Travelog for: Alpina

Hi,

my name is Alpina. I am a model, all my life revolves around fashion. My greatest success so far was modeling for a wall paint - they even named their paint after me! My dream is to be named in one line with Claudia Schiffer and Naomi Campbell.

Today Klaus came in with a small, bulky envelope. He said it must be our first visiting toyvoyager friend. I am so curious and excited - it is Björn Bangsi. Klaus told me that he is from Iceland and had studied in Munich.

Klaus and Björn Bangsi left in the afternoon for a walk along the Isar river. They asked me to come along but I'd rather wanted to spend some time on my appearance. For my career it is really important how I look like. So I tried on some jewellery for my future castings. I found out that I am not the earring or ring type but then necklaces are just fine for me. Did I tell you that my favourite song is "Diamonds are a girl's best friend"?

Today the three of us (Klaus, Björn Bangsi and I) went out for a stroll - no work on May 1st, great! On our way to the Auer Dult we passed the German Museum.

Then Klaus, Björn Bangsi and I went to the "Auer Dult". It's an old Munich tradition, the Auer Dult takes place outdoors on Mariahilfplatz three times a year for 8 days. It is a colorful fair with antiques and junk, you can buy all kinds of stuff. And we met some really weird guys 

Aaaah, I am so excited. Mood and KanaPoutz both would like to have me as their guest toyvoyager. I am busy updating the few words of French I know.

La Belle France - the country of fashion (and other stuff)! What should I pack? Surely make-up? My jewellery? So hard decisions to make when there is only limited space. 
Well, I had to leave most of the stuff behind but Pandamao gave me a nice necklace as a farewell gift to remember my Munich home town. I think the blue stones really bring out the color of my eyes.

Yeah, Pandamao was right, I could not bring all my jewellery and make-up - it's already tight in here without extra luggage. Oh, but this joy to travel and go for fame in France - all those fashion designers and shows in France. I'm sure I'll have a great time, good-bye to the others who stay behind in Munich.

Hello ! or -Bonjour- I should say!

Here I am in France !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have no picture yet, but there should come soon!!
I just wanted to reassure all my fans by saying I was well arrived.
I began to visit the countryside with my host who is very pleasant !!! (but I have to tell you something -in a murmur- this girl is very far from fashion victim !!! My god !!! I don't really know where she founds her clothes!!! it will be a pleasure for me to try to revamp her!!! (If I manage!))

Anyway ... The positive thing is called : Romeo !!! a beautiful white and red -but taciturn- boy... I'll tell you more next time!

Here is the first pictures of my arrival ... I couldn't wait to get out .. My fur was beginning to get dull. Fortunately, I had taken with me my magical lotion, and my beautiful fur became brilliant in a few minutes !!!

As I was saying in  my first report from France, Mood took me for a walk in the countryside... The weather was so bad since a few weeks, that as soon as it became sunny we went out ...
Mood lives close to Toulouse, called "the pink town" because of the colour of the bricks used to build the houses and monuments. They call it the "red gold" of Toulouse, and the town is very nice!
For example, here are some pictures of the Laréole castle (about 30 km north from Toulouse).

This castle was built in 1579  by Pierre de Cheverny. It is an exemple of the french Renaissance. Mood and I found it very eccentric with its striped walls (made with bricks and stones) ...

Don't you think it is a good place for future fashion shows???

here I am in front of my future office... (a traditionnal toulousain house) (I can already imagine the designers, and couturier ... and the public that would be filled with admiration for me!!!!!!!!!!!)

... talking about admirer, here is a picture of Romeo ... when we met each other, it was love at first sight !!!

But then I met Stripy ... a very fashioned cat as you can see !!!!!
He studies fashion story at the university, and knows many anecdotes about fashion...
