Today said Fanny that we drive to a big thing...

What could it be?


Look! I'm in Ulm, a city in Baden-Wuerttemberg and behind me is the "big thing".


This is the cathetral of Ulm, the highest church steeple of the world! 161,53 m!


It was very hot so we go to a beer garden and drank some.




It's wonderful under the chestnut trees!

Back at home in the evening  an envelope is waiting for us....


We take a look inside.


Look! It's Sally Seal from Switzerland! What a sweety!


Because Sally had to wait for us, we made a little barbecue for her!




What a nice sunset at the end of a wonderful day!

Today I said goodbye to Cherry Lola.

I gave her a big hug.

I arrived at my new host!

And I met some of the toys who live there. A few toys had my size.

But there were huge guys, too!!

Today is my host's oncle's birthday. So we bought a little present.  And we made a peg-cow to decorate it.

In my host's mum's hometown was a village festival. We slept in my host's grandma's house.

I met a cat. She was so big. But fortunately she slept. Whew!

We had a little walk. When you look at the trees you see that autumn is coming.

Today I visited an amusement park, which is called "Phantasialand". It is full of roller coasters, freefalltowers, water attractions and all this stuff.

We visited an aunt and found these cute guys.

We are baking a cake.

Ahrweiler is famous for its wall, surrounding the city center, and the vineyards, you can see nearly everywhere you look.

At the weekend we were in the city center. They have got a spectacle here. Around the center is a wall, this wall has four gates. And there are four groups of bachelors (boys between 15 and 25). For each gate a group of boys. And they have a competition, well, two competitions. When it is St.Martin's day they light tall, huge fires. The group with the tallest and prettiest fire wins.
And they form pictures with torches in the wine yards. The group with the nicest picture wins.
We took photos but you can't see anything on them. So I photographed the newspaper with an article about this event.

It is Advent season. We have got an Advent calendar and an Advent wreath here. I am looking forward to Christmasday!

It is St Nicholas' Day!!! I got a little present, too.
