As I do not have an average Toy voyager, i.e. it's really not so much of a toy but more of a photograph, I feel like my first update should simply offer some background about the why of my Toy voyager.

Basically, I am working on a present for my aunt/godmother. We have a lot of things in common and one of them is travelling. We just LOVE it. There's just two things about this that could be improved:

a) Surprisingly, we rarely travel together - you know, busy lives, she can travel when I can't and the other way round, bla bla bla, the usual excuses.
b) There is just not enough time to visit all the places we want to visit.

How to solve that?

a) Find a way we can travel together without having to pay too much attention to matching up our agenda's.
b) Find a quick way to see as many places as possible in a short time.

Conclusion?

Make it a Virtual World Tour! Have a photograph of the two of us travel the world, gather the photographs in a photobook, give my aunt the surprise of her life when she sees this photobook. And that is why!

My travelling photograph has now started its journey around the world. And the first country we got to visit was Russia. Yes, we think big, so we start off in a big country. The wonderful Vunder was so kind to host Auntie and me in Kazan.

It was really great to get there. Travelling in an envelope is quite comfortable, but after such a long journey, getting some fresh air is very welcome. And what we saw was truly amazing.

Thanks so much Vunder for hosting Aunti and me. We had a great time and absolutely loved it!
