Yeah, we were on holidays in the UK!

First we spent 4 days in Cardiff / Wales.

Here is where we stayed - the  Angel Hotel.

I  slept so well in the huge bed!



And this is what we saw:

First we visited Cardiff Castle.



In the background you can also see the Millenium Stadium of Cardiff.















Then we went to Llandaff Cathedral:

From Sunday, October 10 until October 15, 2010 we stayed in London
and did a lot of sight seeing.

First we visisted Buckingham Palace - home of the queen.



On our way we visited the guards in front of another palace and we also attended the horse guard changing ceremony.

We also visited the Imperial War Museum:







and when we needed a break we had typicall British food: fish and chips! Yummy!

Of course we did not miss to go to Picadilly Circus.



There is a lot of construction work going on in London because of the Olympic Games in 2012.



Here we are back at Buckingham Palace for the Changing of the Guard Ceremony in front of it.

For break this day we tried Cream Tea: scone with clotted cream and jam. It was delicious!





And of course not to miss Tower Bridge:



We took a break in Hyde Park.

We also visited the Albert Memorial and Royal Albert Hall:





You see mommy we had a great time in GB!

Today it was time to say Goodbye to Germany!

Peachy Chai said byebye to me too and then I went off to Australia!
