Travelog for: Derek

Hi, i'm Derek the Dangerous Dragon and I love going to castles and breathing fire! I'm not really dangerous and I don't breathe fire at people (well not on purpose) so if you find me, don't be scared, I would love to go with anyone who will take me with them.

Here I am at lovely Oxborough Hall. I am staying with my friends for a while to have some adventures until I am brave enough to be released into the wild to make my own way in the world. So watch this space...

Hi, now I have visited Felbrigg Hall which was nice but it didn't have any turrets for me to climb like Oxbrough Hall. So instead I found some interesting looking spiky plants which reminded me of my spiky tail! I hope to go somewhere more exciting soon, and perhaps complete some missions. I am getting a bit more adventurous so it will soon be time for me to spread my wings...

I saw my friend putting lots of her stuff in this bag, I don't know why but I was a bit concerned she might forget about me so I crawled inside. It was quite scary when she did the zip up, and I wondered if I might have made a mistake but we shall see...

(ps I have been busy since my last update, but I am just waiting to tell everyone about it all later)

Well, I was very pleased to get out of that bag. I got stuck against some very smelly shoes! I found we had arrived in Spain, it is really hot, so I got myself a very fetching sombrero and now a nice cool drink is in order. Una cerveza, por favor!!

Phew, have just visited a place called Ronda where there is a bridge with a very very long drop. I was quite scared about falling off as the railings were too far apart for my liking, but I made it back safely. 

Today we have been to a place called the Zoo. I felt very much at home here with some fine looking chaps whose teeth and scaley backs reminded me of my dear old mum.
I am getting to like this country, wonder if I persuade my friend to let me stay?

After yesterdays trip to the Zoo, we have ended up in the Sea Life centre today. When I saw this chap who is a Dragon Moray Eel (or something) I decided this was the place for me and refused to leave. My friend was very upset to see me go, so I promised to try and find some nice person to help me on my way and keep my travelog up to date. I hope i'm doing the right thing?!!!

Although the poor wee thing hasn't been found yet, I found some old pictures of Derek to update his travelog with as he did actually complete one of his missions before he left for Spain.

Hope he turns up again soon.
