I'm going on the vacation with my friend Midori. Larry will stay at home. He doesn't like the sea and hot weather. Our friends came to say goodbye to us. We have so much stuff! Larry was laughing to us all the time we were packing.

We're packing the bags:



We are ready! We are going there by car. We will open the windows and listen to our favourite songs!





Midori was behind the wheel, and I was changing the gears.

Jablanac is a small place in Croatia, located on the Adriatic Sea underneath the Velebit mountain, overlooking the island of Rab. The village has a ferry port that connects it to Rab. The population of Jablanac is 118 and it is located in the municipality of Senj (which lies to the north).

The village has 1 hotel (Ablana), 1 harbour front cafe (Ruza), 1 harbour front restaurant (Lux) and a street cafe/diner (Oaza). There is 1 small supermarket (Porat) and a Harbourmaster's office. The village also boasts the lowest mountaineering hut in the whole of Europe which, at 20m above sea level, overlooks the ferry. There is a newspaper kiosk and common currencies can be exchanged next to the ferry ticket office.

Avoid visiting the village on a Saturday during the summer and on public holidays as the queues for the ferry can stretch for up to 5km back up to the main coast road.

Local attractions include Zavratnica inlet where you can see a sunken military ferry wreck from WW2 and stunning scenery. Nearby is the Velebit mountain and the beautiful National park "Sjeverni Velebit".

How you can see, it is a very little place for those who love peace and tranquility

We're going home now, to rest for a while and have dinner.

This morning we went to the beach. It is the best time for those who love peace and quiet... We were the only ones at the beach

This is the ferry for the Island of Rab. It is called after Saint Christopher, the patron saint of Rab.

This is the Velebit mountain. Velebit is the largest though not the highest mountain range in Croatia. The range forms a part of the Dinaric Alps and is located along the Adriatic coast, separating it from Lika in the interior. Velebit begins in the northwest near Senj with the Vratnik mountain pass and ends 145 km to the southeast near the source of the Zrmanja river near Knin.

When we had to get back to Zagreb, we found Midori's favourite motorcycle. She wanted to travel by motorcycle, but it wasn't our bike



Vacation is over, we're going back to Zagreb...

What a beautiful morning today! It is a sunny day here in Zagreb. Finally the winter is over.

I washed my face when I woke up and put my favourite cream on my face.



My husband Larry of course had to come and see what I was doing.



After taking a bubble bath I had to do my nails. This is Miami beet colour.



Then I put on my favourite perfume (at the moment):



After doing this, we had to check what is on ours to-do lists today:



As you can see, Larry of course had nothing to do this day. Actually, all week!



I have to go to the shop to buy some groceries for lunch. Maybe Larry will go with me

Today Larry David and I had to go to some party.

On the way there:



There we met someone new!







We played football for a while:



We were hungry, so we went to the kitchen where the host was preparing the cookies.





Look how many different kinds of cookies we had to try!

We couldn't decide which cookie we like the most, so we ate almost all of them



However, in the end we have decided that this is our favourite cookie:



We were full. We had to do something. We went to play with the rabbit.



He was in the cage to not frighten him because there were a lot of people there.



I entered the cage to play with him so wasn't alone anymore



Larry entered the cage too... We played for 2 hours. The bunny was very happy And we found a new friend

Now we are at home, full-fed and tired. But we had lots of fun!

Today the postman woke us. We were so happy because we was hoping that Paddington Bear has arrived.



We were dissapointed when we saw what was in the package.



We had to comfort ourselves with some sweets that we received from Italy.

I was at home all day.

The only thing that happened today is that Larry came with our friend Bukowski to lunch. They were very pleased with the meal.



Now we're going to watch a movie together. This is one of our favourite films Once upon a time in America

Guess what arrived in the mail today! A package from toyvoyagers!



We couldn't wait to see what's inside:

We went for a walk today because it was a beautiful day

We ate gnocchi with meat, gravy and parmesan:

In the morning we were making a desert. In Croatian it's called "Lazni cupavci - Fake cupavci" because it is simpler than real "Cupavci" and much more easier to make. It is a desert made from coconut flour, chocolate and biscuit.





Adding the oil:



The ingredients: chocolate, butter and coconut flour:





The dressing (chocolate, butter and coconut flour melted together):









It's finished and ready to go in the fridge:



The recipe for "Lazni cupavci - Fake cupavci"

Mix together 3 eggs and 15 spoons of sugar.

When you do that, add in that 1 decilitre of oil, 1 sour cream, 1 baking powder and 15 decagrams of flour. Put it in a casserole and bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes on the temperature of 180 degrees (Fahrenheit).

While the biscuit is baking heat 12 spoons of water, 8 spoons of sugar, 23 decagrams of butter and 20 decagrams of chocolate. Cook until melts. When it melts add 20 decagrams of coconut flour. Stir up and pour over hot cake.

As you can see it is very easy to make this cake, even a little older kid could do it

It doesn't look good yet because it wasn't in the fridge enough We were impatient and had to take it out

When I came home, I lit my favourite candles (with the scent of clean linen) and now I'm going to take a nap on my (also) favourite pillow. It is hand painted by one lady in Dubrovnik. Inside of the pillow there is lavander so I sleep like a baby on it

Larry David, me and some of our friends made Bukowski a good-bye party because tomorrow he is going to Moscow!





The party was in one baby's house and we could play with his toys!

Today our friend Bukowski is going to Moscow! We helped him to pack his bag.





We were sad because he's leaving and we hugged him hundred times
