Good Afternoon!
My host apologizes for the lack of updates recently.  It has been rainy on a lot of days we had planned outings.    My host says rain is about the only bad weather that California gets however.

We did get another mysterious package in the mail on Saturday - this time it was another toyvoyager!



His name is Bombus and he seems friendly so far! 






Yay for more friends!

Today my host took me to Balboa Park.  Balboa Park has around 14 museums on it's grounds... so plenty to see and do!

Today my host took me to Lake Miramar!



My host believes this place is a man made lake and it is huge!



There are also lots of inhabitants here! Like various ducks, geese and quail!




Some are not so welcome however...

Today my host took me to a Christmas tree farm!







My host thinks the trees with the fake snow are the prettiest!





Expensive!!

Hi Mom, it's me again, Bart!

My host was not feeling very well over the holidays so we did not do much celebrating I'm afraid.  We did however get to help package some gifts to send off to her friend.







My host wanted to make some holiday sweets and decided to make some fudge.  Unfortunately, the fudge didn't solidify, so we decided to make a simple cake instead!







Oh no! One of the layers got stuck to the pan and fell apart!




Thankfully we had the other one to frost




My host wrote "Ragamuffin" on the cake because Ragamuffin the bear had always wanted a cake with her name written on it!




Yum! Strawberry cake!

Hi Mom, it's me again, Bart!

Today we went back to Torrey Pines beach for a few hours for some sun and fun!







There are tons of black rocks that have been made smooth and round by all the water.




Time to clear away the rocks.

Hi it’s me again, Bart!

Today my host received a package in the mail.  It turned out to be another toyvoyager named Henry the Adventure Hound!






Henry was very polite and told us that he is quite the seasoned adventurer!




Our host also took us to the swapmeet in Santee, which is a smaller country type town.



The swap meet is where hundreds of people gather to sell everything! Junk, Junk and more Junk!



Shoes, pots, toys, you name it, it’s sold here!
