dani_claudia Posted Nov 16, 2011, 5:18 pm	Hello mum! After a long time in this small means of transport i have arrived safely in Austria  and I were well received! Lucy the sheep is an Austrian toy and she was very curious whats inside this interesting packet! It's the first time for her to meet a toy from another country.. She was very happy.. ..and gave me a kiss  Today was a very nice day in Austria. The weather was a little bit cold but sunny. Lucy took me by the hand and we went into the city beside a river. At the coast of the river was a boat and I jumped inside. One by one duck was coming and they wanted some food but I haven't  After 20 minutes walk we arrived the island on the river Mur (Murinsel).. ..and we crossed it Behind me on the hill you can see rails. Lucy told me it's possible to get uphill by train and also by elevator. There is a cafè on the island but it was unfortunately closed. On the other side is the mountain with the clock tower. It's the town's landmark. There are 260 steps to get upside. I was a little bit lazy because it was early morning but Lucy told me sport in the morning don't kill.  So I also went upstairs  Some steps later we had a short rest  and we were chilling in the sun under a chestnut tree. And we could already see the clocktower at close range. Some steps later we was at the top of the hill  jipiiiiiiiiiii And mum it was so beatiful there! From the top of the hill you can see all around the city because the hill is in the middle of Graz. Now Lucy showed me her favourite place where she is chilling in summer, drinking beer and hearing good music  ! I like Graz so much  After that we went for shopping and Lucy buyed the new I-phone. Now I'm sitting on the couch and watching Austrian TV. Mum I cannot understand anything  We watched an austrian casting show named "Popstars Mission Austria". They are searching for a girl and a boyband. Today morning my hostmum made us a very delicious breakfast :-) We had chocotea and Claudia backed muphins. I ate one by one.. After 10 muphins i got sick because of my small stomach :-D :-D. Claudia gave me some medcine. She didn't told me that the medcine was just colored choco smarties :-D :-D but it works!
dani_claudia Posted Nov 26, 2011, 5:31 pm	Hello mummy! My hostmum was very busy last days. She worked a lot and there was a burial. But i always have had a nice place to stay ;-) Some hours i was spending in her coat and some hours i was chilling beside her bed. One day she had some free time and she showed me her hamlet where she was spending her childhood. Some month ago they have had a little farm but now there are living just bunnys and a lovely cat. In the valley there was so much fog all the time. But from here it looks nice  Claudia asked me if I have some time for doing work. And of course I had ;-)  so I went by tractor and have done woodwork. Claudia told me it's very important to try helmet and earmuffs. A little bit taller than me but no problem.. hihi i look so funny! I worked very very very hard!!! hihi! joke :-) i just posed. After that I met austrian bunnys. They was very unfriendly because they don't gave me answer :-( They were afraid of me because they have never seen a chameleon before ;-) and were eating all the time. So I tried to find friendly animals. I was searching for birds.. ..but there wasn't. :-( While I was playing I found the last apple on an appletree.. hihi and I tried to eat but i couldn't reach. I think i was better for my stomach ;-) Suddenly i saw something white on the field ahead. I jumped down and ran. The white was cold and wet and i thought it's snow. Claudia told me it's just frost because it was a very cold night before. But she promised me it's possible to play with snow within the next few weeks :-) jipii i'm pleased
dani_claudia Posted Nov 27, 2011, 6:34 pm	Servus mum ;-)! Today was a very nice day.  In the morning we went out for a walk into the city. It was a little bit cold outside but my natural coat protected me ;-)! At wayside I found the last flowers from this year :-). Our walk past a beautiful church.. After 20 minutes we arrived Cafè "Sorger". We had a very delicious happy morning breakfast there :-) mmmmh But at first I had to study the menu. Cafè Latte Look mum, isn't it looking delicios :-) hamhamhamhamhamhamhamham After I've finished eating I read an Austrian Newslater and saw christmas cookies there. Claudia promised me to bake some for me :-) hihi A little bit chilling at fireplace and warm up myself. In the afternoon we went over again for a walk. We went uphill. 30 minutes later we arrived a very old castle ruin. It was built about 1100ad. I was hyped up because I felt happy. I was climbing on the wall.. and on the trees. Claudia couldn't stop me At this picture you can see me sitting on an old fountain. I walked inside the castle ruin through an old ferreous door. Inside there was a little chapel. I walked upstairs. It was spooky there because it was dark. But no problem for me because I'm a very brave chameleon  From the top of the castle you can see the city graz with the castlemountain in the middle.

I saw my first sunrise in Austria romantic Do you know why I had to get up so early? hihi My hostmum booked a flight for me  It was time for hoooooooliday! jipiii I have packed my bag the day before but there was some important things missing. My passport, good music and my sunglasses Fits me snugly..Isnt't it  Claudia prepared a very delicious breakfast for me It's bread with pears, plums, apples, grapes and nuts inside. Taste very good! Claudia told me that's a typical food for autumn and the beginning of winter. Two lovley cats and the couch looks like it was made for me haha You can see in Austria there is Christmas too This is an advent ring.. Now it was time to start the exciting jouney  We went by car to vienna. The drive took 2 hours.

The stewardess was a little bit in a mist because she has never seen a cameleon flying I present her my biggest smile! Time for take off.. hihihiiiiiiiiiii  wiiihaaa!! Could see big big mountains with snow and sunset! Amazing.. We landed at about 7 o'clock in the evening after 2 and a half hours flight and went straight to the hotel Sagrada familia.

High: 112m But the construction work isn't finished yet.. Antoni Gaudi started with building in 1882 and the church will be completed in 2026..maybe Waiting for tramway.. It's coming very fast.. I'm a little bit afraid  At this sunny day we went uphill to the top of the mountain Tibidabo (512m). By way of we passed this building.. We went uphill with this old old train.. and after it we took the funicular.. very old too  At the top there was a funpark, a big church and a wonderful sight  Look mum.. Inside the church we went up by elevator.. and by feet! puuuuh  Behind me you can see the city Barcelona and Montjuic (we'll crest next day  )! Was so beautiful there  In the evening we went to Placa Catalunya for shopping! There were beautiful fountains and christmas lights.. I was very very hungry.. so we went for dinner! I had a delicious Tapas menu!  Tasted excellent. It was my first time eating Tapas but not the final hihihiiii Arc de Triomphe Torre Agbar..with offices inside This is an old bullfighting arena.. But in presence fights are forbidden  a church beside the biggest shopping mile in Barcelona (La Rambla). Was there so many times  love shopping! This is a house designed by Gaudí..Casa Batllo The next famous house designed by Gaudí Casa Mila. It's in the near of Casa batllo! I like this houses  Delicious ham from the leg of pigs  mmmh getting hungry! and very delicious looking cookies from the best bakery in Barcelona but i didn't get one  Next day was a sunny and warm day too  so we went to the port for chilling and drinking typical spain beer! sea-gulls  I affright them.. After a relaxing morning we went to the top of montjuic (173m). It's an old castle in the near of the port. We went up by teleferic.. was funny  The hill you can see behind me is Tibidabo.. I already was there hihi The castle an old gun.. was for defending against enemies who wanted to destroy the city! Hey mum can you see me  No??? Look I'm sitting here! But it wasn't Tasted very sour.. iiih the spanish flag We went down by funicular and straight to a big big market.. Mercat de la Boqueria They had vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, eggs, spicery, dried fruits, cheese, hot food... and very very delicious fruit shakes  Claudia buyed me one.. Costs 1 Euro.. mixed with pink pitaya and coconut! Next day we visited Parc Güell.. It's an real vision parc designed by Gaudì. We went up by escalator unique  be careful  it pricks auu While Claudia and her friend were writing postcards and watching a crazy crazy men who was dancing and busking  I was enjoying the wonderful sight. The bench was designed with small mosaic pieces. The famous lizard  It was getting dark so we went back to our hotel and put on warm clothes.. Was time for soccer  jihaaa Some days before we went to the stadium and buyed the ticket. Costs 56 Euro. the stadium Camp nou.. Is the biggest in europe and has room for 99.354 viewer!  Like it.. FC-Barcelona - Bate Borisov Atmosphere was fantastic! FC-Barcelona won 4:0! Jipi  Last day we went inside Sagrade Familia.. awe-inspiring! Access costs 12 Euro. big steel door with the story of bible Beautiful colored window the ceiling.. impresionante  Above the entrance door you can see the birth of jesus. I was very sad because it was time for leaving  ! We collected our luggages from hotel and went to airport by train! Was a little bit difficult to find  but no problem because of my excellente sense of direction!

Our first way leaded us to Tour Eiffel Amazing It's possible to go up by feet to first (57m) and second floor. And the third floor is just reachable by elevator. We decided to go just to the second floor (115m) because I'm afraid of heights  ! tickets Let's go  Reached the second floor When I looked up to the top (324m) I got a little bit sick because the tower seems to moving Parc du Champ de Mars Claudia and me The construction was started in 1887. Behind me you can see a christmas market. I ate a choco muffin and drunk a hot spiced wine  and had a beautiful sight at Tour Eiffel.. romantic! I know no pictures without me but I wanted to introduce you my travel companions This is Claudia and her friend. Entrance to metro Waiting for metro  The most waiting time we had was 4 minutes! Next stop.. Arc de Triomphe Around the Arc was built a rotary traffic. It's just possible to arrive the sight below ground. This is Obelisk from Luxor at Place de la Concorde. It's the biggest place in Paris. From here you can see along Champs Élyseé. At the end there is Arc de Triomphe. Champs Élyseé is a shopping mile..we went there so many times for shopping  On both sides of the street are christmas markets. Saw a formula 1 car  In the evening we went out for a walk along the river Seine. Louvre: This is one of the world's biggest art collection. The pyramid is the entrance. Inside there is a backwards pyramid. After the short side trip we continued walk. It's romantic..isn't it  !! But I seem to be the only chameleon in Paris  ! There is a light on the top of the tower. It's rotating. When there's nice weather in france you can see the light 80km (is about 50 miles). Church Notre Dame Sitting at the top of the church  look! This day was a sunny day so we decided to visit Disneyland Paris. We went there by train. The drive lasts 1 hour. We were very happy to be there so we ran into the park and overtook a lot of children  Entrance to Disneyland parc At first we took a train. It goes around the parc. It's forbidden but I risked a look out  The first I saw was a big big christmas tree with presents beneath. I wanted to open but Claudia forbade me  Fairy tale castle.. seems to be bewitched  Disney shop.. Me and goofy Me, mickey and minnie mouse mmmh lollies..! look mum I'm a Pirate of the caribbean  Indiana Jones.. we took a ride on this roller coaster! Crazy! iiiaaaaaaahh Disney Studios (this is the second parc) Disney Village. There are shops, cafes and restaurantes. The pantheon Shopping center "La Fayette". There is the worlds biggest perfume shop Last but not least we visited Louvre. We buyed tickets. One for 10Euro. Searching for Mona Lisa Look mum I've found the beautiful painting!  shop with original wines from france.. Tour Eiffel by night.. romantic romantic Sacre coeur.. a church on a small mountain. delicious baguette. It's a typical food. I ate one..and another one  Moulin Rouge Time for leaving  but I had a very nice time in France and I've seen a lot

dani_claudia Posted Feb 8, 2012, 11:36 am	Hello mum! On the 24th of december austrians celebrate christmas. There is a relation to religion. This is the day where jesus was born. In the daytime my hostmum decorated the christmas tree with christmas tree balls, stars they were made from straw, sweets (enveloped in coloured paper (my hostmum have chosen red and blue)) and candles. The christ child have put a lot of presents under the tree  If there is a present for me  ? It isn't allowed to see christmas tree before evening but Chacaice and me helped Claudia decorating so we took some fotos  Sitting on the top of the tree  Sitting atop presents  This is crèche. It pictures the scene when jesus was born. Inside the house you can see jesus, his parents (Maria and Joseph), the three magi and animals like sheeps and bullocks. After we have finished decorating we helped Claudia making dinner. We were preparing raclette. You just have to cut different kind of food (like meat, sausages, bacon, vegetable, fruits..) into small pieces and make some different sauces. Thats all. We put a plate (raclette) in the middle of the table and the food all around. Let's start ! Put the food onto the plate and wait some minutes  ready for eat! mmmh After we have finished eating we light the candles. romantic  And for desert we had a lot of christmas cookies..mmmh

Today the weather is cold outside and it is snowing so we decided to stay at home.. ..and took a look at some fotos from Bruce Panda  He is the TV from Claudia and is spending his time in brazil now.

Was drinking a beer joke! hihi I was just posing with it! Cathedral La Seu Drank a coffee at Hard Rock Cafè Mallorca After that we drove uphill (Claudia drove uphill and we were chilling in basket ) to the castel Belver. From there you are having a 360° panoramic view! We are sitting atop fountain Can you see me?

dani_claudia Posted Mar 27, 2012, 9:30 am	Today we decided to visit Sòller. We crossed over a mountain. And saw a lot of sheeps eating but I wondered.. there wasn't grass anywhere!! Finally arrived ! First we had a good morning coffee in the centre of Sòller! This is the train which is connecting Palma de Mallorca and Sòller. We drove with a very very old tramway to Port de Sòller.

Riegersburg was built about 1138 a.D. on very very very old lava flows. Unfortunately the castle was closed so we went straight to chocolate manufactory. mmmh I had pleasant anticipation entrance tickets First we watched a short movie about signor zotter (boss). He explained how to get the fairtrade chocolate from brazil. Was interesting to see something about my home country chocolate beans.. taste a little bit acrid.. ääähh a lot of bags with beans inside. this is a chocolate tree Claudia have never seen that before! chocolate fontains... mmmh chocolate funicular jipiiiiiiiiii mmmh..tasted very good... but I think it's going to be enough for my small stomach.. hihi we buyed a lot.. haha

Warming up Was a little bit cold outside without a thick natural blanket! This is sweet Emma Look.. The hut looks very nice. Typical austrian style If you look out the window you can see a lot of mountains! Today in afternoon we are going there for skiing ! We went uphill to the Uhrturm (clocktower).. it's the landmark of Graz. From there you can overpeer the whole city It's very nice there in summer..for chilling On the top is an old castle Today inside this wallings are concerts and celebrations Ahead is my favourite place In summer I'm sitting on the wallings, hearing good music, reading and drinking good beer

Brettlpolitur Posted May 6, 2012, 10:34 am	Hey, In the last days I visited a small but beautiful town called Fischamend. We went for a walk and we nearly have seen the whole town.
