Hi!

I`m Carolin.

I also like to go shopping. I like bags and shoes.

I also like water: waterfalls, the sea, fountains and so on.

I like the nature and to climb on trees.

I also like to eat. I think there is nothing that I didn`t want to taste.
Most I like sweets, pancakes and cakes.

I love seeing historical sights.

And before I forget: I want to see as many hospitals as possible - inside and outside. I should do this because my mum is a nurse and I want to make her happy with this photos.

We were at the Giant Pandas but they had played hide and seek and so we couldn`t see them.
But we were lucky. The artist Gottfried Kumpf has made a Giant Panda and so we could climb on it.

Schönbrunn Garden

Today I visit with my mum Grinsekatze and many friends:Daisy Orange + Kara + Kathy + Melek +  Pingi +Taja+ Little Dragon Schönbrunn Garden/Park.

It was so great. It was the last sunny day.
The next time the sun will go and the rain will
come.
So we were happy to sit in the grass and have
a nice time.

I did it.





This morning I was delivered as a special delivery. They had forgotten me yesterday. The reception was especially warm.



















All were afraid here, I was lost. But now all is well.

Hi mum,
Yesterday morning the weather was not really nice, but it was dry. Therefore, we decided to explore the a piece of Switzerland. No one betrayed us where it's going.





After a while we saw a sign: Rhine Falls.



And when angels travel, the sun came out. We parked at the Schloss Laufen and could already hear from afar powerful noise. Through the castle gate



we came to the old courtyard with its battlements and arrow slits.





By a staircase with various viewpoints we came closer and closer to the Rhine Falls.



We saw small boats that you can drive to the Rhine Falls. It looked from the top right dangerous.













But the platforms were exciting enough, you could not hear yourself speak, so loud were the water masses, and the water sprayed in your face.

















Afterwards we looked at a small antique furniture exhibition in the castle.



On some chairs felt like a king.





On the way home through Zurich's wine country we saw huge pumpkins



and tasted of the grapes.

HiHo mum
Yesterday host mum has started her new job. So we were alone at home. First it was a little boring but then we had a great idea. We play Pirates of the Caribbean. In the kitchen and in the office, we found everything we needed. Chopsticks, trivets, plastic bowls,



paper and glue. A pirate flag we printed on the computer.





It was hard work, but it was worth it.





We had lot of fun.












The bathroom was a bit under water but only a bit, honorable word.

Hi mum,
Today we went to Einsiedeln. Einsiedeln is a small town in the canton of Schwyz, and known for its baroque church and the Black Madonna.











It is also a place of pilgrimage on the Camino. Unfortunately, the photograph is not allowed in the monastery church. Host mum is looking online for a picture, the church is really beautiful,





you could not tell by the weather, it was foggy, wet and cold. With hot chestnuts, we warmed up a bit.



Then we visited the ski jump.



It is a plastic covered jump and is used for summer training.



Even the students of the high school sports train here.



At home host mum has made a special dinner - Raclette.







Melted cheese with potatoes, cucumbers, onions, sweet and sour homemade pumpkin and more.



It tasted wonderful.

Hello mum
This morning we found a well-known envelope on the table. With an address on it. Curious, we tried to figure out where things are headed, and above all who is going to travel.



Fiete is the lucky one, he can travel to Finland. At first we were all a bit sad Fiete is leaving us, but we were happy for him too. Hemming had to distract him at the computer,







while we have baked a farewell cake.





















Fiete enjoyed immensely.



Then he was allowed to fill his belly with fruit. You never know how long the journey lasts. Then he packed up his cap, in Finland it can be very cold, a few sweets and a card of host mum.



We gave him a big group hug

Hello mum,
we had not much time to be sad because Fiete is gone. As host mum came from the post she brought a new envelope. As always, we were a bit curious, really just a little bit.



Our new guest called Nils and has traveled from Finland.





It took a long time, host mum had been worried. But now he is here and we have warmly welcomed him.





He is glad to be free again and ready for new adventures with us.

Hello mum,
Today my host mum has shown the hospital in the neighboring town.





It is a small country hospital and should be closed a few years ago.







Almost the entire valley has demonstrated against, host mum also. When we looked at the pictures at home, host mum was a bit grumpy. All images of the interior are totally blurred. Looks like we have chills she meant and then we both laughed. Maybe I can still go to another hospital. That's it for today, love you mum.

We have a new family member. Miss Kitty, she is host mum's first amigurumi.



Host mum had never heard of it until she read it in the forum. The images she liked them so much that she had to try it. Isn't Miss Kitty cute?

Hi mum, today there is not much to report. The weather is bad and we were bored. Host mum made ​​the suggestion to bake waffles. We were immediately impressed. We have put all the ingredients ready and started to stir the dough.







Hemming should beat the eggs, but he has thrown the whole. Unfortunately we can not show you all the fun right because host mum's camera is broken. Times it works, sometimes not. Tomorrow she gets a new one. The waffles were great.





The first we had to try immediately.



After dinner we had waffles with vanilla cream and berries. Too bad that you can not see us, as we feasted.
