?! first we saw the letter-ladies with their amazing hobby *KLOEPPELN*!! then a hunter-chorus was cheering up the visitors, we saw yummy traditional *zuckerkuchen* and learned about middle-european mushrooms! and also we had the opportunity with a cute woman working on a huddle-duddle and we had our good-bye pic all together!!!! in the evening another favorite meal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yummy schnitzel!!!
ipuenktchen Posted Aug 7, 2013, 7:47 am	our trip back home... oh, how great!! we are homesick a bit now....... and we are really thrilled, today we'll be back to IR finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??!?! you may imagine it was an adventure and pretty hard to manage everything.. well, ipue and her hubby are no more that young.. but we reached tehran's new airport 40 kms outside from tehran, ready at the bus terminal in the city 20 minutes to midnight!! and unbelievable we reached the bus to tabriz at midnight!!!!!! we had some pics at the S-bahn-station airport hamburg. at the airport ipue showed us our aeroplane - and up from now we were sleeping...... and when arrived in tehran, embarassed by the lovely kids!! and can you imagine, here we understood our pilot was lili's cousin!!?! and up from now the kids managed everything and we found us again sleeping in the comfortable bus to tabriz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ipuenktchen Posted Aug 11, 2013, 8:28 pm	hi, leutzzzz!!! ipue had her game-gathering today and it was so funny to see all the elder women with their daughters or daughter-in-laws died laughing without any end............ mostly they got headaches finally............. tztztztzzzzzz... her you can see we tried to join the *halli-galli*, a new game, ipue learned in Kiel and bought next day on a fleamarket and brought with her!!!!! the same with the traditional *pochbrett*, a tray used for the game *pochen*, ipue learned from her grandparents in her childhood and tought it last year to this gathering and everybody enjoyed a lot!!! and so the ladies had been thrilled when they saw the special tray!!!! and we had lots of sweets and so on.. a yummy icecream, too!!! we had been 8!!!!!!!

Thank goodness we met some missionaries in the jungle, which had new clothes for Crossy. His old clothes were ripped during the escape from the kidnappers. We made a fire and hope that anyone (but not the kidnappers) would see it: And we have no good news about Mr. F.M. Baer. He wasn't at the agreed meeting point We can only hope that his escape was successful too. Please cross your fingers for a ship.... Love you, mom <3 P & C

FC KAISERSLAUTERN!!!! (psssssst... all in all we sent THREE cards from here to her!! ;-))) dear mom, pls don't forget: MISSION AUFSTIEG!!! they MUST be back into the first leguae!!!! kaiserslautern allez!!!!!!!!!!
ipuenktchen Posted Oct 30, 2013, 5:12 pm	mom, dear mom - we are coming clother and clother!!! it's very hard, we tell you honestly.. from the hot india now in pakistan... the nights are really cold here in the north!!! and you know we are sleeping outside! don't worry, dear mom, we met an old woman, she was so kind and pitiful and made us two pairs of boots, because the weather got so much colder here in mountains!! and we found an old gunny and she made also clothes for us, so we are so comfortable for now!!! we are trying to find a truck going to the IR border... pls keep your fingers crossed for us to get home before wintertime with rain and snow!!?! lots of kisses, dear mom, and take care of yourself!!!!
ipuenktchen Posted Nov 13, 2013, 1:29 pm	dear, dear mom - we are missing you!!!! but we aren't hopeless, because we FOUND A TRUCK from IR  in northern pakistan who allowed us to jump on and we made it much more faster to the IR border than we could imagine!!! now we left the truck - we wouldn't made any prob for the driver, because as you know we don't have any passport, and we decided to go alone the last kilometers to find the right way to cross the border hidden in the dark by ourselves!! mom, we are so courageous!!!!! but don't worry, we had an agreement with the driver to pick us up behind the border, arrived safely in IR. he'll wait for us at the first fuelling station!!!!! mom, pls keep your fingers crossed for us!! we need all kind support!! pls stay tuned, you'll get news hopefully asap!!!!!!!

ipuenktchen Posted Nov 13, 2013, 2:19 pm	dear, dear mom, everything is fine and we are on the bus now!!!! it was a bit difficult to manage this, but our friend, the driver, didn't gave up!!!!! first we went to the railwaystation, but there was no ticket anymore! we should have buy it in advance!? so we got so tired and sad, that we had a break on the rails.. yes, yesss, mom, ok!!!!!!!!! don't worry!!!! now we understand how dangerous this had been and we PROMISE to you never do this again!!! :-)))))))))))))))))))))) later we went to the busterminal, but there wasn't any place in a bus to tabriz, so we had to take the bus to ardabil but will leave it at bostonabad and the last 50 km we'll come again by foot - doesn't matter, mom, we got habitude - it's like a marathon for us!!! we are proud of!!!!!!!!! but believe it, we are a bit in a hurry because of our clothes... again they are getting ruptured, although the weather is getting colder and colder... but we are suffering.......... here you can see us sitting on the bus below the wiper!!!!! :-)))
ipuenktchen Posted Nov 16, 2013, 12:50 am	puuuuuuuuh.... mom......... again by foot...... and it's pretty cold, specially during the nights... last night we slept at the Red Crescent station!!!! the guys were sooooo kind!!!!!!!! oh mom, we are really tired and urgently waiting for getting HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!?!?!  but what can we do??? our feet are so tiny and it takes so much time for us to go by foot.... :-(((( hopefully tonight we'll find again a warm bed in a cosy room - we are really tired to sleep outside in this part of the world now........... and we cannot wait any more to kiss you and hug you and be HOME again!!!!?!
ipuenktchen Posted Nov 16, 2013, 1:05 am	will we reach TABRIZ TODAY??????????????????????? ***ENDE GUT -  ALLES GUT*** a german saying.. ***All's well that ends well.*** YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH - WE MADE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! nobody can imagine how much we appreciate and enjoy everything and how much we missed everybody........... what a hard time, but we could save ourselves finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when we approached to our home we were thinking about the wall, the door, we wouldn't reach the bell even.. but then we saw Ipuenktchen hadn't closed the door, waiting for us!!!!!!!!!!!! dear mom, we got so happy and entered the yard with caution..... we got shocked, missed our home so long time - and then mom, excitedly waiting for us, run into the yard and embraced us - that's we missed all the time - thx god, we are back HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! then she brought us into the house and we felt warm and so comfortable we didn't do since months.......... we got speechless when we noticed what she had prepared while waiting for us!!!!! we took a shower and sit down content and held our peace and made use whatever mom prepared for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! even after the shower we met our clothes into the trash!!!!!!!! but the warm shoes we still kept, because it will take time to get warm after all this hard time...................... but we are really thankfull for everything which helped us to reach our home!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Qeshm island... it tooks so much time, yesterday from tab to teh, today from teh via the desert to bandar abbas and then by ferry to QESHM ISLAND to stay there for a week together with lili_6789 and our dear hostmom ipuenktchen!!!!!!
ipuenktchen Posted Nov 29, 2013, 2:50 am	as ipue and lili told us we are here for shopping as well as for holidays, and today is a day of only holidays - but believe it, we have about 50 degrees celsius here and it's only possible to stay comfortable into the water, nowhere else!!!!!!!!!!! we were so happy while swimming in the gulf!! and dear lili promised to rescue us if we got tired..!!!!!
ipuenktchen Posted Dec 2, 2013, 7:07 pm	hello, everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we TV today had been allowed to take part in ipue's game gathering, and we had been surprised another time, how much the ladies were joking and died laughing!!!?!?! and the guest's of yashila_81 and lili_6789, we had yesterday for dinner, joined in, too!!!! and as we were to small for really participating  we entered the *self-service-buffet* and eat soooooooooooo much as we could - believe it!!!!!!!!! there is no need today for any dinner..
ipuenktchen Posted Dec 5, 2013, 7:17 pm	helloooooo, leutzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!! this time for a fun-trip we went to tehran, nothing to compare with the last time in tehran while our rescue-trip.. we started in the late eve yesterday at midnight in tabriz, on the road we had a stop near ZANJAN, the city famous for its knife-production, and we saw there a GIANT-SAMOVAR!!!!!! well, the customers are ppl travelling by busses mostly, and so they need lots of hot water for their tea.. *smile* and others are hungry and looking for potatoes and eggs into a bread!!! and arrived in tehran we had an awfull traffic and a rainy, foggy, crowded capital.... :-(((

ipuenktchen Posted Dec 9, 2013, 5:07 pm	hi, leutzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!! today we had another ride downtown! while leaving home a great sunny day, but when coming back home a snowy day!!!!!! and now in the evening it's still snowing.... however, the day was great!!! we went to several sightseing points in the town!!! first to the post-office - what else?????????????????????? later we saw the ancient municipality, now the town-museum from backside and also an ancient motorbike, belonged to the fire department in the olden times!!! and last but not least we went to the measurement museum with its gorgeous colourful windows!!!!!!!! and as ipue told us in the whole country the by far most beautiful windows!!!!!

ipuenktchen Posted Dec 12, 2013, 8:16 pm	boahhhhh... folks, what a snow today!! everybody got confused... we passed the day at our dear friend loris' today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and Zizzi was with us!! first some pics on the way and even one in their alley! and later some pics from the cozy room looking outside.. and last but not least the icicles from the snow a few days ago with a beautiful sunshine immediately after the snow!!! when we came back home in the eve, ipue's hubby told us, he shoveled snow today more than 30 cm!!!!!!!

ipuenktchen Posted Dec 27, 2013, 11:56 pm	hellooooo, everybodyyyyyyyyyy!!!! as you know in many places of the world ppl are celebrating today christmas eve!!! and so we did!!! we are 5 buddies now at ipue's and it's so much fun for us!!!! waiting untill it will be dark outside, sitting around the christmas tree and have a yummy meal - a half turkey with red cabbage!!!!!!!! there had been even nice gifts for each of us... crossy got a new waistcoat, and me, possy, a beautiful necklace!! thx to santa!!!!
ipuenktchen Posted Dec 29, 2013, 9:39 pm	hi, everybodyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!! hopefully you don't have so cold weather..... again -13 °C... although today we had a ride downtown with ipue's son2 for bazar!! we like that!! again sabolamr-mosque, more than 1000 years old!! and a glance at fruit-bazar - we bought tons of fruits and learned their names!! and also strange things like the vine leaves for famous *dolme* and sweet lemons, chickpeas and pomegranates and so on!!!! later we went to the wholesale part of bazar and they bought a lot of things and their car looked like they had a shop to sell all these things again.... LOOOOL... and last but not least on our way home we found an antique shop, the owner *akbar almani* - that means *deutscher akbar *.. *german akbar*.... hehe...
ipuenktchen Posted Jan 2, 2014, 9:38 pm	hi, everybodyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!! hopefully for the last time there was another day with the master thesis of ipue's son2 :-))))))))))) pls keep your fingers crossed, after a few minutes he'll send it again to his prof.. this time we hope instantly it will be ready to get print...............!!!?!?!? it was quite boring for us..... he had been more than 40 days working on now, with nearly no break. how strong!!!!!!!!!!!! and in fact he started to write for in spring and later a trip around the country to different cities for searching - thumbsup!!!!!

ipuenktchen Posted Jan 13, 2014, 12:30 am	in the eve we are leaving for TEHRAN by TRAIN!!!!!! we LIKE to go by TRAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! at 6.30 PM we left tabriz, first we had a yummy tea-time!! we had a private cabin for our own and so we had space enough, we slept quite early, at 10 PM, as everybody was so tired......
ipuenktchen Posted Jan 13, 2014, 12:42 am	the train made it step by step, not that fast, but very safe and solid!! we got up at 7 AM near tehran and at 8.15 we arrived!!!! on our way to the hospital for the medical treatment of ipue's hubby we passed also the armenian cathedral! when we were ready to leave the hospital again, we entered the flat of ipue's son1, who was absent. we had a yummy lunch there!!!! and everybody slept again ;-))) near midnight we went to the bus terminal forward back to tabriz!!!!!!!!!!! woooow, how fast are the busses comparing with the train!! this was a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!! pls stay tuned for pics!!!!!!!!
ipuenktchen Posted Jan 17, 2014, 11:32 pm	again we got soooooooooooo excited when ipue told us we'll have a weekend out!!! very early she waked us up, we had a fast breakfast and went to the bus terminal, and believe it, at 8 AM we were sitting in the bus leaving tabriz!!!!!!!!! here you can see us in the bus - as we are quite tiny we needed only one seat!!!!

ipuenktchen Posted Jan 22, 2014, 4:19 pm	still in tehran for the windows of ipue'son1 - the next adventure... as it should be started in the morning at 7 AM, but the truck arrived in the afternoon and the first window entered the flat at 4 PM!!!!!!!!!! they are just working hard and hopefully will be finished this eve!!!!!!!!!! it was so interesting for me - I've never seen PVC-windows!!? and the weather was spring-like and we could pretty support the open windows - holes in the wall the whole day!! I'm so curious when we'll get back to tabriz!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!?! yes, they worked so fast and now at 8 PM they finished the windows - but with a *but* like usual.... the factory only sent white silicon, but the windows are white only from inside, but brown from outside.. and they didn't sent brown silicon... so there is a reason we had to stay another night in tehran, waiting for the stuff in the morning to continue.............................................

ipuenktchen Posted Feb 5, 2014, 7:37 pm	today we had at ipue's a - as they call this in german - *ueberraschungsgast*!! with a huge delay of nearly 4 h ipue's son1 arrived for a short visite. and because of the delay there was time enough to pamper him with some goodies, as ipue made an originally german *kaesekuchen* and a traditional food of northern germany he like since his childhood *eier mit senfsosse*!!!!! and of course we helped her *smile* ey gosh, how much they where chatting!!!!!!!!!!!!! we feared they will forget to eat the cake and the dish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??!?!?!!!!
ipuenktchen Posted Feb 8, 2014, 10:25 pm	hello, everybodyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!! we had a great event in lovely lili's home-town!!!!!we saw for our  very first time *yashila_81 on stage*!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! pls have a look and enjoy!!!!!!! it was a concert of traditional azerbaijan music and ppl got thrilled, when yahila_81 entered the stage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but first pls have a look at our dear guest F.M.Bear in the city when we were looking at the huge advertising of the concert!!!! F.M.Bear and ZIZZI_Zebra had been with us!!!! at first you see us with the ladies chorus!!as the first singer we had  yashila_81 in action and next we had the commentator rediting some poems from time to time, and at last the native singer from ardabil  !!!!!! yashila_81 is such a great tenor!!!!!!! and ppl couldn't stop to applaud him!!! it was really a great event!! thank you so much, dear yashila_81!!!!!!! congrats!!!!!!!!!!

ipuenktchen Posted Feb 13, 2014, 12:35 pm	things happen at ipue's!!!!!!!!?!?!?! you cannot believe it!!!! this night when other people, normal people, are still sleeping, ipue called a taxi and we went beside the autobahn in front of elgoli park - by -9°C°!! waiting there, and after a short moment we  understood.... a bus arrived and a young girl with her bicycle left the bus and followed us and went to bed immediately - so tired, poor girl!!!!!  f we took place on the bicycle, so greaaaat... very dirty, but a great bicycle!!! and ipue told us, in the morning we'll have another SURPRISE!!!!!??!?!?!

ipuenktchen Posted Feb 20, 2014, 1:35 pm	hellooooooooo, everybodyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!! puuuuuuh.. so often on the road.. again another trip to tehran, our capital!! and this time the highlight was the valentine-invitation of the wife of the DE-ambassador for 120 binational and expat german women living mostly in tehran, also came one from mashhad, esfahan, kerman, kashan, tabriz and from the caspian seaside! a  yummy lunch and nice conversations with many friends - and beside we had also a look at the early spring of tehran!! the residence of DE-ambassador is situated in a large parc and while having a walk there you can really forget all the crowd, the awfull traffic and air pollution around........... and here smth about st. valentin *smile* http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valentin_von_Terni at the last pic you see us at mellat park - we had to do a walk after so much food!!!!!!!!!!
ipuenktchen Posted Feb 24, 2014, 5:42 pm	hi, everybodyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!! today we had a walk at an ancient traditional neighbourhood called *Nobar* at its main street taleqani ave, and it seemed to us as it was a town for itself, you could find there everything neccessary for a traditional iranian life!!! lucky ppls, so comfortable - no need to have a car, to go by taxi, by bus.......... ipue had her game-gathering nearby and before she would get fruits to take them home in the evening.. - here you can see us at a newspaper-shop, shown is a pic of the IR national football-team!! successfull football cheers ppl up everywhere!!!!!!!!!!! and yesssss - they have *red devils*, too!!!!!!!!
ipuenktchen Posted Feb 26, 2014, 9:42 am	heyyyyyyyyyy, everybodyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! after this terrible robbering in august last summer ipue had no cellphone any more for some months!! but actually she is spoilt for choice.. she has two children and both cheered her up with a new cellphone... *embarras de richesses*  - die *qual der wahl*...................................... and now it seems to us it will take time, untill she will be familiar with this type of telephone.. hahaaaa..... well, it's hard to learn for elder ppl....

Ipue is a member of the *pottery friends association of east-azerbaijan*  up from the beginning and today she brought us to the live-museum *potter*s house* in one of the oldest quarters of tabriz in an ancient qajar mansion from more than 100 years ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! downstairs there are the classrooms for threwing and the kiln and so on.. and in the first floor the permanent exhibiton of the members of this organization and the store and shop, and in the second floor the classrooms of decorating of pottery and design classes.. it's a great place, and the women are sooooooo successfull. during her active time ipue was managing some exhibitons for them in tabriz as well as in tehran! (what a pity, we weren't still with her....) here you can see the same yard where they are celebrating their anniversaries and even in ramazan the *eftari*!!!!!! on our way back home we went across the bazar and saw this tasty dates!!
ipuenktchen Posted Feb 26, 2014, 12:14 pm	we took part in a postcrossing-meeting, leutzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!! anita_2004 was sleeping at the same place like her grandmom, coz we had to leave in the very early morning!!!! at the railway station we me the sis of her hubby and entered together the train for Muenster!! better to say, the train for DORTMUND, coz dear XTLERA was waiting for us to bring us to the castle NORDKIRCHEN which ipue would like to see and to show to their guests as well since years ago... a dream got true!! and really it was so beautiful!!!!! in the meantime the meetup-participiants had a sightseeing-tour in MUENSTER, and at lunchtime we met each other in a restaurant, where all users start at the same time to sign the cards, anita as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! only 7 y/o she was so clever and reached to sign all cards, nearly 400!!!!!! believe it!!!!!! when the meetup was finished and we said goodbye to everybody, we met again ipue's hubby' sis and had a little sightseeing tour together with her in muenster, too! in the eve we went back by train to hannover again, and it was REALLY late when we arrived at home............
ipuenktchen Posted Feb 28, 2014, 1:07 am	hellooooo, everybodyyyyyyyyyyyy!! today ipue show us at the TV-site the account of Kuma-chan, who got a meeting card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??!?!? lucky Kuma-chan.... *soifzzzzzzzzzzzz* we happily remembered the time when we had been at BETZE's and wrote a card to our dear ipuenktchen!!! ipue show us just the SAME card, she got only a few weeks ago!!!! it was a *fehlkauf-joker-card* from dear gugumail!!!!! and the card is soooo great for TV-lovers!!!! the guys on the card are mostly looking like our dear buddy F.M.Bear!!!!!!!!?!?!

ipuenktchen Posted Mar 9, 2014, 1:01 pm	hello, everybodyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!! here you may have a look together with us, as we entered a pottery-exhibition of one of ipue's first pottery buddies, when entered the classes of IR heritage organzation in 1998...... it was so nice! she's able to throw sooooo airy.... but we missed a bit the beautiful turquoise glaze normally seen on pottery of azerbaijan... she was happy to see ipue in her exposition!! and she gave her a gift!! (and we were jalous!!!!!) after finished there we went to the next quarter and on our way we met a GIANT playmobil man!!!!!
ipuenktchen Posted Mar 9, 2014, 1:13 pm	well, we didn't made it home not yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and here you may see us  to enter a new scarf-shop in a modern neighbourhood in the pedestrian zone, and as it is only 2 weeks before the IR new year, they were soooo busy and we weren't able to take pics that much.. but the shop was worth to see.. it belongs to a nephew of ipue's hubby, and he was working there hard together with his wife and two other ladies... the IR women are mad for beautiful scarfs, specially for norouz, the beginning of spring!!!!!!!!! believe it, we learned there are luxurous silk scarfs with a price of 15.000.000 rials!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! who is mad enough to spend so much money for a scarf?????? but there are customers, too!!!!!! ipuenktchen had chosen a beautiful black and white one!! her hubby got the scarf for her as an *EIDI*, means a gift for their new year holidays!!! do you think we toyvoyagers will get eidi here, too??????????? we heard about that the kids will get pocket money from the elder ppl for new year holidays!!!?!?! so we could get !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we'll keep our fingers crossed!!! from there finally we went home and everybody was tired!

Ipue's hubby had invited at the 5-star-hotel at shahgoli park for the revolving restaurant!!!!!!!! we had much fun, nice atmospher and yummy dinner!!! there had been a lot of reasons to have fun together!! 1) yashila_81's master thesis 2) 50th anniversary of ipue & her hubby 3) the new baby in advance 4) yashila_81's new job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and so they had a lot of toasts and gifts and so on.... and also the print version of his master thesis!!!!!!! *smiiiiile* at first pls have a look on a day view of the hotel!
ipuenktchen Posted Mar 12, 2014, 6:08 pm	helloooooooooooo, guys & gals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! today ipue proposed a shopping tour and so we did!!!! boah... what a crowd!!!! like in DE in the last days before X-mas!!!!!?!?! but nevertheless we did our tour and here and there we saw interesting things - for instance the protestant church, in it's yard had been the elementary school of son1 of ipue!!! in front of the church yard is now a new street with an entrance (one you may see on the pic!) at both sides for an underground multi-storey car park!!! when you come like ipue & her hubby not that often downtown you can find every time such *new things*!!! ;-) next while looking for a dyeing mill we saw the ark, the ancient citadel, one of the oldest places of tabriz from 1.000 years ago, from backside.  and in the meantime we got hungry and spedially we TVs started to moan....... so we entered *Pizza2000* and each of us had a yummy food!! spaghetti with goulash and pizza with tongue and cheese!! next we went to a famous nutshop and bought our nuts for the new year's visitors, the same some pastry..... ipue choose always a kind of pastry which is easy to keep for longer time, a wafer with a yummy peanut creme! we asked some books from different bookshops, but didn't found what we were looking for... and so we have to go again downtown on SAT or SUN,.... because we need this as a gift!!! so pls stay tuned! bye for now!!!!!

(and pssst - most places we had been long time before and we have pics there!!!!

ipuenktchen Posted Mar 20, 2014, 10:29 pm	hellooooooooooo, everybodyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!! we got successfull - today at about 8.30 PM 1392 was turning into 1393!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! here you can see us at the *haftsin-table* at ipue's!!!!!! each family is preparing such a table and sit around in the moment when the year is changing! there has to be 7 things with the character *ssin* as there are for instance *ssib* (apple), *ssabzeh* (sprouts getting green), ssir (garlic), ssekkeh (coins), sserkeh (vinagar), ssangak (a traditional bread), ssamano (a special pudding).. and also candle, mirror, the holy qor'an, flower, goldfish, nuts, sweets, new bank notes and so on, and so on......... and here we are!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was a great eve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the whole haftsin you can see here: http://ipuenktchenworld.blogger.de/stories/2386149/ and yesssssssssssss, ipue had a surprise for us!!!! our *eidi*, means a gift or money as a gift for *eide norouz*... the elder ppl are giving to the younger ppl and so she had knitted a shawl for each of us! and so next winter we will not get could hopefully!!! and new bank notes hot off the press we got, too!!! this should happen our purse should never be empty... :-))))) btw - did you noticed she bought new clothes for us, too??????????? thank you sooooo much, dear ipuenktchen!!!!
ipuenktchen Posted Mar 21, 2014, 7:18 pm	1.1.1393 lots of ppl here are spending their new year holidays by *did-o-bazdid*, visit and return visit........... nowadays many ppl are going for holidays to escape from all this visites, but in ipue's first nearly 15 - 20 years going for holidays was unusual and the visites was the greatest thing of new year holidays.......... but it's not so bad to go to see ppl which you never wouldn't see normally.. perhaps only on mourning ceremonies.....  but everything is changing, and since there are the cellphones so common, it's a part of new year holidays to call who ever you could find...........  or send a funny sms.. ipue don't do this that much, but if they are doing visites, they like to spend time there, and so we did today at 2 places!!!!!!!!

IR new year is a spring holiday, the first day of spring even, and so it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! first we went today by foot to the el goli park near to ipue's! so many ppl walking there!!! and a nice haftsin, too! today not that more private haftsins but great spring flowers downtown, because the temperature is higher there!!! and a master pastry-maker with more than 10 - 15 different kind of handmade pastry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! boah, we even didn't saw that much different cookies and pastry in germany!!!!?!?! dear follower, do you remember from ipue's blog the GIANT-eggs, painted by students lately??? they met these eggs in different sighseing-points of tabriz, and today we saw these at 3 places!!!!! a really nice decoration!!
ipuenktchen Posted Mar 25, 2014, 6:49 pm	heyyyyyyyy, leutzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!!!!!!!! today we had a ride downtown together with ipue by bus!!  and for sure FMBear was with us!!!!!!!!!! boah, what a crowd!!!!!!!!!!??!?! first we spent a lot of time at the small park, newly created when a quarter of the ancient saat roundabout were destroyed for a metrostation in future.... ipue told us the view at the ancient town hall is completely changed!!! and later we went to the handicraft exhibition beside khaghani garden and blue mosque!! we saw several haftsins and also giant-eggs!!!! and at last we had an ice-cream and turned back home by bus again!! and btw - we had some news from our buddy JORIS!!!! tomorrow in the eve he'll be back home at tabriz and we are so excited what he had to tell us from his trip to northern IR!!!!??!?!?! (tabriz is count as north-west!!) and just now, when we added the pics, we noticed CROSSY lost his cravatte today......................!!??!!?!
ipuenktchen Posted Mar 25, 2014, 11:24 pm	heyyyyyyyyyyyyy, everybodyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!! although we had the spring-cleaning at ipue's during the weeks before new year it's neccessary to clean again in detail for the day we'll have on next FRI, when ipue & her hubby are waiting for visitors................ for sure we'll help a lot for cleaning and we prepared our ladder and broom and bucket as we promised to sweep the yard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and so we did!!!!! hard work, honestly............... but we brought our portable radio with us out into the garden, and so we had fun and music and the work was a bit more endurable.........
ipuenktchen Posted Mar 28, 2014, 10:54 pm	heyyyyyyyyyy everyyyyyyyyyybodyyyyy!!!!!! as it is the main goal of IR ppl to visit each other during the new year holidays, today it was ipue's turn to wait for guests!! and we were very excited what will happen....  the days before we saw she was busy to get nuts and cookies/ pastry and yesterday her son2 went to buy lots of fruits... and so on............... and when ppl are arriving you have to serve first the tea and cookies or pastry. later nuts and other sweets, and at last the fruits!!!!!!!! this is difficult coz they all don't arrive at the same time.. and you must not forget to whom you served whatever....
ipuenktchen Posted Mar 31, 2014, 3:34 pm	ey gosh, when we got up in the morning we saw *S*N*O*W* everywhere! about 10 cm!!!! and ipue told us, at 4 AM she brought most of the very heavy flowerpots from the stairs and from the terrasse into our home, because it begans to snow and had been only -2 degrees C!!! what a hard job!! later the snow got melted very fast.. and ipue hurried a lot to give us a photo session!!! and a snowball fight we had, too!! thx god we could use our boots from pakistan and also our *eydi*, the new shawl, given by ipue for norouz!!!!

TODAY in the park it was nice sunshine and full of ppl.. the snow was gone mostly.. and although it was quite cold, ppl were using the pedalos in the bassin!! so we had some pics!! boah - what a crowd will be there tomorrow.......................

Sizdah be dar today and a countrywide picnic and tenting and bringing out the sabzeh from haftsin ideally let if free in a floating water to have chance during the whole year!!!!!!!!!!!! beautiful sunny day today in the garden, although it was quite cold.. but all the snow was melting during this day out!! we had a nice day!!! nice ppl, lots of food, playing the whole day, some live-music, too!!

ipuenktchen Posted Apr 4, 2014, 9:30 pm	helloooo, leutzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!! today we had a lazy Friday-afternoon-ride downtown, ipuenktchen & lili_6789 together!! :-)))) so nice weather and we had been in the mood to go out!!! most of the new year decoration had been cut back, only the giant-eggs we saw still here and there... also we joined a calligraphy-exhibition and had a break in the new saat-park in the city center!! there we also entered a nomad's tent where nomad women were baking bread!!
ipuenktchen Posted Apr 10, 2014, 3:43 pm	hellooooooooooo everyyybodyyyyyyyyyyy!!!! we arrived at 7.30 AM in the morning at arjantin terminal in the city center and we went straight for a breakfast just there :-))) and later arrived at NOOR hospital to do what we had to do :-))) we got very happy to see again the post offices in tehran!!!! and then we met the stamped cards into the mailbox in front of the post-office!! mom, you can see us on a bike!!!!!!!!!!!! our dream to ride a bike!!  we hat sit on serveral times untill now, but never had a ride.... :-((((((((((( arrived at the home of ipue's son1 mr. ipue went to buy the famous bread we are always waiting for, and we requested some food from the restaurant in front, ppl were sitting still at the terrasse!! and you can see us waiting.. yes, and after a giant power nap the same eve we went back to the terminal leaving tehran, back home to tabriz!!
ipuenktchen Posted Apr 10, 2014, 3:54 pm	Hi, dear leutzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!! this eve we'll leave again by bus for the visite at ipue's hubby's doctor and I saw nobody wasn't really in the mood to go........... :-((((  because it was during the last months our main direction... :-(((( ipue, too, normally it was her habbit each time to see another place in tehran, but since they are going so often for the medical treatment of her hubby immediately we  went straight home and the same day back to tabriz.... that's life........... now we left at 10.30 PM and here you can see us around 2.30 AM at zanjan for a break!

BREAKING NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we are sooooooooooooooooooo excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a busy day!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!?!?! ipue waked us up in the morning, so we had to make our suitcase, later to have a goodbye-party aaaaand soooo oooooon!!!!!!!! we really didn't know whether we were coming or going!!!!?!?!?!?!?! ipue told us, there is an only chance to leave for europe before fall this eve and more important, to be in time at the RAGBRAI with dear KROETE!???!?!!!!! and so we have to hurry up - AND must not forget to take our bikes with us... then we have to stay a long time in our travel box.. waiting here and there.. untill get freed in VIENNA!?!?! but she promised to add some board games and playing cards so we will not get boring.... hopefully!!!!!! the party was sooooo great, and a clown undertained us, we had even live-music!!! it will be hard to say good-bye........................... :-((((((((((((((((

So we didn't care this sign: Here is our ticket - can you see our names? And turtles took us up to the top of Lady Liberty. A lot of stairs, but no problem for her. And the view! Back on the ground it was the perfect time for the souvenir photo: Wow! We were as near as Lady Liberty, that we could see her strands of hair inside the head!

The airline had lost her bycicle, we had a thunderstorm this morning and the motel wasn't very cosy. Also everything was very different to Europe. But she smiles and says: Let's go and have a look at the Mall of America. At the mall we visited the Lego store. We had a lot of fun with the little green Lego bricks. But then turtles shouted for us - she couldn't find us - can you?
ipuenktchen Posted Jan 19, 2015, 11:37 pm	what an unexpected trip we had just now in december!!!?!?! after a short flight of 2 h we opened our eyes and ppl were speaking a bit rough in their melody of speaking in comparing with farsi.... and they told us it's arabic!!!! wow!!! the next morning we got up early and had a walk downtown!!!!!!! souk... - the arabic bazar, the creek, a boat instead of a taxi on!! and arrived at bur dubai! and as they had just the day before our arriving their 43th national day there had been flags and pics of the founder of the UAE and their leaders everywhere!!

ipuenktchen Posted Jan 19, 2015, 11:52 pm	hehe.... st. niklas day in dubai.......... hohohoooooooooooo!!!! today we had to leave :-((((((((( it was really nice here. we couldn't imagine before we saw it with our own eyes!!! arrived at the dubai airport we had time enough to have a glance again at the duty free shop - and ipuenktchen couldn't believe it when she saw the famous FAZER choci from finland!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??!?! and yeah, she bought one!!! yummyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!! what a great souvenir!!! well done!!!!!!! btw - and yessss, for sure we saw all these highest skyscrapers, but we didn't took any photos of, no need, coz this is boring as you can  see their pics everywhere!!!!!
ipuenktchen Posted Jan 30, 2015, 8:41 pm	since long time ago we hadn't been in tehran and so ipuenktchen decided to take us with her... here you can see the stop in zanjan, half of the way after about 300 km!! the shopkeepers are busy the whole night, coz it's usual to take the nightbus and they are waiting for the customers who are thursty or hungry!!!!?!?! they are preparing lots of teas with a giant samovar and besides for the hungry ppl it's usual to offer potatoes in the skin with hard boiled eggs and a piece of bread!
ipuenktchen Posted Jan 30, 2015, 9:04 pm	hello, everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in the early morning we reached tehran.. like usual there was an awfull  traffic........... ipuenktchen promised us to have a photo-session at azadi-tower, which is the sign of tehran and really beautiful!!!!! and so  we went in that direction!!!!!!! ipue told us, the azadi-tower, built in 1968 by the iranian architect baharat is her favorite motif for a photo-session!!!!! after we passed a very funny day with ipue's friends at a lunch invitation, a great eve chatting with a young friend later, and in the same eve we went back home to tabriz again and arrived at the very early THUmorning!!

ipuenktchen Posted Feb 12, 2015, 11:33 pm	hello, everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! today we had REAL WINTER, it was snowing heavily and we got so happy about!!!!! well, finally it was ipuenktchen and her hubby, who had to clean the doorways, and this was hard for them!!!!!!! but we as all kids were happy for so much snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and our friends ZIZZI and ZORRO are with us!!! but, BELIVE IT!!!!! at last ipuenktchen forgot us in the yard, and now it's dark and late and we had to sleep outside... :-(((  thanks god it's not that cold!!!!!!!!!!!! so we are waiting for the sunshine in the morning...!!!

But we all swore black and blue that they crashed the moment ipue came to our rescue, so nothing had happened at all. (the uncaring mom was still ashamed...) and so we went for a walk in the park.. shahgoli is the ancient name!!

ipuenktchen Posted Mar 6, 2015, 2:11 pm	so awfull, dear followers, when we got up in the morning and it was again snow everywhere and a very bad stormy weather.... and ipue told us, she had to go downtown and if we like, we can go together!? of course we like it, and so we went down the hill to the main-street crossing the whole city! and there is the metro-to-be crossing just this street, and in front of the busstation ipue showed us a beautilful wall painting! do xou know what is shows?? BINGO, the arcades from the yard of blue mosque!!!!! from there we went by bus downtown to the pedestrian zone near bazar, and there were some new monuments we like a lot. pls have a look!!!! in front of the ancient bazar we asked smth to eat, but it was also a monument.. hehe...... it was a nice day, although the weather was really AWFULL!!!!!!!

Old City God's Temple (Laochenghuangmiao)is a major yet relatively inactive, Taoist temple in Shanghai. That area is now a highrise residence building. The "former" temple is known as the Old City God's Temple. The Old City God's Temple and the enclose Yuyuan are not only famous tourist sites but also popular shopping attractions. There are boutiques, shops selling local specialties, as well as large jewelry stores, department stores and fabulous local snack restaurants to be found here. There are too many people here,This street is very buzzes,We also eat a lot of good food,But no time to take pictures I was tired.I'm going back to the hotel to sleep.

It takes about 90 minutes to drive down to Xitang from Shanghai; from a 21st-century megalopolis to an altogether dreamier slice of history. To call this lovely water-village an oriental Venice would be wildly over the mark, yet it shares similarities with its more famous Italian counterpart.Canals dissect twisting narrow lanes and pathways, rendering the community traffic-free and boat friendly.  Worn stone steps lead down to the waters and hopelessly pretty bridges span them. Even though the place is small, it's chock-full with museums, temples and places of historic and cultural interest. Night we live in the town,Here during the day and night is not the same. In the morning,water flows beneath bridges,thin mist is like silk,pinkish walls on both banks stand tall and erect and tiled houses are reflected inversely in the water.In the evening,the setting sun shines slantwise,songs come from fishing boats,lamps flicker and the fragrance of wine drifts.The whole old town is like a poem and a picture.In this town,people will feel that they are seemingly in an earthly paradise. Even though Xitang is small, it's something of a centre for the arts. In summer, traditional folk operas, concerts and a local cinema play by the waterside in the open-air. And all year-round, young artists from the cities come to paint the alleyways and canals. It is an exquisitely beautiful spot.

Situated in the north of Zhejiang Province, the beautiful water town of Wuzhen is one of those ancient towns. It is a charming place full of ancient bridges, traditional hotels, boutiques and restaurants all built around an amazing water network that is part of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal, the longest canal in the world.Over the past thousand years, Wuzhen has not changed its name, water system, or way of life. It is a living museum for an ancient civilization's history, food, and traditions.The buildings of Wuzhen are all a century or more old and built using traditional wood and stone architecture with tile roofs.For centuries the local people of this area have been building their homes and markets along the river's edge. papa_always Posted May 19, 2015, 10:51 am	Today we are still in Wuzhen.Wuzhen is fall into two towns,east town and wes town.One of them is a new town, one is the old town.Today we went to the old town,East town.     Here to keep the ancient town of the original appearance.   The wine brewing industry is prosperous in Wuzhen. In the Ming Dynasty, there were over 20 brewing workshops in Wuzhen, and the three most famous ones were Gaogongsheng, Shunxing and Yong Sheng Workshops.   The Woodcarving Museum, formerly the residence of local rich people Xu Family, also named Hundred Flower Hall, is well-known for its exquisite wood carvings. It’s carved beams and painted rafters, especially the human figures, birds and four-feet animals on the doors and windows by various carving skills.   Here the  road is very narrow,I think it is very interesting.Next we are going to Hangzhou.

Hangzhou is one of the most famous tourist cities in China, not only famous for its natural beauty, but also famous for its history. .Legend has it that the lake used to be an aus'picious pearl hewn into its sparkling shape by the Jade Dragon and the Golden Phoenix ,but it was later stolen by the Mother Queen of the West. When Jade Dragon and Golden Phoenix scrambled with the Mother Queen, this pearl acci'dentally fell onto a land that was known as Hangzhou. It means just as there is paradise in heaven, there are Suzhou and Hangzhou on earth.  Lying on the west edge of Hangzhou city, West Lake is the symbol of Hangzhou as well as one of the most beautiful sights in China.  West Lake has all along been praised as a sparkling pearl.the whole lake is divided into 5 sections, namely the Outer Lake, North Inner Lake, West Inner lake, Yue Lake and Little South Lake, by Gu hill, Sudi Causeway, Baiti Causeway and Ruangong Mound. And  the beauty of the  West Lake lies in its lingering  charm  that survives the change of seasons in a year and of hours in a day. Among its beautiful sights, the most famous sites are the Ten Sights in West Lake . We  board and enjoy the beautiful scenery.The placid lake reflected the image of the trees.The breeze is on my face and body.I feel so good. We also went to the  Lingyin Temple.It's sacred  and quiet . This is a nice place.

ipuenktchen Posted Jul 8, 2015, 11:56 pm	our for sure most important goal when we reached germany was to meet our dear little ANITAchen!!!!!!!!!! and the great event happened TODAY, when we met each other, ipue and her hubby, oma & opa, and dear yashila_81, lili_6789 and her cousin cute little KIA-babyboy in a cafeteria and everybody was so happy and we were chatting endless... of course we had a lot of fun, as she is a fan of traveltoys and playmos, too!!!!!!!!!!! we spent 3 days in her city!!! here you may see her with the playmos, as she even knows us from long time ago while she still lived in tehran............. and btw, it was anita, who decorated ipuenktchen in this way.. who else!!?!? hehe...
ipuenktchen Posted Jul 9, 2015, 12:33 am	very early at 4 AM we went by taxi to the new tehran airport 40 km outside, ipuenktchen & her hubby, Yashila_81 and his family dear lili and cute KIA baby-boy, and a lot of traveltoys, we, possy & crossy included... three airports... from each of them you will see pics!!! and around 12 PM we arrived at the city of cologne by train!!!!! our hotel was at fishmarket (boah... fishmarket at cologne???? it remember us hamburg!!?!?!) beside the st. martin's church!!!
ipuenktchen Posted Jul 9, 2015, 12:58 am	today we had a day in cologne, full of sightseeing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! at first we had a look out of our window to see how close to the church our hotel had been situated!! it seemed as we could touch it..... after breakfast we had a walk in the pedestrian zone... and we passed by an idol of son1' childhood, DIE MAUS, the symbol of the WDR tivi... we were looking for the post-office to send out our postcrossing cards brought with us!!!! here you can see some of ipue's knitted cards, sent out to kugusch and sparkly-. and then a famous place, the founding place of 4711 perfume. do you know from were it got it's name??? during the very olden times when the city got a real map there was a soldier to count the houses and gave this house the No. 4711, and just there was the production place of the perfume!!! from there we entered all together the chocolate museum beside the river rhine, and it was really interesting for all of us!!!! then the great moment when we saw the famous bridge with all the love-locks!!! it was specially stunning for ipue's hubby who know enough to imagine that perhaps 40 t weight is hanging on the bridge because of only all these locks!!!! and this is really dangerous, so we must not be angry, when the city from time to time let pick up all the locks!!!!!!!???!?! the kids had prepared also a lock for dear little KIA and so his mom & dad fixed it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and here the cathedral of cologne finally!! so impressing, a world heritage site even!!! after we had been pretty tired and went to sleep!!

ipuenktchen Posted Jul 9, 2015, 2:06 am	a fantastic day for all of us!!!!!!!!!!! we went to pick up our granddaughter after school and went together to ***Solebad Wischlingen***, a famous brine bath around dortmund!!! it was great, we had so much fun, to swim even outside or inside or in the brine bath itself  or whereever or even in the baby pool we had our chatting... it was fun - fun - fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! great day!!!!!! it was such a cold weather and one way took us 3 hours, but it was worth to do!! in the evening we brought our dear anita back home, kissed her  good-bye - and we all have to be patient, it will take time untill we can see us again...................

Lombard Street is an east–west street in San Francisco, California that is famous for a steep, one-block section with eight hairpin turns. Golden Gate Park is the third most visited park in the United States.  The park is filled with gardens, museums, art, flowers, trees, lakes, birds and wildlife. 16th Ave Tiled Steps Project is a very interesting level, It was fun to look at the design and those who helped make the stairs. The Golden Gate Bridge is a suspension bridge spanning the Golden Gate strait, the mile-wide, three-mile-long channel between San Francisco Bay and the Pacific Ocean.The bridge is one of the most internationally recognized symbols of San Francisco, California, and the United States. But the weather is very bad when we go.There is often has fog and so cold.

The neighborhood’s pride and its heart: the towering Castro Theater (. In its time, it was only a medium-sized neighborhood picture show place. The area's bars are still solidly gay and the restaurants almost universally chic, but the tiny shops on the theater side of Castro Street carry irreplaceable knickknacks and objects d’art. Just a few days ago here at the end of gay parade,It's a pity that we didn't catch up,I heard that it was a very busy day. We went to the movies in the evening.<Ted2> is a very funny

We're jetting off for a sunshine holiday in the Boracay~~ BEIJING was rather cold , five below zero.We too need the warm sunshine. We arrived at the hotel.It's very warm here. The sea all around the island.sunshine and beach looks so beautiful.We had some food.We began to enjoy  forget all and disturbing carefree holiday, not sedulous ground orchestrates a lot of activity, think only silent the taste that enjoys leisure.
papa_always Posted Jan 6, 2016, 9:54 am	Today is the last day of 2015. We wnet to thr Puka Beach Puka beach second major Boracay beach, it is the pride of Boracay. Puka beach shells are very famous in the 1970s and 1980s, Puka Shell was chosen for high-quality raw materials, used to make jewelry, rage, by people's favorite. Therefore, but a lot of people in Puka beach collect shells can now see the remains of the time left. A famous singer LiangJingRu in China is holding a wedding at here. We spent the whole morning collecting seashells on the beach. We found many beautiful shells on the shore. The New Year's bell will soon toll to usher in the year2015. This year I went to many cities in many countries for travel, I have met many old friends and got to know a lot of new friends, so I felt very happy! For some reason, I didn't update in time. But I've photographed a lot and there are more photos that I have not processed.But when I look at them, it brings back many memories. I will be in the days to update and share with us. I made a wish for the new year: Next year we can go to more places to travel and May my family and my friends live in peace and harmony throughout the new year. Wish everyone a happy new year!

White Beach, Boracay's biggest tourist attraction, stretches some four kilometers on the western side of the island, mostly within the barangay of Balabag. It is largely because of the pristine, white powdery sand of White Beach and the crystal-clear blue water of the surrounding sea that Boracay is often called "the world's most beautiful tropical island." The northern end of the beach is "lorded over" by Fridays, the southern end by Lorenzo South. In between you will find all kinds of accommodation, from native bamboo-and-nipa bungalows to Western-style concrete buildings. The most famous view of Boracay is the sunset. We sat on a sailing boat to see the sunset. But I can't take a picture. The sailing is too exciting. I was wet all over. We'll play on this again tomorrow.
papa_always Posted Jan 8, 2016, 9:54 am	We're still at the beach today. I really like the sea. Seeing it makes me relaxed and peaceful. My home is near the sea and I love walking on the beach. After sunset, the sea becomes so different from daytime. The sea breeze makes me comfortable. Walking without shoes feels great, because the sand is so soft. Sometimes, we will play games on the beach or make some sand sculptures. It's really funny.

The island is rife wit SPA, Here's the Philippines massage is very famous,Spa consultants and therapists are experienced in all of the treatments and can assist guests in planning personalised spa treatment. Swimming and massage, hat really good feel. But we're going home tomorrow. Goodbye Boracay We're back in the winter But I know there are more interesting things waiting for us in the Beijing.

It looks like a bird's nest woven with branches. It contains a bowl-shaped stadium which is red. The whole building is related through the giant reticular structure, without one column in the interior. It has been a landmark and a longstanding symbol of the Olympics. During the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, the opening ceremony, closing ceremony, track and field meets, and men's football final will be held here. It is the world's largest steel structure and the most complex stadium ever constructed. Its design had to be inspiring and be able to withstand an earthquake. After the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, the stadium will become a sports and entertainment facility for the residents of Beijing. The Beijing National Aquatics Center,also officially known as the National Aquatics Center,and colloquially known as the Water Cube,is an aquatics center that was built alongside Beijing National Stadium in the Olympic Green for the swimming competitions of the 2008 Summer Olympics Despite its nickname,the building is not an actual cube,but a cuboid (a rectangular box). is a shape very similar to the structure of "H2O", In the evening it will make a colorful light, Much better than the day. PAPA said she had the chance to bring us here again at night.

The mount was named the Hill of 10,000 Years and became an imperial garden to the north of the imperial Palace. The name of "Jingshan" was given in 1655 during the Qing Dynasty. In 1751 five pavilions were built on the hill in a straight line. Wanchun Pavilion in the middle is on the central axis of the old Beijing city. So This is the center of Beijing.We From there one has a grand view of the former Imperial Palace. We passed the the Imperial Palace. This is one of the most famous scenic spots in Beijing. The tourist bus is very lovely. We took a video on it. PAPA was thinking about putting the video about us on website, Such as YouTube. And I'm looking forward to seeing myself.
papa_always Posted Feb 26, 2016, 7:40 am	It's snowing in Beijing. The first snows of winter ! The weather is very cold. We go to the park to see the snow. The lake has begun to freeze. In the lake opposite the tower is the CCTV Tower. This is a sign of modern architectural function, They can launch 8 sets and 10 sets of radio and television. The snow was banked up along the roadside. But So much snow has already melted away. We can snowmen and throw the snowballs.
papa_always Posted Mar 17, 2016, 8:09 am	A It's been a long day. We went on a trip to the Great Wall. Lt's snowing outside! Although it is very cold, but I believe that the scenery is very beautiful. So we set out. The Great Wall of China is called the "Ten thousand Ii Great Wall" in Chinese. In fact, it' s more than 6 000 kilometres long. It winds its way from west to east, across deserts, over mountains, through valleys till at last it reaches the sea. It is one of the wonders of the world. There are many sections of the Great Wall in Beijing. We went to the Mutianyu Great Wall today. Mutianyu Great Wall Travel Area is situated in Huairou District of Beijing. The architecture of Mutianyu Great Wall is of special style.It has closely packed enemy towers and [perilous passes. It was built up with battlements on both side of walls. On southeast side, there is one general gateway platform connected with three enemy towers together, which is quite rare in the whole Great Wall; in northwest side, there are the Great Wall section named as Ox Horn Edge built above the sea level of over 1000 meters and the sections named as Arrow Buckle and Flying Eagle Facing Upward built on the knife-steep mountain peak, which look extraordinary and rugged. The whole section of Great Wall stretches and winds like a huge flying dragon. We finally came to the Great Wall, I was so excited.Great Wall is painted of pure white and coated with silver costume, showing a northland scene. We walked for a long time. The higher we climbed, the more awe-inspiring the scenery became. The Great Wall is really amazing! I can hardly imagine how it was built thousands of years ago. There are a lot of foreign tourists like us. Everyone is excited about it. The snow has stopped, yet it's getting colder. When we were down The Great Wall ,by Bill Clinton former American Presidont rode the car to climb The Great Wall on June 28,1988!Only one car. What a coincidence! Many of them have come to know the famous Chinese saying: "He who does not reach the Great Wall is not a true man."Now I’m a true man!

BACK HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the day before our arriving at tab they had SNOW!!!!! not that much and immediately melted... omg........ and so we are so lucky to announce still a beautifull fall weather in tabriz.. no rain, no low temperature, but sunshine as much as you like!!!!!! and we travelbuddies like so much to play and get hidden in the leaves.... *smile*

I couldn't imagine when we opened our eyes in the morning and I understood, it seemed we were in a hotel.. and when we went for breakfast I heard only foreign languages... later we went out for a walk around, had a ride with the famous tramway of lisbon, got out in an upper quarter and had a great view to downtown lisbon and at the other side to the castle!!!!! woooooooooooow!!!!!!! we are happy to be in LISBON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lisbon, we are coming!!!! pls stay in touch with us to read and see about our adventures!!!

Last FRI son2 decided to go again for SKIING and picked us up to come with him... to this olden times ski ressort, where our sons both learned to go by ski and we went often there... while yashila_81 had fun by skiing with his friends we made us busy by taking photos and looking at the sportive ppls and having a walk around... it was so great for all of us and we got very thankful for this day out!!! pls be patient for some pics!!!!!

I'm starting here with ipue's haftsin with the blue tablecloth!!!!!!!!!!! and the next one with the red tablecloth is from dear lili_6789!!! the 3rd one with the esfahan table cloth is the one of the german language institute of son2, situated in silkroad-tower at mansur cross road!!!

ipuenktchen Posted Oct 9, 2017, 10:42 pm	we are in the city TAMPERE, the host of the stamp exhibition FINLANDIA 2017... and also the International Postcrossing Meetup Tampere may 2017!!!!!!!!!!!! we got really thrilled to enter the exhibition today!!! in the park outside of the exhibition center we found a cute moomin sculpture!!! the moomin characters were created by Swedish-speaking Finnish illustrator Tove Jansson, who released 9 books and a comic strip between 1945 and 1993, and they have been basics of numerous television series and a theme park as well.... and of course to see tons of postcrossers... the meetup is the largest we've ever seen with 100 participiants!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and the finnish postcrossing friends had done a great job!!!!!!!!!!!

ipuenktchen Posted Oct 10, 2017, 12:50 am	hei, we are in finland!!!! we got really thrilled!!!!!!!!!! and on our 2nd day here we had a trip to the world heritage site SUOMENLINNA, the island in front of helsinki, from there in olden times their country and capital got defensed!! together with dear Kilona,  Glenasena from aussiland and blogger from florida, and of course ipue and her hubby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! from helsinki harbour we went by ferry and had a nice walk through the island and even a typical finnish lunch!!! can you imagine that they even are brewing bear here untill nowadays??!?
ipuenktchen Posted Oct 29, 2017, 11:20 pm	helloooooooooooooooo, everyyybodyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! after their great holidays arrived back home ipue and her hubby mostly had been so tired and we stood at home all the time.... and so we got extremly happy when ipue picked us up to join the 15th International Tabriz Book Fair, during the last 6 days - and today it will be closed again. ipue's son2 had a stand at this well known exhibition with his german language institute and he had been very busy with his team!!!!! when we strolled around ipue brought us upstairs in the salone amir kabir to the stand of the animation group of the anjomane cinemaye javan!! they had a special minicity used as the background of an animation and ipue would like so much to make some pics!!!!!! and so she did.. and it was so fantastic!!!!!!!!!! the group made their own guys by play dough, so sweet characters!!!! they even invited us for an animation. but we are not sure, you will be able to open it.. let us see, what happened... later: now we are able to open the file, but it's too large..

ipuenktchen Posted Oct 31, 2017, 1:31 am	helloooooooooooooooooooo, pls hear about the unforgettable day we took part today.... still during the night we made a pic when still everybody was sleeping.. az we got ready very early ipue was able to enter the inet for free in the bahnhofstr in front of galeria k.... to made her kids and close friends able to get in touch with her on this remarkable day when ipue turned to 70!!!!!! and dear lili was so kind to honour her with the persian bday song!!!!! then we met the others three quarters before the arriving of the train for HH *unterm schwanz*, one of the traditional meeting points in H.. to kill the bottle and have some laugenbrezeln with!!! as there had been ipue and her hubby, ipue's sis, two of her oldest friends from childhood, and the daughter and grandson of one of them, and here she got honoured with the german bday song!!! then up to the train!!!! we arrived at HH at noon, and 5 great postcrossers were waiting for us, brought us by metro to the harbour, where we had to go upstairs on a hill so called stintfang to have the fantastic view over the harbour, ipue's favorite view of HH!!!! and believe it or not, there was waiting one of our great postcrossing buddies with a handmade cheesecake, bday candles and coffee and tea etc.... oh goshhhhhh... later from there to the ferry, no matter we got a bit wet.. and the ferry went into the direction of the newly opened ELBPHILHARMONIE!!!! here we had time enough to enter the observation deck and to admire the fantastic building!!! back again by ferry to the landungsbruecken we went straightly into the portuguese quarter for postcard shopping and lunch and nevertheless our meetup to sign cards, and again another bday song, this time the english one by the postcrossing chorus!! you are so great, girls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you all made my day!!!!!!!!!! and of course pretty tired we joined the train back to hannover, and ipue's hubby was so kind to suffer again to stay in internet at bahnhofstr to let her to get in touch with other close friends!!!!! ipue told us, she has the best friends of the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! pls don't forget to come back here one day to see more pics of this fantastic day!!!!!!!

ipuenktchen Posted Jan 1, 2018, 3:38 pm	hi, everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! today ipuenktchen brought us straight to europe!!!! and when we left the plane in HHairport, we went again straight to HH mainrailwaystation to meet ipue's sis and her hubby!!!!! and together we got the metro to the portuguese neighborhood  beside the harbour where the 4 scandinavian churches for the sailors are situated, which had their xmas-market just today!!! wow.. what a different lifestyle we met again during this day.. omg...... we reached only two of them, the swedish xmas-market and of course the finnish x-mas-market.. a gloeggi was obliged.. hehe... and of course ipue got thrilled to buy her favorite finnish chocolate FAZER SALMIAKKI!!!! and as ipue's hubby was extremly tired from the whole trip up from midnight  last day, we immediately took the train to hannover, and exactly 23 hours later we entered our bed....... omg..............

As our way from Tab to Hannover was soooo hard for us.., although ipue's sis and her hubby Had Been with us, ipue decided the same day that on Our way Back Home we'll have an Break in HH and have a Hotel to stay the night in HH!!!!! And my dear sis Same day proposed to Come with us again for Help!!!! Ipue was very thankfull and hopefull!!!!! and so we met ipye's sis at hannover mainrailwaystation and went together by train via UELZEN to HAMBURG!!!! we cannot say it was easy but it was possible to do with the great help of ipue's sis!!! omg...  so we reached the hotel around noon  and immediately she went back home hannover!!!! thxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx!!!!! in the afternoon we had a walk (from one bench to another...) at HH x-mas-market in spitalerstr. and finally entered a cafe in a nice atmospher..... back in hotel slept very early.... only had some broetchen left from our last breakfast in hannover... pls stay tuned for some pics later. thxxxx
ipuenktchen Posted Jan 6, 2018, 1:42 pm	helloooooooooooo agaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we woke up at 5... time enough... at 7 we left our room forward to HHairport!!!!!!!!! we got a great help from the hotel's stuff, who took both our large suitcases to the train to the airport!!!! the hotel was quite in front of the railway station!! thx god, everything works for its best!!!!!!!!!!!! very good in time we entered the airport and qeshm air counter!!!!! ipue got a wheelchair with all her pain during the last weeks..... we got happy sitting in the plane and with the only desire to sleep... arrived at tabriz airport at 7 PM........... the van of the travel agency was waiting for us and straiiiiiiiiiiiiiight we went to the bday-party of son2... shabe yalda.... and opening ceremony of the elevator in his home!!!!!!!!!!! omg.. at midnight we got more than happy to sleep again in our own beds... good night everybodyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and pls stay tuned for the pics.....

ipuenktchen Posted Feb 12, 2018, 9:02 pm	hi, everybodyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we got so excited today when ipue read the german daily newspaper from her original hometown hannover, HAZ, and she pointed us an article about a german teacher, 45 y/o, collecting playmos since an age of 4... boahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, he collected about 10.000 playmos and a large stuff of miniature worlds like vehicles, houses, furniture, forts, castles, animals and so on until back to medievial and baroque era.... he placed them in a large hall close to his living place.. and now, ppls, believe it, there will be a great exhibition*playing history* in the hannover historical museum from parts of his collection, up from aug, 19!!!!! it would be so great, if we could be there, too..  to tell him from our adventures, although we have not these great houses and stuff... but the things we need we have!!!!! and we have seen the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We often heard ipue speaking about, it was a great wish of her, and now got true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there was a beautiful fall mood all around, and we like it so much, when the leaves are falling down from the trees... all the traveltoys with ipue and even KAIPO from hawaii had been around us while sitting beside the window with such a beautiful chutney-tree with its leaves in fall colours....

We REALLY need some OXYGEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-))))) after so many days at home we really want to go out, and so we went all together for the supermarket and groceries!!! and as we also since long time ago didn't took any pic, ipue decided to start to make some just here in the yard!!!!! btw, did you noticed the snowdrop??? some of them still in a good condition, although several times they got covered with snow!!!

ipuenktchen Posted Mar 20, 2021, 10:48 pm	hi, friends, buddies, followers and family members!!!!! during this night up to the last day of the iranian year ipue made our HAFTSIN.... do you remember, haft sin means 7 s, means 7 items of persian language with a 's'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and some other stuff with a special meaning for love and luck and many other positive wishes for the new year!!!!!! and as it was very late, she forgot more than 5 items....... as we understood later, after making all our pics still in the night.. ok... never mind........................... ssib (apple), sserkeh (vinegar), sabzeh (the seeds, got green), sekkeh (coin), ssonbol (hyazinth, we have only in the yard..), ssangak (a special bread), ssenjed (a kind of fruit) ssamano (a kind of pudding), ssumagh (a spice) and many other stuff like  gold fishes, a mirror, candles, a clock, coloured boiled eggs, the holy qor'an,  new banknotes, nuts & pastry etc. many ppl nowadays don't get goldfishes, but met a bowl of water with an orange into!!!! and also some ppl use instead of the holy qor'an the book of poet hafez.

A GIANT Playmo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we don't remember well, 2 or 3 different ones................!!!!!!!!!!!! and we took lot of pics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we all love giant playmos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as our dear host like it a lot, we had also a coffee in the mall!!!! and we found also another haftsin!
ipuenktchen Posted Mar 25, 2021, 12:24 am	helloooooo, dear friends, followers, buddies and so on!!!!!!!!!! today we went by suburb train from turramurra to downtown Sydney!!! we were very excited!!!!!!!!!!! coz we would get to see the most famous sightseeing site in this gorgeous cityyyyy!!!!! the OPERA!!!!! it's one of the most famous buildings of the 20th century!!! opened in 1973! there is a large space around, thx god, coz there is such a crowd around!!!! we enjoyed there so muchhhhhhh and were so thankful for this opportunity!!!

ipuenktchen Posted Mar 25, 2021, 8:46 pm	hello, dear friends, buddies & followers!!!!!!!!!!!!! as we noticed ipue is living with two cultures and so today she tidied up the norouz deco and was arranging the easter decoration!!! this is sooo interesting for us!!!! both are special for spring!!! and after a longlasting winter and cold and grey weather we need the spring colours and get happy with!!!!

ipuenktchen Posted Apr 1, 2021, 10:48 pm	hi, dear friends, buddies & followers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it's close to easter holidays and Possy had the idea to change her hair-style.. as she got tired of alltime the same model... but when she came back home frome the hairdresser's she noticed Crossy was upset and didn't like her wig... oh, what she can do??????????????????? so she decided to use it 2 or 3 days but not for easter and it will be better to put it in the attic and never use it again....... but for the easter pics it was too late, and all her pics were with the wig... never mind.....
ipuenktchen Posted Apr 5, 2021, 10:28 pm	hi, dear friends, buddies, followers & family!!!!!!!!!!!! although we couldn't got up in time as it was spoken to join our garden on this beautiful Easter Monday.... the clock should been ringing at 9 AM, but we only woke up at 11 AM... shame on us........... but dear yashila_81 was so kind to let us time to get ready untill noon... poooooohhhhh..... later in the day the weather turned into a very stormy weather.. lucky us, we were the only ones who had a shawl, coz it got really COLD!!! believe it, there was a motorbike in the garden!!!!!!! and we all had been very curious to whom it  belongs... it was the motorbike of the workman who was busy there today!! and so we weren't allowed to have a ride....    what a pity................. when yashila_81 had a break he had a shisha, too, and again we weren't allowed to do the same..... but we got a pic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ipuenktchen Posted Apr 19, 2021, 10:18 pm	helloooooooooo, everybody!!! dear friends, buddies, family!!!!!! what a fantastic spring day we had ahead when son2 decided to go to the garden!!!!!!!!!!! in yusefabad dear yashila_81 didn't went straight to the garden, but had choosen the road to GURIGOEL LAKE!!!! wowwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!! so beautiful everywhere! ipue told us, in summer mostly the lake is dried recently.. what a pity.... years ago even they had there sometimes a few flamingos!!!!!!!!!!! today ipue's grandchildren would set free their norouz-fishes there, which is normally common to do at the 13th day of the new year!!!! at sizdah-be-dar!!!!!!!! well, from there we went back to the garden and enjoyed the great weather, everybody was busy to have a great day!!!!! even the kiddies made cookies, they asked their granny recently!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and we had a coffee-break outside!! how much fun we had with our bicycles!!!!!

We passed the MON in ipue's garden and had a great day!! as it's a bit colder there we had just the beginning of spring! of course we all had a photosession!!! and most of all we liked the poppies!!!!!!! btw the lilac here in yusefabad is in a much more beautiful colour than in tabriz although it's from the same plant. we think it's a matter of soil......
