Hallo world!
I'm Frederik and I 'm a rather old mouse, but not too old for discovering the world!
I worked as a theatre property for the last 27 years...until yesterday. Yesterday my mum discovered me during a theatre workshop she took part in. I was sitting there together with my best friend Squirrel between many properties waiting for our action...and then there was a woman looking at me and it was love at first sight!!! I asked the woman to take me with her, because I want to discover the world. The leader of the theatre workshop gave me as a present to my new mum and here I am! Unfortunately Squirrel wanted to stay and work on as a property, so we had to say goodbye. We will meet again, I'm sure!
I love dandelion and on our way to my new home mummy showed me thousands of flowering dandelions, wow! She told me that she loves dandelion as well and let it thrive in her garden...very likeable!

Today afternoon mum showed me my new home village: Neuenbeken near Paderborn. We took a walk round Neuenbeken and I - being a nature lover- was enthusiastic about the big trees and little flowers!
And now I'm very anxious to get to know [/tv]Hermann and Walt Duck[tv], another TVs who will tell me about their experiences. We are waiting for their return, they visited a football match today.

Sorry, I had some difficulties with the keys...of course I wanted to say we are waiting for Hermann and Walt Duck...

And this is Neuenbeken!

In the evening I introduced myself to all the stuffed animals sitting on mummy's sofa and to Hermann and Walt Duck, hosted by mum and dad. While they told me about their TV-experiences I asked myself whether I was too small for travelling 
But suddenly Mike the mouse turned up and told me the most important thing was not to be tall, but to be great...and so I had new hopes to become a good TV 

And now I'm waiting for an invitation...world, I'm coming!

Yesterday Hermann, Walt Duck and I made an excursion to Bad Lippspringe by bike.
First we visited one of the rivers running through Bad Lippspringe and one of the pump rooms with curative water.
And there was a ruin of a castle, much older than I...
On the way back home we made a rest, of course in a dandelion field!   
We discovered a playground and tested the whole equipment, very funny!
The world is wonderful!

The die is cast! I'll travel to Finland!!! 
Oh, I'm so excited!

Today my adventure begins! I wraped up my pilgrim shell and said goodbye to my new friends. Cause I'm fragile, I'll travel in a film box.

Greetings from sunny Finland!



Though I arrived just a few days ago I've had a lot of fun. Yesterday I was with my host and another TV, Barnabas in a old forest. I think that if elves and fairies do exist they live in that forest. Here are some picks from the magic forest:

Then we went to an old observation tower. From there we saw the town and the forest. The tower was nice and it was fun to climb up to it. There was also a funny bear statue. Here are picks from there.

Greetings from Sweden!
Me, Barnabas and our host spent a short holiday in Sweden. Firstly we flew to Stockholm and then we traveled by train and bus to a town called Södertälje. The following day we spent hanging around in Södertälje.

And soon it started to rain so...



... it was time for a big mug of tea and a fresh sandwich!

The next day was the national Day and we went to Stockholm. There was a lot of people and a lot of stuff happening. There are the picks from that day.

Then it was time to fly back.

Yesterday was a fun day. My host mum had her birthday, so me Barnabas, host mum and her best friend had a picnic. The weather wasn't as warm as we hoped but it didn't stop us. We ate some candies, cookies, lemonade, grapes and Karelian pie. When the sun came  out for few minutes, we took some photos.

The summer is here and I'm enjoying it with all my heart!
One day we had an idea to visit the local ski jump hill. I thought that we are going to meet some funny ski jumpers but no. The hill was an old one and a broken one also. I was a bit disappointed at first, but actually it turned out to be an interesting place.





One other day we had a tea party. Actually it was a goodbye-party, but I don't like to say goodbye. That is why I call it a tea party. We had a lot of fun and I got a new friend also!

Greetings from rainy Hämeenlinna. It has been a bit boring for the last few days. It has been raining and raining and oh, I almost forgot: raining. But we had a great idea how to have fun inside: we baked an apple pie! A French apple pie, so the recipe says. I have to admit that I have no idea what made it French...



I'd like to eat it already but host mom said that we have to put it in the oven first.



Though I tried my best I couldn't lift the pie to the oven.



I had to wait for 30 minutes just looking the pie in the oven. Horrible torture, I want to eat it already!



Finally it was the time to take it out. And we were ready!

Hello!
Yesterday we had a lot of fun. We had a big strawberry operation.
We had two big buckets full of fresh strawberries which our host had picked. First we had to clean them and then slice into boxes and then put to the freezer for the winter. It was a hard job but our reward was worth it: we could eat as many strawberries as we wanted!

I'm smaller than the berries!



Surrounded by strawberries, not bad at all.



I had to guard that the no one eats the slices.
