Bruchsal, Germany - 22nd April 2012
By: fam-united
Finally I found time to read these two pages of two different newspapers of the week. The one is about Bruchsal asparagus. Bruchsal is famous for its asparagus fields and auctions.
The other newspaper page is about the baroque palace of Bruchsal. I think, you have a good view to many different parts of the main building with the church tower, but still many houses are missing.

Lichtenfels, Bavaria, Germany - 12th May 2012
By: Yosemite
Hi there!
I arrived save and sound in my parcel at Lichtenfels. I was delivered by a very friendly postman. And because it is Saturday my new hostmum was at home.
When my parcel was opened I saw three curious noses at first. Then I saw the others! Soooooooooooooo many TVs! I think I will feel good here!
The bear who opened my parcel introduced oneself as Baerle a TV from Baden-Wuerttemberg, too.
My new friends want to know everything about my adventures as a TV. This will be a long night
He is a funny guy! We changed our headdress
Love you!
Aaron

Hey Mummy!
Yesterday we had guests. So we decided to have a barbecue.
I helpded hostmum to iron the tablecloth. Uuuuuuuuu, very hot!
Then we needed something to eat. I was responsible for the salad dressing. I mixed mustard with vinegar, salt, some sugar and pepper. Then I had to stirr with the egg whip.
Ready!
Me and Baerle prepared everything at the grill.
We had spareribs and steaks, unfortunatley we forgot to take any pictures, it was sooooooooooooooo yummie!
But one last photo of our guest!
Love you, Mummy!

Lichtenfels, Bavaria, Germany - 6th June 2012
By: Yosemite
Hello, Mummy!
Last weekend we made something very special! You know there was neraly no rain in Germany in May. Hostmum was so sad, because nothing grew in her garden.
We decided to help her.
Hmmmmm, what to do???
Wolley had a great idea!
We could make a rain dance!
Wolley explained what we should do.
At first: build a circle
Second: Dance to the left
Third: Dance to the right
Fourth: pot with coal in the middle
Fifth: Fire the coal
Sixth: resin and other stuff on the coal
And: look what happened: It started to rain!
And the rain goes on
Love you, Aaron

Nueremberg, Germany - 22nd June 2012
By: Yosemite
Hey Mummy!
Today we made a trip to Nueremberg! We thought about going by car but hostmum prefered to go by train. For a comfortable trip we bought a cappuccino and shared it. We had a magazine with us and read a very intersting science report.
In Bamberg we had to change. Hostmum bought a family ticket and so we could occupy four seats
After arriving in Nueremberg we saw a few famous sights. At first the Lorenzkirche. Then the nice bridge across the river Pegnitz.
Next stop: Hauptmarkt. Every December there is the Christkindlesmarkt You can see me in front of the church where the market is opened by the Christ Child.
Only a few meters away there is a fountain, called Schöner Brunnen. What means pretty fountain. It is really pretty!
What a day! We rested in the Handwerkerhof, a little medieval village in the city center of Nueremberg. That was our trip!
Yours, Aaron

Miniwelt, Lichtenstein, Germany - 6th July 2012
By: Yosemite
Hello Mummy!
You will not believe what I experienced!
We visited the Miniwelt on our way back home.
There we could take pictures of sights in TV scale!
Just take a look:
Because we were in Berlin we liked to see Brandenburg Gate and Victory column again!
Castle Sancoussi with its famous garden near Berlin is world heritage of the UNESCO!
The cathedral of Speyer (not far away from our hometown ) is the bigges cathedral in romanic style in the WORLD! And I was there!
The next building is a modern creation, the Atomium in Brussels. It was built as a symbol of the world exhibition in 1958.
Only a few steps away a dream came true: I saw the opera of Sydney! Such a phantastical building!
I know exactly why Sydney is part of my life missions, I got a feeling how pretty this building must be!
What a great trip!
Greetings to you, my dear Mummy!
Aaron

Hello, Mummy!
Today I was in an Yoga Retreat! Bierle, a resident plushy bear gave me the first Yoga lesson in my life!
But I did a great job!
At first we meditated a bit.
Then we had to go into the position called "dog". It was funny to see the other bottoms in front of me
After this we made the "cobra": I was frightened, but our teacher said, this position is not poisonous
This was arduous!
At the end we relaxed a bit. Have you ever seen such a happy Yoga class?
Love you, Aaron

Wuerzburg, Germany - 9th August 2012
By: Yosemite
Hello, Mummy!
Today we accompanied hostmum to Wuerzburg. It is a town in Lower Frankonia, at the river Main.
We went by train and looked back at the station. Very impressing, because Wuerzburg is a junction of railways.
While hostmum was at the docters, we explored the city. Most interesting was the famous residence, maybe you know the fresco in the stairways. But we only had a look from outside and the garden.
What a fun, there was a lion and I tickled him. I am a very brave donkey!
Love you Mummy!
