Hello back from holiday ! I'm in austria again. Today we went to a look-out! Was nice there. You can see the home from my hostmum if you look exactly









There is a little church beside the tower.

Today we dicided spontaneously to make a trip to Italy. Our hotel Solemare was beside beach and we had a great view

Mmmh a typical italian pizza!



On last day we visited Aqualandia. It's a waterpark with one of the highest water slide 42m high and 100km/h fast! But I were chicken-hearted

Hi mum!
Today my hostmum took us to the "old" and the "new" landmark of city graz (The clock tower was the landmark dating back to the time before Graz had its island in the middle of river Mur = new landmark ). Our first stop was the island. It was built in 2003.

Next stop: the clockt tower. It's one of the city's oldest buildings (1265) and one of the most beautiful !





It's possible to get uphill by feet (206 steps), by elevator or by cable car. We decided to take the exhausting way let's go!

Can you see the black building in the front? This is the house of art. It was built in 2003 together with the island. In 2003 graz was the European Capital of Culture.

Do you know the clichè: that Graz is different?
It’s true. Even the clocks run differently here. If you see over the clock you can see that the minute hand is smaller than the hour hand.









This is the favourite place of my hostmum isn't it nice there.

I'm back home, will rest a llittle and then set off for new adventures.

Mum said it's like I'm going to take part in a Round Robin soon. Sounds adventurous. Well, for the time being I explored the mountains north of the river Neckar and had a great view down to the city centre.

The Round Robin is starting and my first stop will be the USA. All TV's came to say good-bye and wish me a nice journey.



Yetta Bear was especially excited because it's her mum I'm going to visit. She asked me to tell her that she loves her very much and I will surely forward these greetings as soon as I arrive.

Bambi arrived safely in Iola, Kansas!

Two of the giant's brothers took Arizona, Tucker, Wotan, Sissi, Sundy, Fidditch, Hryusha, Vriendje, Snakiey, Anastaysia, Kalso, Kali, Ming Jung, Jellybean, Chrissy, Strider, Plaudagei, Faschi, Mini-Mina, and myself to the playground at the elementary school today! We played on all of the equipment and had sooo much fun!

Host mom had to go to Burlington to testify on a court case, so we came along. She showed us some of the pretty murals that decorate the town!

Host mom made colorful pancakes today! She uses this recipe, but said that she adds vanilla to make them extra fluffy. They sure turn out delicious and disappear fast!

Today we went exploring at Elm Creek! It was hot out, but the shade of the trees made it kind of nice. We explored the north side of the creek, then drove back around to the bridge so that we could explore and see the south side. Host mom has lived here for 12 years, and this was the first time she ever explored this part of Elm Creek!

Today we stopped and took a look at beautiful, historical Fort Scott!

These newborn hedgehogs were adorable!

We visited the Farmer's Market this evening and bought a few things. The vendors were closing down while we were there, and some nice ladies gave us peach pies and cinnamon rolls, too!

Today we enjoyed great company and delicious food at the SDA church supper!
