Hi Mom!!!
Today was a special day…..it was Chloe’s brother in law’s birthday dinner! We went to their place to grill and have a great time! They had tons of food including steaks and burgers then there was cherry and blueberry pies for dessert! I met a couple cute puppies and just had a blast! =)

Kevin Kiwi, NoMi and I went to a Twins Game! It was so much fun! They were playing the Kansas Royals and WON!! Whohoo!!

Wagner’s drive in is a family fun restaurant that you drive up to eat. It was so cool. NoMi and I had some great food and company. Chloe's family as came to eat. If you wanna see more information on the drive in: http://www.wagnersdrivein.com/
Their burgers are good with the fries and awesome environment. Its right by some railroad tracks…which was fun to go on. It’s so much fun since instead of eating in the car, we ate at picnic tables!









Next we are going to go to North Hennepin with Chloe to school. Excited to see what a college campus looks like! =)

Chino and I had a blast today. I love learning about History so Chloe took us to school with her. She goes to North Hennepin Community College. This summer she took a course on Nazi Germany. Before attending class, we took a tour of North Hennepin.
No period during the twentieth century has been the subject of as much historical inquiry as the twelve year reign of the Third Reich.  In this course we will examine the disastrous impact of Nazi Germany on the course of European history.  To begin, this course will explore the origins of the Nazi party in the aftermath of World War I and the Nazi seizure of power in 1933.  Second, this class will discuss daily life during the Third Reich with a special emphasis on the ways in which average Germans accommodated and resisted the regime’s policies.  Third, we will examine Nazi racial ideology and the ways in which Nazi racial policies evolved over the twelve year history of the regime.  Within this context we will place a particular emphasis on the period of 1939-1942 as we attempt to understand the development of the Holocaust – the genocide of more than six million Jews.  Finally, we will conclude with a brief discussion of Nazi Germany’s legacy both in Europe and beyond.

Kevin Kiwi and I went to Sam’s Club, the Post Office and made Tacos for dinner tonight. Not that much going on but it was fun! We just had a great time relaxing and having a great time.
Sam’s Club is a membership only store that sells in larger quantities/wholesale with great prices!

We got to hang out with some furry friends, make tacos and had a great time! =)

Kevin Kiwi, Pit, Caroline and I went to the post office to send off some toyvoyagers and to send Kevin Kiwi off.  I was sad to say goodbye Kevin Kiwi is off to Finland!!

Wow. What a day!! =) We had so much fun exploring the Mall of America!!!

We went out to dinner at Davannis and took a trip to Walmart.
In the fall of 1975, they opened the first restaurant as Pontillo's at the corner of Cleveland and Grand in St. Paul. That was the beginning of what has become Davanni's - a company where people "Care, Work Hard and Have Fun." They offer pizza, hot hoagies (or subs) and much more. =) Davanni�s Pizza and Hot Subs was amazing. I got to try the Gluten Free pizza and a hoagie!!











There was even an arcade there!!!! =)



Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., branded as Walmart, is an American multinational retail corporation that runs chains of large discount department stores and warehouse stores. They have everything from groceries to pet supplies to even eye care! =)































































It sounds like I will be leaving Minneapolis within the next day or two. I will miss my friends but I am excited to see where I am headed. =)

Chino, Kibblet and I took a trip to Starbucks Coffee to grab some hot chocolates since it was a bit chilly today. Chloe got a white hot chocolate. It was delicious!!!

Happy Holidays!
We went to a fabulous Holidazzle parade! This is the last year it will run so Chloe made sure we went. It was a chilly night but only when we sat on the concrete. Since it was dark out, Chloe had to attach a link to an album with the pictures since some of the pictures don�t include us! We were there though and had so much fun! Chloe got a white hot chocolate to stay warm and we got some sips. =) Once again it is time to bundle up, pick up the family, and head to Target Holidazzle! 'Come See the Night in a Whole New Light' at Target Holidazzle with illuminated floats, music, celebrity Grand Marshals, and of course, Santa in his sleigh! Every year since 1992 when the first parade marched down Nicollet Mall, over 300,000 spectators converge on Downtown Minneapolis to celebrate this Holiday tradition.
Unfortunately not all of the pictures had us in it because it was dark and a little too hard for Chloe. On this website, you can find all of the pictures she took of every float that was in the parade! It was pretty awesome looking!!!

Chloe brought us to her Grandparents house where we got to eat, sleep and open presents! The desserts were delicious! We got to hang out in the beautiful tree and see everyone hanging out. We met a cute adorable German Shepard dog.
