Actually I'm travelling with a good friend of mine and visiting some places on the East Coast of the USA.

Near the Hotel in Philadelphia we found some nice blooming trees which invites me to climb in them.

Today I have been to Boersborn a small village in Rhineland-Palatine. There crest shows an oak tree which really exists. This oak trees name is "Muhleiche" and  is more than 500 years old and dies inbetween. Therefor the inhabitants plant a new tree in the 1980's which thrives and will be the "mascot" for the next 500 years or more. See more details at their website or Wikipedia
