Lichtenfels, Bavaria, Germany - 22nd September 2012
By: Takata
Hello Mummy!
Today I arrived in Germany! It was a very long and shaky trip , but finally I reached the mailboy of Takata.
He took my envelope up to the apartment and there I heard a lot of whispering voices outside.
I followed the light and saw a lot of TVs sitting around me. I wondered who this will be. Hostdad explained that this are the guests of Yosemite, his girlfriend. So we are 11 TVs in the apartment! WOW!!!!
They all welcomed me warmly and I told them something about me and my home. There are two more TVs from USA, Wavy Gravy and Cheerio from California! I think they will help me to get familiar with Germany
So Mummy, be sure I am fine!
Love you, Huli

By: Takata
Hi Mummy!
Today I accompanied hostdad to his work. He works at a factory which produces plastic materials. He explained that it is very important to wear a working dress. So I did!
I helped him to adjust the blades so that he can sharpen it. Wooooooooooo, very sharp!!!
After this work we needed some coffee! Then I helped him in the office, sent a fax and checked the balance sheet No, just kidding
What a interesting and important job hostdad has!

Hello Mummy!
Today we made a trip with Baerle´s bike! I took the little Fipsy in the basket in the front.
It was a wonderful autumn day and Baerle and me played hide-and-seek. I was the winner because of my protective mimicry
Hostdad invited us for a ice! I chose a pinapple cup because I need some vitamines for the winter

Dear Mummy!
Today me and Jethro helped hostdad to plant some trees. He seeded little sequoia seeds in spring and now it was time to plant each of them into a pot.
I transported the pots to the table. I wondered why they are sooooooooooo heavy! But then I saw that the smart elephant Jethro sat on top
I assisted hostdad in planting the little trees. Imagine, the tree I planted could get one of the largest living thing in the world! We played hide and seek, but I think this will work better, when the tree is grown-up
At the end I watered the trees and wished them a good winter. They will spend the cold season in the garage.
Hostdad told us a lot about sequoias this afternoon. Very interesting!
Yours, Huli Hutu

Garden, Lichtenfels, Germany - 12th December 2012
By: Takata
Hey Mummy!
There is alot of snow in Lichtenfels! So we decided to go sledging! We waited unpatiently until hostdad came home. Then we took the old sleigh and went out. I sledged together with the cute bears Bernie and Wavy Gravy. These lucky bears were afraid of the amounts of snow
We found a perfect sleigh run and went downhill
Suddely the sleigh stopped and Wavy and Bernie fell of! But nothing happened, they are ok
Now we dry and heat up on the heater

Dear Mummy, tonight something secret was going on in the living room. Hotdad pottered around a tree that has grown during the night.
But then hostdad explained that it is christmas and he is putting the lights on our christmas tree.
And I am allowed to help to decorate the tree. I choose wonderful blue balls and hanged them on the branches. That was a real challenge, because I was a little to heavy for the little branches
As I climbed through the tree I met a funny frog with pink pants
Mummy, what do you think about our tree, isn´t it pretty?
I wish you a happy christmas!
Your Huli Hutu

Happy new year, dear Mummy!
We celebrated the New years eve in the garden. Hostdad made a big campfire and hang a pot over it. There he roasted meat and vegetables for a goulash. The whole stuff had to cook 3 hours! During this time we sat together at the fire and talked about the last year and what the new will bring.
Yours, Huli Hutu

Dear Mummy,
now it´s time to go! Hostdad told me that you arranged a trip to the south for me. Together with the other TVs we looked for my destination. Oh yes, it´s very far away!
I said Goodbye to my TVs friends Jethro, 3*Euro, Joesy, to the wise Wavy Gravy and Fipsy and Mr. Stanley.
Take care! Maybe we´ll meet sometimes again!
