Hello Marius!  :)

Today I arrived in Ried! When Gabriela came home from school I had lunch and then met Oswaldo and Charcoal.
UlyssesBG

Posted Oct 28, 2011, 7:17 pm
After that, we went outside and Gabriela and her sister showed me the city of Ried. It was beautiful and I was very impressed by the church and the Neptun-Font. What a pity that there was no water coming out anymore!
But I got the chance to see a little pond, which lies hidden by reed in the local cemetery.

Hi Marius!

Today was a great day! After breakfast Gabriela and her family took me with them to Passau!
It was nice there but also cold, so I stayed in a bag most of the time.

When we got home from the excursion I got salad with chicken stripes for dinner

There were so many kinds of salad, I couldn't really decide what I should eat...  :)

Then I played with Maurice and Jochen the Goat and I shared a chocolate bar.
Now I'm listening to music with Gabriela and just relaxing.

I will sleep early today, it was a very exhausting day but I had so much fun :)

I wish I could tell you everything personally.
Miss you

Hello, Marius!

Today was a quiet day with no stress at all. I stayed at Gabriela's home just playing games and relaxing.
After lunch I got this delicious cake

I was very tired then, so I sat down on a pot plant in front of the window and watched the clouds pass by and the moving leaves of a cherry tree.

Then Samael, Fleury and Charcoal invited me to play Guitar Hero with them! It was great fun and I played drums all the time.  :)

Playing drums was very exhausting! So I asked Gabriela for a book and she gave me one with the title: "Griechische Sagen".
I read the story of Odysseus.

The others seemed to have infected me with their lazyness! I couldn't keep my eyes open any longer, closed the book and layed down on Gabriela's Halloween costume.

I'm really looking forward to tomorrow! We're going to roam the streets to share sweets with all the other monsters and witches out there  :)

Good night, Marius, I still miss you after all...

Yours
Pino  :)

Good evening, Marius!

The demons got released tonight! I've been to a Dark Wood with the Mad Hatter and Metis the Forest-Demon.

But we didn't collect sweets, we only shared them with the people we met! That's much better, because everbody is happy when they get something :)

Metis was a bit scary though...

We didn't give away all the sweets so I ate the rest of them.

After all, it was a great day and I enjoyed walking around at night and meeting witches, ghosts and zombies.

I'll wish your nightmares away :)

Yours

Hi, Marius!

What a bad weather outside... But Gabriela told me that this is always the same at All Saint's Day, every year.
I was a bit sad today, because Gabriela's sister had to leave again, she lives somewhere else and only stayed for the weekend.

Now it's time for a cup of tea and some music! Nothing else could be better on dull days like this.  :)

Sorry, I don't have photos this time...

I've also heard something interesting today: I'm going to continue my journey on Thursday! Somebody from Finland invited me. This is going to be so cool! Gabriela's friend Ulysses made a blue scarf for me, it's very cold in the north I guess...

Greetings

Pino  :)

Good evening once again!

Well, tomorrow shall be the day for me to leave... I'm going to travel to Finland!
I really enjoyed the stay here, everybody liked me and I found new friends.
Because of this, it's hard to say goodbye to all the ones... especially to Charcoal.
I hope we will meet again.

Best wishes

Yesterday I was walking with Nonnariina and her friend in the centrum of city. We went to observation tower and scene was impressing.  City where I am is Jyväskylä and it´s guite nice. It´s not so big or really tiny. Nonnariina told me that the population is something like 130 000. The big lake middle the city is called Jyväsjärvi.

I have also climed to tree in the evening:)

I have met many nice nice toys. In the picture I´m with polar bear Uno. Uno isn´t toyvoyager but he is from Austria, where Nonnariina visited last summer. We had great time B)

Today I will realx and read some Donald Duck comics, beacuse Nonnariina has to study for her biology test. She will learn something about human body. She´s not very interested about it... :p

Hello!

Warm hugs from freezing Finland! Few days ago snow comed back and ewerybody are happier because it´s lighter and very beautiful: snow glitters at sunlight...
I and Nonnariina went out for a walk and now here´s some photos. I saw white scenery, frozen trees and nice little river. And we made a snowman!!!! It was great funny:)
Nonnariina told me that Finnish children make snowmans and put little stones to it´s eyes and mouth and a carrot as it´s nose. They also put old hat to snowmans head and scarf to it´s neck.

This afternoon I and other Toyvoyagers; Claire sguirrel, Mr. Carrot and Peculiar get change to to do some trational Finnish winter thing. We went hill and slide down with sled. Wow! It was so funny!!! Speed was amazing:)

And after sliding we went to real Finnish sauna! It was very nice, warm and peacefull. But for long time it was too warm...:)

Have a nice day!

Hi! How are you? I'm fine!
Today I was walking along with Kuzma along the walls of the Kremlin in the Alexander Garden (inside, we did not have time) and the Red Square.

On the square are the place of execution, the monument to Minin and Pozharsky, Lenin's Mausoleum (tomb), near which the Kremlin Wall Necropolis, where the figures are buried (mostly political and military) Soviet Union (in addition, in 1920-30 - e years there were buried as foreign communists). Lenin - is the leader of the Communist patriotic Russia in the 20s of the 20th century. After his death, he was not buried as an ordinary man in the cemetery, and turned it into a mummy, and now he lies in a specially built for him the place - the Mausoleum.
In Red Square was a lot of people. All photos taken from the Temple of Vasily Bazhenov and Historical Museum.

In the garden I saw Alexander Kutafia tower of the Kremlin, Italian grotto, an obelisk to the 300th anniversary of the Romanov dynasty, converted into a monument to Bolshevik revolutionaries and theoreticians of socialism. Also in the Alexander Gardens is an eternal flame and honor guard.

I really enjoyed the walk around the Moscow winter snow.
And now a little fotorafy.

Hi mom!
Today, we again walked to the center of Moscow. Now it is colder than it was several days ago. Lying white snow. Were near the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. This temple was erected in gratitude to God for the salvation of Russia from Napoleon's invasion. In the early 20th century it was demolished and the Communists postroeli at this place a large pool of "Moscow". Once in Russia, came democracy, Cathedral church was demolished and re-otsroyali. Ooh! It is very big!
And around it are several monuments. In the mouth of a lion, I even climbed up and I was not scared!

Hi! In Moscow today is very cold. But this did not prevent us out for a walk in the park near the house. This park is a museum-reserve "Tsaritsyno" - the former palace of the Empress Catherine II. The pond in the park very pnogo ducks. I do not understand how they do not freeze? Feeding ducks bread...

Tsaritsyno palace and park ensemble, covering an area over 100 hectares, is located on hilly terrain rugged ravines, on the site of the former estate of princes Kantemirov and inherited some of its features.
Tsarina is the most important monument of the so-called "Russian Gothic" (pseudo-) on the creation of the royal residence for over 20 years working in series two of the most famous architect of his era - Vasily Bazhenov and Matvei Kazakov. [3] Tsarina - the largest in Europe, pseudo-gothic building of the XVIII century and only the palace complex, designed in this style.
I really liked the palace and the church ...

Hello!
So today we visited the High Line which is a park that is built on what used to be train tracks.  The tracks hadn't been used in years and the city was planning on demolishing them all but some people bought them and organized to make it into a park.  I'm glad they did because it is so pretty!

Here I am at one of the enterances

Hi!
So my mom has a friend over and we did a lot of sightseeing today...so much so that we covered nearly the whole southern tip of the island!  First we headed out to Zucotti Park to check out the little street fair they had.

Here I am soaking up some sun in a tree

And a memorial on the side of the station
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120528_123629.jpg

We then walked to a Battery Park to sit down for a bit and admire the Hudson river...the buildings you see in the back are in New Jersey.

Here is the New York Stock Exchange!

And the Federal Building where George Washington gave the first inaugural address...they even have the stone where he stood to give the speech!

http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120528_135609.jpg

Later on in the day we took a walk to Central Park...but first we had some pizza!
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120528_180041.jpg

At the park a found a nice cave to stay in...but we left to explore...

http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120528_184003.jpg

http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120528_184843.jpg

There is obviously more to see in Central Park but we just decided to check out the garden that was at the north end.

Then we took a small walk around the neighborhood at night and I found Tom's Restaurant.  You may recognize this corner from somewhere....
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120528_204104.jpg

That's right! They use this sign for the outside of the cafe in the show Seinfeld!  Sadly, the inside that they show on TV is fake...but the food at the real Tom's Restaurant is good!

That's it for today!

Hello!
So today we did a scavenger hunt at Rockefeller Center.  It was really fun! We went walking around the center looking for clues that would lead us to a restaurant where we can eat for lunch.  Rockefeller has a lot of art deco on it's buildings...it was interesting to see it all.  Sadly, my host's phone was dying so we could not take a lot of pictures :[ but I did take a few before it died.

Near by is Radio City Music Hall...they do a lot of shows and concerts here.
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120530_112224.jpg

Also, police :P

Here is 30 Rock (yep like the show!) It is a super tall building so I couldn't get a shot with all of  it and me in it

Here is the plaza.  Where the tents are is outdoor seating for the restaurant down there.  In the winter it is a skating rink.

We had a fun time doing the scavenger hunt.  Afterwards we went to Bryant Park and the New York Public Library that is near by.

There is a pretty black and gold building near by so I took a picture with it.  It is once the American Radiator Building but is now a hotel.

From Bryant Park you get a good view of the Chrysler Building.

Here is the front of the library

The lions are the mascot for the library.

And from inside the library you can get a good view of the Empire State building...cool!

Hello!
Today we took a walking tour of Grand Central Station...along with some surrounding buildings like the Chrysler Building. The tour moved fast so I couldn't take too many pictures but here are a few.

Hello!
Today we took a short ferry ride over to Governors Island.  We were interested in seeing a vintage baseball game that was being played on the island.

Here is me on the ferry waiting to leave
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120602_105047.jpg

You can get good views of Brooklyn Bridge from here!

The island off in the distance

Here we go...emptying off the ferry
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120602_111113.jpg

The island was a fort and there are a lot of historical buildings there
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120602_111912.jpg

http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120602_111938.jpg

http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120602_112003.jpg

http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120602_112138.jpg

Walking through the fort...
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120602_112158.jpg

...out to the other side.  It looks like there was a moat around the fort.
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120602_112542.jpg

http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120602_112608.jpg

http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120602_112820.jpg

We then made our way to the baseball game
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120602_113114.jpg

You can see one of the old uniforms they wear...and a tin cup to drink out of!

http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120602_123109.jpg

It was a fun game to watch...they played by 1864 rules and used no gloves!  But we got hungry so we started making our way back and found this castle.
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120602_132905.jpg

It was a fort and then became a prison
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120602_132959.jpg

I decided to scale it...because I'm a dragon and that is what dragons do
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120602_133013.jpg

just kidding...that was a model.

On the ferry ride back you get a great view of the Manhattan skyline
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120602_135015.jpg

We had lunch and then stopped by Washington Square park...people were having fun playing in the fountain.

His name is Hop
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120604_221627.jpg

He brought a postcard and some chocolates from his home in Switzerland
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120604_221655.jpg

They were very tasty.

The next morning we took a trip to Brooklyn...however...there wasn't much to do in Brooklyn except for walk around the neighborhood so here are some pictures of me at the subway

Hello!
Today we decided to do a little shopping before meeting a friend.  In order to get to the subway we have to walk through campus. Here you can see Butler Library in the background.
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120607_144302.jpg

And this is Low Library...which isn't a library anymore but has the visitor center and other offices in there.
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120607_144722.jpg

You can see that Hop and I are very small compared to the library
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120607_144733.jpg

In front of the library is this statue of Alma Mater
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120607_144449.jpg

There are other statues on campus...like this one of the Thinker
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120607_144031.jpg
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120607_144040.jpg

There is also a pretty walkway with all the trees
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120607_144931.jpg

It was now time to get on the train
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120607_145125.jpg
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120528_163619.jpg

We were lucky to find some seats
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120607_150229.jpg
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMAG0573.jpg
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMAG0577.jpg

When we got off we could see the Empire State Building...and to the left is the sign that marks the world's largest Macy's!
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120607_151243.jpg

We then decided to hang out at Bryant Park for a bit
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120607_162915.jpg

These guys were playing a weird lawn game
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120607_163135.jpg

We then took a short walk to Times Square where we caught the subway to meet a friend.
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMAG0596.jpg

http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120607_165823.jpg

That was it for today!

Hello!
So today we took a little walk to Central Park where my host decided to write some letters.
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120616_182353.jpg

It is so pretty in Central Park...so many trees and pathways and people!
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120616_182428.jpg

http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120616_191757.jpg

We walked to a part called "The Great Hill"
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120616_182658.jpg

There were many families and kids playing around and having a picnic and such
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120616_182929.jpg

http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120616_183218.jpg

Here I am with Hop helping to write letters
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120616_183055.jpg

http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120616_183200.jpg

After we were done writing letters we decided to walk around some more.  Lots of people run, walk, bike and travel this road that goes through out the park
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120616_192341.jpg

As we were walking along we found this cool waterfall with a little pond at the bottom
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120616_192719.jpg

We then heard people talking and saw a crowd...and we realized we had discovered Shakespeare in the Park!  This group of actors performs Shakespeare for free in the park...I tried to get a picture but they were not allowed.  Here are some pictures that I sneaked in :P

(The person wearing the hat by the lamp post is an actor and you can see the big crowd!)

http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120616_203542.jpg

http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120616_205507.jpg

http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120616_205846.jpg

http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120616_210004.jpg

They were performing Twelfth Night and it was really fun because they had us move around the park for different scenes
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120616_212355.jpg

I hope they have other shows during the summer.

Until next time!

Hello!
Today we took a walk around Central Park...we found some people dancing and skating around.

There were also people playing volleyball...and many others just hanging out at the park
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120624_155430.jpg

There was a little boy putting on a show juggling and doing tricks
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120624_155755.jpg

There are also many statues in Central Park...here i am with the statue of Balto (and a kid taking a picture with it as well :P )
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120624_161349.jpg

This is Bethesda Terrace

And the fountain
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120624_162530.jpg

This passage way is a favorite for singers because of the acoustics but there weren't any today
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120624_162555.jpg

It has a pretty ceiling
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120624_162656.jpg

When we exited we found more people doing a show

this is the famous Bandshell in the park
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120624_163712.jpg

A thing tourists like to do is take a carriage ride through the park
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120624_171648.jpg

When we exited the park we came across this lovely monument (it's huge!)
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120624_172046.jpg

That's it for now.

Hello!
The other night we went to see a movie in the park...the movie was "Roman Holiday" with Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck.  We got there early to snag a spot on the lawn.  As you can see in this picture the lawn is quite full...and this was seconds after they opened it!
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120716_170057.jpg

Here I am with the screen behind me
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120716_180202.jpg

And here Hop and I are with somethings to help pass the time away while we wait for hours for the movie to start
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/yeahlikecarlos/IMG_20120716_180107.jpg

And here are some scenes of the movie! Sorry you can't see me...they said no flash as it disrupts people watching the movie.

It was a lovely movie and a lovely experience...I may go back again next week!

Until next time.

Hi~
This weekend is Qingming Festival in China. So We have a short holiday.

Qing Ming is a time to remember the dead and the dearly departed. More important, it is a period to honour and to pay respect to one's deceased ancestors and family members. Because it reinforces the ethic of filial piety, Qing Ming is a major Chinese festival. Literally meaning "clear" (Qing) and "bright" (Ming), this Chinese festival falls in early spring, on the 106th day after the winter solstice. It is a "spring" festival.

In contrast to the sadness of the tomb sweepers, people also enjoy hope of Spring on this day. The Qingming Festival is a time when the sun shines brightly, the trees and grass become green and nature is again lively. Since ancient times, people have followed the custom of Spring outings. At this time tourists are everywhere.

So We went to the park and  enjoyed flowers. There flowers are very beautiful :D :D
The spring outing was interesting. I like spring outing and I want to spring outing agin.

Hi~~

We went to China national grand theatre the opera today.

I heard that The National Grand Theater is built in the shape of a shell. The whole building measures 46.68 meters in height and the deepest part built underground measures 32.5 meters in depth. The theater is more than 600 meters in circumference and surrounded by a man-made lake that covers an area of 35, 500 square meters.
The opera hall is the most important part inside the theater. It is painted mainly in the color of gold and can seat 2,398 people.

Painted in white, the concert hall gives the public an impression that it is an elegant building with a high-class taste. The music hall can seat 2,019 people and will be mainly used for performing symphonies and Chinese folk music.

And there is the drama hall for displaying stage plays and dramas. The hall can seat 1,035 people.

The National Grand Theater can provide first-class services for artists and musicians. There are five places where artists can have their rehearsals, 32 rooms with musical instruments, and 80 dressing rooms. Many dressing rooms are equipped with a bathroom.

The National Grand Theater will become an ideal place for world-renowned artists and art troupes to give their performances. At the same time, China will also try to introduce its local music to the world at the country's grandest music building.

We looked at today's opera is 《The Lady of the Camellias》 is a French tragic play based on Alexandre Dumas (the younger) 1848 novel by the same name, (it is sometimes referred to as "Camille"). The play was adapted for the theater by Dumas in 1852 and then for the opera by the composer Verdi's 'La Traviata' in 1853. The play became a favorite of audiences in the late 19th century.
This is a tragic love story. :(The opera is very moving.

I think that opera is particularly enjoyable. :D

Hi~Mum

We attended a Chinese wedding. The bride is PAPA's good friend.

We had arrived in hotel with bride the night before. We had a last bachelor party with bride and all the girls in the evening.

I only had try a little Breezer. That's sweet .We played many game then we  went to bed late.

Early in the morning we went to the bride's room to close the door.
The bride is very beautiful. She hugged us and take picture  and Every girl took our  for picture,Do you know which one is PAPA?
The room is full of red,PAPA said,The Chinese regard the color red as the symbol of happiness, success, luck, faith and growth. They like red very much, which comes from worship of the Sun. In traditional Chinese weddings, there are double Xi characters in red, red scarves, red flowers and the bride wears a red coat.

I  don't know why close the door,PAPA tell me The firends of bride will not  allow the bridegroom with his friends to come in early unties he agrees some terms Generally, the bridegroom will give a red paper containing money.

The bride bed stood a red dates(early), peanuts(give birth), longans(Precious), melon seeds(children),The meaning is evident in the Chinese pronunciation of these four foods. When they are said together, it sounds like "Have a baby soon."

In traditional Chinese wedding,it is ceremony  before the daughter leaves her parents to show the departure.

After saying goodbye to the bride's parents, the bride should get into a sedan chair and there will be some happy music .then these people will escort the bride to the groom. They sang as they walked so busy.

The bride can't remove the cap on her head's red handkerchief after go out.
We have also come to the wedding Hotel
PAPA said In Chinese usually wedding is Relatives and friends are invited to the feast to eat and drink to the happiness of the bride and bridegroom.
There are more than 200 people attended the wedding.the happiness candy and happiness smoke on the table.I ate the sugar is sweet!  The Red wine is a special custom,Printed with the bride and groom's wedding

The wedding started,On the stage,we can see the man seated in the left side is bridegroom's father, and the other side is his mother, and this is bride, this is bridegroom. The man who officiate the wedding like the priest in foreign.

I heard,In china ,this part calls" baitang". taht is in the traditional wedding ceremony, bride and bridegroom perform the marriage ceremony in which they pay homage to heaven and earth and to the groom's parents.

The wedding is China dishes, very delicious
After the wedding we went to bridal chamber. The new bed is red very beautiful.

I think Chinese wedding is so interesting! Then Papa said In china Most of the young people will choose western style wedding,Wedding in the church, but she's friend think Chinese wedding more funny!

I wish the newlyweds happiness~~~ :D :D :D

HI~

Today we went to the Wofo Temple.

I saw the temple introduction,Wofo Temple  is a Buddhist temple located near the Beijing Botanical Garden 20 kilometres (12 mi) from the center of Beijing. The temple is best known as the location of the 'Recumbent Buddha', a large sculpture of the Buddha lying down created in 1321.The current incarnation dates from 1734. The temple's first recumbent Buddha was carved in sandstone. In 1321, during the Yuan dynasty the sandstone carving was replaced by a 5.2 meter long statue made of bronze and weighing 2.5 tons.Following a north-south axis, the temple contains an entrance gate followed by three halls. On either side of the axis are buildings used by the monks for lodging as well as to accommodate guests. The first hall is called the Tianwang hall, the second the Sanshi Buddha hall, followed by the Recumbent Buddha hall.

Buddha is not allowed to take photographs so we took some pictures in the yard. The temple has distinguishing feature very much.I made a wish, I hope I can travel to more countries and  Got a girlfriend.Papa said,The thing always happens that you really believe in,and the belief in a thing makes it happen. :D :D :D

HI~Mum

We also went to the Great Wall this holiday. The Great Wall is near the town.
The Great Wall in a high mountain,We take the cable car up the mountain,It's quite a scramble to get to the top of the hill!

To use a chinese saying"He who has neven been to the Great Wall is not a true man."Or translated into ”One who fails to reach the Great Wall is not a hero.”So we climbed up!

PAPA said The Great Wall of China, one of the greatest wonders of the world, was enlisted in the World Heritage by UNESCO in 1987.
The Great Wall of China, also known in China as the Great Wall of 10,000, is an ancient Chinese fortification built from the end of the 14th century until the beginning of the 17th century, during the Ming Dynasty, in order to protect China from raids by the Mongols and Turkic tribes.Just like a gigantic dragon, the Great Wall winds up and down across deserts, grasslands, mountains and plateaus, stretching approximately 6,700 kilometers (4,163 miles ) from east to west of China. With a history of more than 2000 years, some of the sections of the great wall are now in ruins or even entirely disappeared. However, it is still one of the most appealing attractions all around the world owing to its architectural grandeur and historical significance.

The scenery on the mountain is very beautiful. :DWe climbed the Great Wall is just a small small small small part of the Great Wall :p

This is really amazing B)We down the Great Wall up to the ancient town for a long walk.

  Hey!I'm a really hero now :D :D

HI~~MUM

Today we went to the Beijing Aquarium. Beijing Aquarium is the largest and most advanced inland aquarium in China. The aquarium has six halls: Rainforest Wonder, Shark Hall, Whale and Dolphin Bay, Seabed Travel, Feel Pool and Ocean Theater.
We see many kinds of fishes,We also saw a shark.I'm afraid they'll eat me. :o Green turtles also swim about in the pool without a care in the aquarium.

We saw some seals, sea lions, a dolphin show. The incomparably superior performance from these animal stars win rounds of applause from spectators every day.
We had a good time :D

Today we went to the Giant Panda Museum in Beijing Zoo.

I'm so excited!

We are one of the scarcest animals. People in the world like it very much. There used to be many pandas in China long ago. As the balance of nature was destroyed and the weather was getting warmer and warmer, pandas became less. But at present, the number of pandas is increasing year by year. There are now so many pandas that some are being sent to other countries so that people there can enjoy them.

They have small tail and fat body, black and white. They’re very clumsy, but they can climb trees. They like to eat bamboo very much.Look! The baby panda is under the mother panda, they are sleeping. They look very lovely.

This is the best day, the best timeand really exciting :D
