A new TV arrived today



we listened for a voice



BigFoot and I helped open the travel bag and had a look inside - and we remembered to say hello too!!

Hi Mum.

Today we took Lexie to the beach




It is a nice morning but the weather forecast is for rain and maybe hail this afternoon


the bay is really calm today Mum


this gum tree has really nice flowers on one side Mum and


gum nuts on the other! 


Peek-a-boo!!   This bougainvillea had pretty flowers but nasty spikes!! 


we found a mushroom in the garden


maybe one day I will go sailing! This boat looks a good size to me!

Back again Mum,

later in the morning we went for a walk to the pier




here I am on the pier looking back to the beach

not many boats today Mum

on this part of the pier there are usually lots of people jumping off and swimming but it is too cold today for that!

I feel very small here Mum!!!

Oohh...now I am sideways...but I am having fun Mum!!

We took the dog to the park today

here I am at the drinking fountain - its a bit cold and rainy today

nice trees here

we played in the autumn leaves 

but has to be careful by the creek - I didn't want to fall in!!  was too cold!!

Hi Mum,

We are walking the dog again today,  but are going a different way

behind me is the indoor swimming pool

and here are the old oak trees - this track is a popular place to walk

we found this old tyre swing up the back of the park - it was fun but a bit scarey - I was up very high!!

from here we are looking down over part of Gisborne township

we found this big old oak that had been burnt in the middle - great for hiding in!!

Hi Mum,

We are back at the beach for the weekend - we had a walk



I found a strange beast had been here before me!! 




now we are at Barwon Heads

On the way home we stopped at Geelong to have a look at the bollards and beach



Binky and I had a good view from up here! 



we think this is the swimming guard tower but maybe you can jump off here too!

Cold and frosty morning today Mum!

Hi Mum,

Today we went in to the city for an appointment and on the way back to the train we had a quick look around. We went through Federation  Square and found a group of people promoting electric cars. They also said what do we do with all the petrol bowsers once we don't need petrol?? So, lots of people came up with ideas, there were bookshelves, pie warmers, coffee stands, popcorn makers and this garden complete with a garden gnome!!

and here we are me, BigFoot and Lexie, on the bridge over the Yarra River, with the MCG behind us.

Today was very  cold so we stayed home and cuddled up in a beanie Sue is making!!

Hi Mum,

Today we had a trip up the freeway to Kyneton to watch Sue's son play soccer. First we had a walk with the chow (he doesn't like to stay home by himself  )



here I am at the game Mum, but I have to say it was soooo cold we spent most of our time in the car



in the knitting bag!!

Hi Mum,

Today we watched Sue's big son Adam, cook dinner



lots of veges being cooked 


mmm...if I could just get over these oranges, I think i like doughnuts!


while Adam put the veges in to a big dish, I told BigFoot, Binky and Lexie a joke and they all fell over laughing!! 



Being serious now Mum  the pasta is going over the veges




the cheese sauce has gone over the pasta and parmesan cheese is being sprinkled over the top..looking good here...



hey looked who turned up!! The chow chow is never far away when the cheese comes out of the  fridge!!



all finished Mum and ready to eat! YUM!!

Hi Mum,

It was a sunny but cold afternoon today so we went outside, down the bottom of the block to see if we could see any rabbits


we found and interesting toadstool




and had our last photos with Binky, he is off home to Germany tomorrow!



the sky is a beautiful blue today and we could see the moon between the trees


later we helped with cutting the grass - it was very noisy and bumpy up here Mum!!
