After exploring the Cuban countryside we went to chill out on a tropical island off the north coast of Cuba. It's a hard life swinging in a hammock all day....

Havana, Cuba - 16th August 2008

Pretty special this evening. We arrived in Havana yesterday and found that the Buena Vista Social Club were playing at the Nacional Hotel. Here i am in the ballroom with the band playing in the background.

It's like a vintage car museum in Havana with all these 1950s cars being kept and driven around. I managed to sneak a ride on the badge of this chevrolet!!

Decided to visit the musuem of the revolution. It's housed in the old palace. I met a couple of the key revolutionary leaders Che Guevara & Camillo Cienfuegos!

Page & I played revolutionary leaders and sat at the original council table in the old palace. That's the Cuban flag in the corner so I've contributed to one of my life's missions!
