Guest Posted Nov 18, 2011, 8:54 am	Hi Mommy, I arrived safely in Hessen and I was very happy that I can leave this envelope. First I met Rock-y. He's a very good guitar player and he told me that we can sing together some songs. Someone must have told him that I love to sing  Yeah first of all he taught me some chords and then we sang a song: "he had a guitar and he taught me some chords the sky was the limit Into the great wide open under them skies of blue out in the great wide open a rebel without a clue" (Tom Petty) Then I met him, the greatest singer of all times. Hey Freddie I'm a big fan I can't believe it. I love to sing your songs e.g. Breakthru or I Want To Break Free Then Freddie asked Rock-y, Quietschi and Baby Sinclair to join us and sing a song with us: "It's so easy love cos you got friends you can trust Friends will be friends When you're in need of love they give you care and attention Friends will be friends When you're through with life and all hope is lost Hold out your hands cos friends will be friends right till the end" Wow - Mum can you imagine I sang along with Freddie Mercury - wish you could have heard us. Then Freddie introduced my to his bass player John Deacon and I had the chance to get very close to him. After that amazing welcome Quietischi took me to the side and asked me if I could do her a favor. I told her that we can talk about that this weekend and that I would of course do her a favor. Now I'm very curious, but in a few days I will know more. I enjoyed the warm welcome here very much, but I miss you Mom.
Guest Posted Nov 20, 2011, 6:28 pm	Hi Mom, today we went to Kronberg in the Taunus. My host had to film something for carneval, so he took me with him and showed me the nice area. See this ist the historic centre of Kronberg with the castle. Then we saw a area where a lot of fruits will grow in the summer and where you can learn somthing about fruits. And hey, there is a hotel only for insects. HELP HELP MOM I NEED YOU HERE !!!!!!! Guest Posted Dec 4, 2011, 10:46 am	Hi Mom, today I traveled with my host Titzio to Stuttgart. He wants to see the football match of his favorite team (Cologne) against Stuttgart. And he promised me this would be an amazing adventure - and mom it was. First he showed me the Porsche Arena, it's a concert hall and has nothing to do with cars. The next thing we saw was the stadion (Mercedes Benz Arena also know as Gottlieb Daimler Stadion or Neckarstadtion). It was 2,5 houres befor the games starts, so it was not very crowded. But hey the police is here, so there's no need to get scared for me. Then we went into the VFB Stuttgart Fan Shop. Can you believe they sell VFB coffee. I wanted to buy some for you, but Titzio told me that this coffee is bad bad bad, because it's from the wrong team. Fritzi is the mascot from the VFB and they printed him on nearly everything, even on glas. The game started at 18:30 o'clock so it was dark then and they switched on the lights at the stadium, but what happend to the "es" from Mercedes? I had a nice view from the stadion over the skyline from Stuttgart. We entered the stadion nearly an hour before the game began, so it was not very crowded. When the game started there were over 52.000 people in the stadion, very amazing atmosphere. Btw the game endet 2:2 so my host was satisfied with that.
Guest Posted Dec 7, 2011, 6:24 am	Hi Mum, Yesterday was Nikoklaus and my host Titzio took me with him to Darmstadt. He showed me a lot of things unfortunately it was dark then, but the lights where beautiful. The first thing we saw was the castle. It is located in the middle of Darmstadt and was build in the 13. century. Tody it is used as a museum and as a part of the university. This is the "weiße Turm" (white tower), it was used as a defence tower in the past and it has a dungeon *scary* In the background you can see the Heiner. He's very famous in Darmstadt. I asked Titzio why, but he can't tell me. All he knows was that the people from Darmstadt were called Heiner  even the footballteam. Don't know who this guy is, but he looks very sad, so I tried to console him. Then we went to the christmas market in Darmstadt and saw some beautiful lighted things. This is a "Weihnachtspyramide" (Christmas pyramid). Oh my love we've had our share of tears oh my friend we've had our hopes and fears oh my friend it's been a long hard year but now it's christmas yes it's christmas Thank god it's christmas yea thank god it's christmas can it be christmas let it be christmas every day (Queen) Beautiful roof Later that day we went to the "Kikeriki Theater". It's a very famous group of actors in Darmstadt. They act in the Comedy Hall - see the beautiful lights mom. I'm curious. Can you imagine, the play with puppets, but it's a puppet show vor adults. This is Kerbel, a very huge rat, but they have a smaler one to use on the stage. This is Oma (grandma) from "Achtung Oma". The also have shows for children, here are some figures for the children .. and me  . We saw the show "Deppenkaiser" which was very funny, we laughed a lot. Mom this was an amazing evening, hope you are fine. bye for now.

I could see the station, the cristmas market an the Messe Turm. I stood with Titzio on the roof of the Main Tower. We were 200m above the ground and it is one of the highes Buildings in Frankfurt. Unfortunately it was raining, so we coudn't take more pictures.

This is the Pauluskirche. at the Paulusplatz And this is the Römer it is the city hall of Frankfurt. Maybe you recognise the balcony. This is where the national football team appears after a big tournament Here you can see the Gerechtigkeitsbrunnen it is in front of the Römer. And more good news, I found a new friend. He reminds me a bit on the Seelefant from "Urmel aus dem Eis" (Augsburger Puppenkiste) what do you think mum?

Titzio asked me to help him decorating the tree and I did. But then he decorated me. What do you think mom do I look like a tree? I had lots of fun playing with the gift wrap paper.

LadyButterfly Posted Jan 6, 2012, 11:50 am	Hi mommy!  Today I arrived in Ebersbach at LadyButterflys home or should better say the wind has blown me to this place. I'd never thought a travel can scare me as much as this one, when I had to travel through a storm. I'm really happy I reached the right house... sure it was also possible the wind blowe me into a very different part of germany. But now I'm here and I'm fine! When I crawled out of my envelope it was a little shock to see so much faces! You know I'm a little bit shy and I never expected such a crowed of TVs, but they were my welcome committee and welcomed me very warmly! They have also written a sign for me, isn't it cute? Because LadyButterfly saw that I felt a little bit uncomfortable, she showed me the place where I will sleep during my stay here. I was very surprised, mommy! You never told me, I will life in a hotel! This is LadyButterflys very own TV-hotel and there I have my very own bed. It is so cool, I never expected this! She told me, this is the one and only TV-hotel in saxony and I am one of the first visitors! I life in the "Teddy-Room" and there is a beautiful picture of a tower, I'd better say a water tower. LadyButterfly told me, I will see this tower for real, because it is very near where I now stay. In the second room of the hotel I met another visitor. It is Mandy Sheep and she told me she is here since a view days. We told us our storys and she welcomed me on her own again! So mommy, after the great storm and my arrival here, I'm a little bit tired, so I will take a nap in my bed. I'm sure I will see many new things and hope you are doing good! I miss you very much! LadyButterfly Posted Jan 27, 2012, 7:33 pm	Hello mommy!  Sorry you havn't hear so much of me the last time. LadyButterfly had a bad illness and wasn't able to leave the bet or just speak. It was very hard for her, but now she feels better and started a hardcore-sightseeing tour with me. Tomorrow we will take another trip, but today I want to tell you from our trip around the lake "Stausee" in Sohland. It was so hard to climb the sign without fingers, but here you can see where I am now! It is only called "Stausee" and has no special name, but it is a very popular place and in summer many people go there for eating ice or have a beer in the garden of the restaurant. You can also drive boat on it or fishing, but thats not possible today, because the lake is frozen... or parts of it! I took a walk around the lake and it takes me almost 30 minutes, but then I had to take a rest. I little bit felt like my wild  conspecifics, when I layed on this stone watching the waters and ducks and swans. Ok I think my wild family doesn't know swans and ducks! Here on the map you can see where I am now, the red spot is my place! Hehe very funny was the playground, where I played guardian. I'm a big strong Robbe or what do you think mommy? I also have seen a bridge which is very special! LadyButterfly told me, this bridge was almost flooded in the big flood in east-saxony in august 2010. It rained days long without stoping and so the river Spree you can see on the photo grows bigger and bigger. The bows you can see here on the picture were covered with water. Just moments befor the bridge was closed from the fire department LadyButterfly had to cross the bridge. She said, she never had such a strange feeling befor! For some parts of saxony it was a desaster! Funny were the two snowman I found some steps aways from the brigde. They were so cute, I had to take a photo with them!  So mommy, tomorrow will be a exciting day, I have to go to bed now, I have to stand up early in the morning! I miss you very much! Love Robbe
LadyButterfly Posted Jan 30, 2012, 6:07 pm	Hi mommy!  What a exciting weekend, but icecold! Ok a little bit of coldness is ok, but now the temperatures are under -5 °C and the forecast said it should be colder! Well let's see, but now I want to tell you something about my weekend! LadyButterfly, her boyfriend, her daughter and me were driving to Sornßig. This is a very tiny village near Löbau, you won't find it on the map! But there is the farm of LadyButterflys boyfriends family and this was our goal. In the afternoon we took a walk around the village! Sadly it was very hazy so I wasn't able to watch the great landscape! Later we crossed a little creek and I was nearly to jump in the icecold water, but LadyButterfly said it is maybe not good for me. She was afraid I will catch a cold, but look what I am... I will not catch a cold just for jumping in a little creek!  No mommy, I didn't jump into the water. Also because we had to walk on fast! Since LadyButterfly saw the movie "The blair witch project" she is afraid of walking through dark woods and because it was evening, it turned darker and darker! Scary! But befor we leaved the wood, I found a hay rack, where I took a little rest! Back on the farm LadyButterfly asked me if I want to help in the stable! Because it's so cold all animals are inside and so sure I said yes! So in the stable I met Ella and Christl, two real and very big cows. Ella is the white cow on the picture and Christl the brown one. For LadyButterfly Ella is very special, because she was the first calf she had ever seen and she was allowed to give Ella her name. Christl got her name, because she was born on Christmas. They are really lucky cows! Eye in eye with Ella I recognized... I'm a very tiny Robbe!  But the perfect finish of the day was a round hide and seek in the hay, together with my new TV-friends! So mommy, I hope your weekend was as cool as mines! Love Robbe
LadyButterfly Posted Feb 8, 2012, 11:42 am	Heya mommy!  Today I want to tell you from  my trip last saturday! It was amazing, me and LadyButterfly drove to Kottmarsdorf, where we took a look on a very old windmill! The windmill is also called "Bockwindmill" and this is the most build type of windmill in europe! You can find this type of windmill also in the netherlands. This one was build in 1843 and was in use for exactly 100 years. Today it is still in use, but only for show-grinding from spring to autumn. This is the mechanic of the windmill, after over 100 years the wooden gears are still working. This is the look on the mountain called "Kottmar"! This mountain gave Kottmarsdorf it's name and it is the home of the Spree! There deep in the wood is one of the two springs of the Spree. Sadly we can't visit it, because there is to much snow! But befor we got back home, I got a wonderfull sight in the sunset! LadyButterfly wanted to make some more pictures, but it was icecold this day (-14 °C) and she had forgotten her gloves, so after a few pictures her hands war hurting very much! Love Robbe
LadyButterfly Posted Feb 8, 2012, 1:05 pm	Hi mommy, this will be my last travellog update from Ebersbach! Today I prepare for my next trip to Zandy. She will be my last host on this RR and then I will see you again! But first I had to prepare my envelope! Soooo cute... all TVs made another sign for me! This time it is a goodbye-sign! And so I said goodbye to all my new friends and crawl into my envelope! The other TVs closed my envelope and brought me to the postoffice! So bye bye Ebersbach and goodbye LadyButterfly I'm very excited to meet my new host! Love Robbe
