Hello everyone!

My name is Amie. I'm a little and kind teddybear. If you take a look very carefully my pictures you can see that I have three small red hearts in my furr. One is in my right leg, and the others are in my forehead and my tummy. I got my name, Amie, because I have those hearts. My name Amie means love. How nice thing, isn't it?

I'm looking forward to my travel and all adventures what are waiting for me. But before I start my first journey, I want to spend Easter time at home with my mommy.

Hello!

Easter is coming, so I made some Easter preparations with my ToyVoyager friends: Porridge, Luna, Tokki, Niiskuneiti, Sylvia and Mo.



I painted an Easter egg. It was nice!



Then mommy put all eggs (painted Easter eggs and chocolate eggs) to the nice yellow cup.





I got hungry while painting eggs. I want to eat something really Finnish Easter thing: Mämmi. It might look very suspicious, but it taste yummy! 



Now you might wonder, what Mämmi is... Well, let me tell you...

Wikipedia tells that mämmi is a traditional Finnish Easter dessert. Mämmi is made from water, rye flour, and powdered rye malt, seasoned with dark molasses, salt, and dried powdered Seville orange peel. The mixture is then allowed to go through a slow natural sweetening process before being baked in an oven until set. Preparation takes many hours, and after baking the mämmi is stored chilled for three to four days before being ready to eat. Generally mämmi is eaten cold with either milk or cream and sugar, and less commonly with vanilla sauce.

It's Easter now!

I saw a small chocolate egg under mommy's pillow. It surprised me a lot!  How come mommy haven't noticed it herself?!?



I decided to go under the pillow and get the chocolate egg out from there.



Mommy, mommy!!! Where are you? Come here and look... I found this yummy egg!  Can I eat it, mom?



Mommy said no, not yet... First we need to help others to find their chocolate eggs.

Now we all can eat our chocolate eggs!!! Mmmmm, so delicious!

Today I went outside to play with snow. It was so fun! 

At first me and ToyVoyagers Tokki, Niiskuneiti, Porridge, Sylvia and Mo cathered together to think what we would do.



Then we decided to make a small snowman. 

First need to make 3 big snowballs...





And then we put those snowballs together



The snowman is ready!!! Jey!!!   





This snowman is funny, because he is going to sailing!!!   





It was a nice day!

Hello! Terve! Moi! Hei!

I was walking outside, and right now I want to show some places of my hometown Jyväskylä.

This is the street, where the most of the shops located. We call this street as kävelykatu. It's like a main street of this city, and there's no aloud to drive a car.



There's a long stairs. These stairs are in a place called Harju. It's like a small hill just next to city center. Just take a look down, and you will see some part of the city center of Jyväskylä.



This building is one of the evangelical lutheran church in Jyväskylä.



...And there I am, sitting with ToyVoyagers friends on the stairs of that church.



There's Sylvia, Tokki, Sweetheart-, Krok Little, Mo, Ape Apina, Bzzzzz, Porridge, me and Niiskuneiti.

Today I had a nice day.

Mommy has many ToyVoyagers with her, and she was thinking it would be nice if all can meet other ToyVoyagers, too. So, together with her friend Reissari, they planned
a ToyVoyager meeting!
They decided to meet with all their travelling toy friends in the Natural History Museum of Central Finland...



The Natural History Museum's website (click) tells that "The Natural History Section serves as a preservation unit for natural scientific research, and displays environmental subjects and research material. It takes care of the living plants of the botanical garden on the campus. It also receives wild animals found dead and prepares scientific samples of them. The section has a collection of over 250 000 samples, the most numerous being invertebrates, plants and moss."

I met many other ToyVoyagers, and we all became friends. How nice is that!

Hi!

After visiting the Natural History Museum of Central Finland, I was really hungry. So, we all went to eat something at the restaurant named Food. It was nice place.

Here we are, waiting to have something to eat.



Here we all are eating some nachos, mmmmmmmm, yummy!

Hello!

Yesterday I was in ToyVoyagers meeting (as you already knew), but guess what I did today?

I was in a postcrossing meeting! 

The meeting was in the café named Wilhelmiina, in Jyväskylä city center.

Mmmmmmmm, I tasted a piece of cheece cake and hot chocolate.


Delicious! 

Look how many postcards!!! 



Other ToyVoyagers were there, too.









And then it's time to mail all those postcards. We went to the local post office. Post office is posti in Finnish.







Behind us there's a Hockeybird flyers. The charachter Hockeybird is the official mascot of ice hockey World Championships in this year.

It's time to say goodbye to mommy and all my friends here, because I start my very first journey today. I will go to Germany!

Oooooh, it's so dark here! I can't see anything...

Just hope my travelling time inside this envelope is short.

I just arrived in time to jump into the handbag of my host and join her on a short trip. I don't know, where we will go, so just watch out and we both will see.

Today I joined my host and drove with her to Bad Wildbad, where she joined a training for new ways at her school. I took a look out of the window and then rested in her bed together with another  toyvoyager guest called Stoker.








After the training Petra visited the Palais Thermal and then came back. We both still slept in her bed.




But then it was dark enough to go out on my own and I sneaked out of the balcony door.






Petra had no chance to take more photos during the night, because she was too tired and too slow to catch me. I had a great night out.

The next day I asked her to go to the inner city with me and show me the town. I think, it is a really mixed sort of houses, which you can see here. Some houses are really nice and old, but there are also some grey, liveless buildings - if you know, what I mean.
You surely see the tent roof in the middle of the photo. It belongs to the terrace of the Palais Thermal.




There is a sort of pedestrian zone, although there still drive cars and the tram.




The river Enz flows through Bad Wildbad. It is situated 420 m above sea level, in the romantic pine-clad gorge of the Enz, a tributary of the Neckar in the Black Forest, 45 km west of Stuttgart and 23 east of Baden-Baden by rail. It covers a vertical difference of about 300 m.

It is historically a popular medicinal spa.




There are many narrow streets and houses.










Here we are in front ot the Palais Thermal.

This morning we walked to the town again to get some money. I said goodbye to the river Enz.






The big houses you can see belong to the Landesakademie. That's where we stayed during the last two and a half days.




Here's the old Kurhaus.






I have to say goodbye to Bad Wildbad. It is a nice town, but I'm happy to go back to Bruchsal again.
