Kazari Kumade, a gorgeous ornamental version often handmade by traditional craftsmen, is believed to "rake in"wealth, fortune, business success, and even family safety.
You can obtain Kazari Kumade at Torinoichi (Rooster Fairs), held in various places in Tokyo including the Asakusa area in November.
Generally, Torinoichi are bustling with people from all over the nation and the world.
Torinoichi are regarded as seasonal festivals announcing the arrival of winter.
