Travelog for: Cougar Kat

Still at home with my guardian and other toy voyager friends waiting for all my adventures to start.

I celebrated scoutings 100th birthday at the home of Uk scouting - Gillwell park.

I hope to visist Brownsea Island (where scouting started on 1/8/1907) later this month.

Back at home after my exciting day at Gilwell Park.  I watched my guardian take part in many activities - Climbing; Absieing; Stilt walking; Go-karting; asault course.  I wish I could have joined in - but I was exhausted watching her!

Well I've made it to Brownsea Island where Scouting started 100 years ago this month.

I had lots of fun exploring the island and seeing the orginal camp site where Baden-Powell held the first ever scout camp, as you will see from the photos attached.

I am a bit frightened now as my guardian left me by the big commerative stone for someone else to find.

I hope it's someone nice who finds me and takes me on lots more adventures.

It's now been nearly a week since my guardian set me free on Brownsea Island in Dorset.  What has become of me?  Have I been found by a nice person who will take me on more adventures and update this log one in a while?  Maybe my finder didn't read my tag, or see my t-shirt for that matter!

Hopefully there will be news soon............

It's been nearly a fortnight now since I was released into the big wide world..............  and still no news.

News at last!!    I was found on the 29th August at Brownsea Island by a very nice cub scout who has been looking after me well.  Although I was not lost on the island, he was and he found me at the same time he found his pack near the commemorative stone!  (He had difficulty logging on to this travel log until today).  I think I might try to hitch a lift on a helicopter soon, or else go to the Albert Hall......  Tonight I am going kayaking with the scouts.....I am really excited!

I am so glad someone has finally found me. And i want to say a big big thankyou to Harry my new owner for taking care of me i'm soo excited about going kayaking i think its going to be so much fun...(but do i need a wetsuit?  !)

Nothing has been heard of me since last September.

HELP!!!!!!!!!

It's my birthday today, but I don't know where I am  or who I'm with.

Since being set free last August on Brownsea Island at the site of the first ever scout camp theres only been one update.

I was found by a scout called Harry. Is he still looking after me?  Have I been discarded like an old sock?  Has he forgotten about me all together?  I hope not, it would be nice to go on some more adventures.

Still I hope I have a good birthday - where ever I am.
