Hey mom
Today we had a big surprise in Karla's job: Guaraná Jesus!!!
João ( Karla's friend) went to Maranhão (northeast of Brasil) and brought this drink for us . You only find it Maranhão, it is very common there... Coca Cola Company tried buy this brand, but they didnt succeed.
The Guaraná Jesus slogan is "the pink dream...bless your thirst"...
Miss you!

Oiê Mamãe!
Today we had a very different day. we went with Karla to a small wedding lunch reception held by her work friend fernanda. the main dish was feijoada, a typical brazilian food made with black beans and the less noble pork parts, such as ears, tail and nose. it was created by the slaves who ate the rests of the foods.
Tchau
