Alpnach, Switzerland - 22nd September 2007
By: annbear
Hi,
I´m really enjoying it here, had a fondue with some other toy voyagers, admired the views of the lakes and mountains and I made a new friend. He is quite a big dog so I was a bit nervous at first but he didn´t eat me so that was a relief! I like the picture of me sunbathing on the rock - it was a very peaceful afternoon ejoying the sun. I could get used to this!

Hurray! I have completed another life mission. What a happy bunny I am!! I went to Engleberg and did some mountain climbing. It was quite high up but very pretty with waterfalls and everything. I even went in a cable car but I stayed in the rucksack as it was very steep and a bit scary.

Here I am on top of the sign - we followed the directions to a great Alpen hut where we ate rösti and sausage. I like the mountains!

Here I am looking at the trees changing colour. I´m glad I stay green all year round but they did look very pretty. It´s easy to see winter is on the way - you can smell it in the air!!

Today I said a sad farewell to Switzerland and Annbear and departed in a brown paper envelope to America. What a well-travelled rabbit I am.......

We're going to Norfolk to buy dance shoes. I wanna play football! This bridge tunnel is pretty neat and so are the boats. I'm still tired from the trip and don't want to shop so I'm going to sleep.

Finally, manly stuff. We're at Tee's school working on Operation GiveBack. We're toting all the canned goods the students collected out to a van so be transported to hungry people. Help, Bonnie! Get me outa this bag!!

That was invigorating.
You want me to what? Put the Care Bear tree together? I'll build but I won't fluff.
Maybe a little.

I'm back at school. Today we have Helping Hands and are cutting. Scissors are a tool, right? So it's manly. A cutting board has a huge blade so it's even manlier.

Lunch! We get lunch! I think cowboys and football players eat this kind of food.

Leaves, glorious leaves! It's a crisp fall day and I'm gonna help rake leaves.
Ohh, this is better than tackling a football player or riding a bronco!

We drove from Virginia to Ohio in the snow. We drove in four states: Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. Now I get to play in the snow. Yahoo!
Look at my snow angel. It's manly because I laid down in the cold wet snow without any protection.
I also helped clean off the car.

I can open this big box, Bonnie Voyage.
What's in there? Looks like twins, see the scarves?
Give me your hand, Helen Bear, and I'll get you out.
Quit fooling around, Bonnie, and help Ruzovacek out. Watch where you're stepping, Ruzo. That's a good football player name.
Welcome, Twins.
Baseball, it's almost as manly as football.
