Hello everybody,

my name is Willy Wau and I am a little dog :)!
http://i263.photobucket.com/albums/ii123/oceania87/TV/willy/willy_6.jpg

I really love my mummy, but sometimes it is better to say goodbye and travel, when you have the feeling that you must change something.

I will travel around the world, hopefully...you will see here, where I go :)!

Have a nice day,
Willy

So, here I am again.
Today I will stay at home, waiting for my mummy. She has to go to the doctor, so I can't come with her, because the doc don't like animals...
But I know a lot to do!

http://i263.photobucket.com/albums/ii123/oceania87/TV/willy/willy_12.jpg
I can play with my little ball :)!

http://i263.photobucket.com/albums/ii123/oceania87/TV/willy/willy_23.jpg
http://i263.photobucket.com/albums/ii123/oceania87/TV/willy/willy_25.jpg
Or listening to the stories of big bear :)!

http://i263.photobucket.com/albums/ii123/oceania87/TV/willy/willy_5.jpg
I will drink enough, because it is good for my health.

http://i263.photobucket.com/albums/ii123/oceania87/TV/willy/willy_37.jpg
I will eat a little bit :)! I love Toast.

http://i263.photobucket.com/albums/ii123/oceania87/TV/willy/willy_53.jpg
And then we will sit on the couch and maybe watch Television!

http://i263.photobucket.com/albums/ii123/oceania87/TV/willy/willy_48.jpg
And big bear will have a look at us :)! I know :)!

But when mummy comes back, we will pack my things and then I will go to my first host :)!

Now I am enjoying my mummy-free-time...:)

I have finally arrived in Scotland, my new host says I must have got lost somewhere along the way, beacuse I took ages getting here, but at least I have now arrived.

It is a shame that I didnt arrive last week because there were two lovely Toyvoyagers that were here that have now left to go to their next hosts. I have been told that I would have gotten on so well with them.

There is a Toyvoyager here at the moment, but my host is unsure if she should introduce us or not, he is called Bonz and she is afraid that I may eat him, but I promise to behave myself, after all I didnt eat the chocolate on the way here  :D

Anyway that is all for now, after my very long journey I am very sleepy, so I will go and have a nap and post some more later.

Hello!

Here i am again because i finally have some time to show my arrivel to you.

Everybody was very curious about me. Even the dog who lives here come to watch me!

http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/willywau001.jpg

I was shy to come out but everybody comforts me. After a few minutes i was ready to leave my envelope and introduce myself to the others.
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/willywau003.jpg
This are from the left to the right: Bene, Iggy-korn and Lillebi.
They are all very sweet so i think we gonna be good friends for the next weeks!

Bene asked me if i want to meet the pets together with him. He said it is much more fun to do that together. I agree, so we decided to get to know them.
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/willywau005.jpg
This is Dharma. He's a very sweet puppy when he's asleep. The reason i say this is because he has very sharp teeth and is a little bit naughty at the moment. He wants to play with you but bite you and i think that is very painfull.

http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/willywau006.jpg
This fluffy cat is Isis. She is very sweet but also old. That's why you have to be carefull with her. She sleeps a lot.

http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/willywau007.jpg
This is Luna the black cat. She is very scared and only trust Eva. But once she get to know you and trust you she's your best friend. I hope she will trust me later on because i think she's a lot of fun.

I'm gonna sleep now because i'm very tired of my journey. I keep you posted mummy!

Hello!

Today we asked Eva to tell us everything she know about Alkmaar. She told us some funny stories!

Alkmaar is above all Holland's cheese town. During the season from the first Friday of April to the first Friday of September a traditional cheese market is being held here on Friday mornings between 10 and 12.30. The cheeses are sold by dealers on a clap of hands. Thereupon the 400 year old cheese porters' guild goes into action, carrying the cheese off on barrows after the lot has been weighed at the Waag (the official scales). In the Waaggebouw - in which the scales are housed - a cheese museum that tells everything about dairy farming has been established.
Cheese has been weighed in Alkmaar since 1635.

Alkmaar is historical with around 400 monuments. The Waag, dating back in its earliest form to the 14th century, the 16th century town-hall, Grote St. Laurens Church and the many courtyards, facades and canals give the town an ambience all of its own. With the past as a setting, the town has a modern stock of shops offering a wide choice. Besides the predominantly small shops in the old centre, the Noorder Arcade with large scale shopping facilities stands by the side of the Noord Holland Canal.

Alkmaar is the biggest town in the region. Relaxation can also be found in the Geestmerambacht recreational area close by.

Hello!

Also a new TV arrived today. When we got home from our walk we found a paper that said there was a package for Eva delivered by her neighbours. The package was very big so we all were wondering what could be in that big box.
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/duinenendavy021.jpg

It was very strange to see a small beer walked out of the box.
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/duinenendavy022.jpg

Why such a big box for such a small animal? But suddenly Bene shouted that the beer was attached to a string. There was one more in the box!

Hello!

Today we stayed home and discover a lot here.
First we enjoyed the sun and suddenly two dogs came to us. We didn't notice them before and they told us they wanna become a toyvoyager also. We drink tea with them and told us al about our adventures.
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/boeken001.jpg

Eva made eggs and bread for us and it was very delicious!
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/boeken002.jpg

After that we wanna see what we can find in the house.
I found some dwarfs and they told me i can find a fantasy world here if i want.
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/boeken006.jpg

I ask them were i can find it but the only thing they did was point to the book closet. First i had no clue what they meant with that but we all decided to take a look at the novels in the closet.
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/boeken004.jpg

We found a lot off novels written by Stephen King. We talked about his stories about good and evil and suddenly we realised what the dwarfs tied to tell us. If you read a book you are in a fantasy world!
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/boeken003.jpg

This are books about Appie and his friends. As a child Eva her dad read this stories to her and they are very old. You can't find them in the stores anymore. The books look old and smell old so it was very excited to read them.

After that we found some treasure chests. In each of that chest we found fairytales and classic stories. This was so much fun to see!

Hello!

I start with the good news. Eva decided to do something for us yesterday evening. We had no clue what it was because she showed us a strange thing:
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/zwembad001.jpg

We go to bed and were thinking what i can be and when we got out of bed this morning we finally saw what is was:
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/zwembad002.jpg

It is a pool! Today they predict a very sunny and hot day so Eva thought it would be a great idea to give us something fresh and funny.

But the bad news is:
They were wrong! It's very cloudy :(
Hopefully the sun will show itself today so we can play in the pool.

Eva wanna cheer us up so she made a typical dutch snack: patat, kroketten and kaassoufle. First it taste a little funny but after the first bite i loved it!
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/regenenpatat003.jpg

Hello!

Today it's queensday here in the Netherlands. We are celebrating the dutch queen her birthday. Beatrix is the name of the dutch queen but it isn't her date of birth. 30th april is the birthday of her mother Juliana. But she never changed it in her one date of birth.
Most of the people wear orange clothes today because it's our national color. On the streets you eyes get hurt of all the orange. But of course i can't stay behind and wear an orange bandana today
:)

http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/queensday014.jpg

This morning the queen visit Makkum and Franeker. Two cities in the north of the Netherlands. We watched in on the tv. Queen Beatrix and Maxima wear pink today. Every year they have the most funny hats on their head.
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/queensday004.jpg
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/queensday006.jpg

Here Bea (Beatrix), Willem Alexander (Willempie) and Maxima are singing 'het Wilhelmus', the dutch song.

So today it's party time! I will update again today because this wasn't the only party we had today.

First we sing for him:
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/queensday008.jpg

After that we gave him his presents we bought sneaky for him this week and off course wrapped up in orange paper:
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/queensday009.jpg

tadaaaaaaaaaa!!! Real Nijntjes. Nijntje is a rabbit from a novel for children. Bene was very glad with it!
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/queensday010.jpg

After that we decided to play games. First we played poker (texas hold em). It was very excited to play!
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/queensday011.jpg

After a while we wanna do an other game so we played Wie is de ezel (who's the donkey). It's a verry funny games with cards.
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/queensday012.jpg

Now we are gonna dance!!!

Hello!

Today we went to Den Helder to visit Eva her grandma.
Den Helder has ever started with the arising of Huisduinen, a whaler village. Gradually it developed into Den Helder which we know now. A city which was built within the linies of the forten. Later formed a number of districts there around. The space between the different town parts is characteristic. Den Helder is a city with a strongly maritime screen. Sea-going, the rescue being, the offshore and the royal Navy natural.

The Navy has stipulated many years' the image of Den Helder. But the Navy shrank in, Den Helder threatened to become a city with no face. By nourishing the culturehistory , the tales of the seaman and with that the coherent heroiek Den Helder has rediscovered its own core values.

Eva told me this while i was watching the ship-building yard.
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/denhelder013.jpg

When you look at the end of the picture you can see some old ships that were used in the war. But they still use this ships for other wars and peace missions.

http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/denhelder014.jpg

Here you see the submarine in the shipyard.

http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/denhelder015.jpg
Here we are watching the Nordsea. It was such a bright day today that you even can see Texel!

After the shipyard we watched the flowerbulb fields. They are famous here in Holland. We were very lucky because in this time of year you can see all the bright colours of it.

Hello!

Yesterday was the last evening here in Alkmaar for Iggy-Korn and Lillebi.
Eva organised a surpriseparty for them.

Suddenly the doorbel rings. When we opened the door Lejow stood there! That was a very big surprise. She wasn't alone.

Here are Sylphide, Tony and Meleleuca

We talked a lot in the garden and everybody wanna tell their story so before we know the sun was down.
That night we played on the wii for a long time but unfortunatelly the pictures failed. That's really a pitty!

After a long evening full of fun we sleep together and this morning it was time for one last picture of the whole group.

Hello!

Today was the day of Remembrance the dead in the Netherlands.

Remembrance of the Dead (Dutch: Dodenherdenking) is held annually on May 4 in the Netherlands. It commemorates all civilians and members of the armed forces of the Kingdom of the Netherlands who have died in wars or peacekeeping missions since the outbreak of World War II.

Until 1961, the commemoration only related to the Dutch victims of World War II. Since 1961, the victims of other military conflicts (such as the Indonesian National Revolution in Indonesia) and peacekeeping missions (such as in Lebanon or Bosnia) are remembered on May 4 as well.

Traditionally, the main ceremonies are observed in Amsterdam at the national monument on Dam Square. This ceremony is usually attended by members of the cabinet and the royal family, military leaders, representatives of the resistance movement and other social groups. At 8:00 p.m., two minutes of silence are observed throughout the Netherlands. Since May 4 1994, the flags, having hung at half-staff during the day, are then hoisted to the sounds of the Wilhelmus, the Dutch national anthem. Since 2001 the new protocol says it's okay to let the flag hang half-staff.

Although the main celebrations get the most attention from the media, there are ceremonies in other cities and places as well, such as the Waalsdorpervlakte near the Hague where many Dutch resistance fighters were executed during the war. In many towns, before or after the two minutes of silence, people gather around a monument, listen to speeches, and lay down flowers to remember the dead.

One day later, on May 5, Dutch people celebrate the liberation from the German occupation between 1940 and 1945.

We watched the remembrance on the television. We saw the Waalsdorpervlakte.

THE POOL: ROUND 2

Hello!

Today we decided to do something back for Eva. Again it's very nice weather so we decided to put air in the pool for her.
It was hard working!
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/dodenherdenking001.jpg

But Eva wasnt the only one who enjoyed the pool today.
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/dodenherdenking005.jpg

It was very nice to get a tan in the pool and the water gives me refreshment.

Eva lives by the water and suddenly we heared funny sounds coming from the water. It were little baby birds!
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/dodenherdenking008.jpg

They were so sweet and we gave them bread.

Hello!

I ride on a bike today! It was scary! But i also love to do it! Fortunate for me the bike has wheels on the frame. So i kept well in balance.
Look at me mum!

When i'm home a want a bike for myself. You feel the wind and you can go fast if you want. I notice that in Holland they do not wear helmets for your safety. Everybody here rides on a bike and the people learn it to there children almost before they can walk. I looked my eyes out.

Hello!

I had such a wonderfull weekend!
Mirdin asked us if we wanna come with him this weekend to visit his father. His father lives in Heiloo, a village near Alkmaar on a camping. Off course i want that! I packed my bag and Mirdin his father picked us up with his car.

On the camping in Heiloo there is a lot to do. Mirdin showed us his toys.

First we found a wheel
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/heiloo006-1.jpg

We found out the wheel belong to a plastic bike
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/heiloo008-1.jpg

We decided to put the wheel back on the bike so we can take a ride
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/heiloo009-1.jpg

When we finally made the bike we found a much better thing to ride on!
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/heiloo010-1.jpg

So we trow away the wheel and decided that we wanna ride in the car!
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/heiloo005-1.jpg

I drove around the camping. It was so funny to do and a great change to see more off the camping.

http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/heiloo016-1.jpg

After a lot of fighting who's turn it was on the car we decided to drive the car together.
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b65/Eryah/toyvoyagers/heiloo017.jpg

After all the activities this weekend i wanna do something creative. Eva said that painting is a creative activity so i decided to try it.

It makes me very calm. It was great to paint my feelings and it really clears my mind. So i think i will do it more often when i'm a little bit stressfull.

It turned out that they didn't have what she was looking for so it was on to the next store.

Our host's husband said that we should go to the bookstore, but our host said that she was being cheap and didn't want to pay the high prices at the bookstore.  So we left to go one more place before heading home. At the intersection leaving Wal-Mart our host spotted a rainbow! She was hoping that she could get to the next shop before the rainbow disappeared.

We made it just in time to see the rainbow from a different spot. It was beautiful! Our host couldn't believe how fast the sky went from blue and open to gray and cloudy. Maybe a storm was coming!

Everyone was caught up with seeing the rainbow we had forgotten that we had one more shop to visit. We went to Toys R Us. Our host was looking for a Care Bear and other stuffed animals. Sadly she didn't find what she was looking for. Her husband told her that Care Bears aren't as popular as they used to be. She didn't want to hear it! It's back to our host's home for some dinner and rest. We've been told that tomorrow will be a busy an eventful day.

This afternoon we went to the Turning Stone Casino as part of Michele's birthday gift. We were going to see Chef Tyler Florence! Our host told us that she has never been here before and that this is her second time ever going to a casino. It was a warm and beautiful day, what a shame that we would be spending it inside.

Our host tried to take as many pictures as she could but it was really dark and we were close to the back of the room. Never the less it smelled great in there! Tyler made grilled pizza with fresh mozzarella cheese, home made spaghetti and meatballs and panna cotta for dessert! Too bad we didn't get to try any.  :( For some reason only people in the front were able to sample his food. Oh well!

After the show was over Tyler signed some autographs, but only on his cookbooks. Our host was thrilled! She said this was the best birthday she's ever had.  :D

Today is our host's birthday! Her husband bought her a birthday cake with Care Bears on it. After dinner we posed by the cake then Michele said that we could each take a bite.  :p Some of us took bigger bites then others. It was sweet and delicious!

Today is Memorial Day in the USA. Our host explained to us that Memorial Day commemorates U.S. men and women who perished while in military service to their country. Our host also told us that Memorial is the start of "summer" for a lot of people. We went to Wal-Mart today to pick up our host's grill. Too bad it didn't arrive sooner or we could of had a BBQ for dinner. Maybe next weekend!

A new TV arrived today and we were all so excited to see who it is! It turned out to be Resi. She's a cute little squirrel. Of course we welcomed her to the group. Hopefully we didn't frighten her.

Another TV arrived today! We were excited to see who it might be...Our host opened the envelope and inside was one of her TV's Gilbert! He was cute but very shy. He seemed happy to be home and our host seemed very happy to see him.

Today we took a little drive to visit our host's in laws.  Michele said that she doesn't like going to their house but that she goes for her husband. They live in a town called Potsdam. It's rural so there isn't much if anything to do there. At least we got to tag along...

Tonight we were going to sleep in an RV! Michele's in laws don't have a guest bedroom so it's either we sleep in the RV or in the car. Michele said she was not sleeping in the car! Since Daryl and Michele weren't tired they decided to play card games. We were excited because we could play too. Gilbert, Muumipeikko and Bellatrix help shuffle the cards. Pebbels, Resi,  HitchaRideMo and I helped deal, while Mausi and TheoSheep gave you a card on your turn (if you needed one).

Finally it was morning! Michele was up early getting everything ready to load into the car. One would think that she didn't want to be at her in laws any longer.  :) We all sat on the couch in the RV and waited to be loaded into her bag.

It's been a slow and boring week for us. Our host has been trying to find a job and going on interviews so she hasn't had a lot of extra time for us.

Tonight she told us how sorry she was. To try and make up for it she gave us some ice cream! Ice Cream is pretty good but we told her that she will have to do better than that.

It's been a pretty uneventful week! Our host has been searching for  a job so we've had to fend for ourselves lately. It's been okay since there are a couple of TV's here.

Today it was SOOO hot out! Our host's husband put the air conditioner in so we didn't over heat. Since it was so hot they decided to grill instead of cooking inside. Thank goodness!  For dinner our host's husband made hamburger patties and we got to watch. It was interesting....He added all different types of ingredients and sauces, it sure smelled delicious!

We didn't dare go outside in the heat to help with the hamburgers. Michele said that her husband will take care of it. Phew.... :)

Once everything was ready we gathered at the table for a bit of the burger. We were told that if you are going to eat something unhealthy then you also need to eat something healthy. The salad was okay, but the burger was out of this world!!! Michele's husband is a good cook (shh...don't tell him though).  ;)

After dinner Michele's husband asked if we wanted to go outside and toast marshmallows? We really had to think about it since it was so hot but we decided that it would be fun. Boy, when you add the heat of the grill to the temperature it's unbearable! We got a little help and we were thankful! The marshmallows were warm and gooey.... It's just what you need to get your fur tangled.  :) Luckily that didn't happen to any of us.

As we were getting ready to go back inside we saw a little squirrel on the porch. Since Resi was the only one who could speak squirrel, we sent her to talk to him.

It took her awhile to tell us what he was saying to her. Finally after begging her she told us that his name is Chipper. She said that she's in love!!!  WHAT? Someone yelled you just met him how do you know that your in love? Oh no! Our host asked him if he wanted to come inside so we can get to know him better.

This morning our host was cleaning in her spare/computer room when she yelled "OH NO!" We had no idea what could be wrong but she came out carrying a small box. She told us that she received this box a few days ago and put it in the spare room when her mom came to visit.

There was a long pause that was filled with guilt and sadness! She told us that there is a TV in the box!  She quickly opened the box to see who was in there...... We were all expecting the worst but 2 pink ears popped up. It took awhile but finally we saw that it was Candy Cotton! Everyone was able to breath a sigh of relief. Candy Cotton was healthy and well, she told us that she slept a lot and read her travel journal to pass the time.

This evening we decided to play Disney Monopoly. It was SO much fun! Gilbert, Theo Sheep and Bellatrix were one team and Candy Cotton,  Resi (and Chipper) and I were the other team. They used Nemo as their token and we used Sully and Boo.

Sadly after a few hours of playing they weren't doing so well. They had a lot of property with traffic cones (houses) but we weren't landing on them very often. But of course they kept landing on their properties.

We were the Winners!!!

For some reason it was cool out today! We aren't complaining after all of the hot weather we've experienced lately. For lunch we shared some ramen noodles with our host. They were yummy but a little difficult for us to eat.

An envelope arrived today and we just knew that it was another TV! To our surprise there were 2 TV's in the envelope....It was our host's TVs RonnieNHammie. They seemed happy to be home and we were happy to meet them.

I arrived safe and sound today.  Had a meet and greet with Lord Vader. Met some princesses , and a dog named odie. Met an old, rather smelly dog named brandy. Chilled on the zebra butt for a while , then partook in some zen behavior. Going to a ball game tonight!

Oh Boy, went to a ballgame tonight! Took a detour with nixie and went letterboxing in the park! Found a letterbox and stamped the log, then went back to the safety of the bag. Can't wait to see the game!

Oh dear. No luck for the junior  monkeys this month.  The game was incredible. My host monkey jr  made a fantastic catch in left field, grabbing the out. Smacked a double , stole third base. Took a metal cleat to the shin, ignored the spurting blood, and ran for home. He was safe! And the Seahawks took the lead! And the Monkey jr  was taken to the ER! six stiches later, he is up and about. Next game is on thursday. Lets hope he plays as well, but has NO injuries! Oy! What a month to be a monkey!

Celebrated the 4th of july with a ball game and sparklers! Had fun playing hide n seek. Yelled at the players a bit , went for some munchies at the snack bar. I was angry that dogs werent allowed on the field, but the sparklers were fun!

Well, finally after a whole week of rain, it was back to the beach!!! I hung out with nixie and pearlz and caught some sun. Some tourist caught a shark while we were out , we met an angry crab and we flew a kite!

Well, a nasty tropical storm sat off the coast for several days, making it VERY difficult to get any beach time! I went to Tennis Practice today with the youngest monkey, and my friends. We chilled on the playground, checked out football sign ups and watched the matches. Hopefully , I will do something much more entertaining this week!
