Hello Mum,
sorry that I didn't write yesterday. I was so tired. But now I will tell you about it.
I was in the city with Jenny. It was a very sunny day. We drunk a milkshake and we bought a postcard. On the postcard you can see the "Deutsches Eck" by night.
Mummy, we were in a shop, where we saw many stuffed animals. They are all waiting there for a lovely mum like you. I miss you. *kiss*
We went there, because we were looking for a little present for Lisa. I will give it to her, when she gets back from her holiday.
Later Jenny had a date by the doctor. In the meantime I was reading a newspaper. I had read a articel about a tiger. It was very interesting.
At the evening I went to Mc Donald with Jenny. She bought me a Happy meal

Hamburg, Germany - 7th August 2012
By: Wusels Sweet Home
Today was pretty busy!
After leaving the mini-scale-world we visited Hamburg harbour. I saw huge container ships as well as old sailing ships.
After that we took the subway to Blankenese, a very neat place with the famous Treppenviertel, which means s.th. like "stairs quarter". In fact there are plenty of stairs instead of streets among the houses. Very nice but pretty exhausting. Afterwards Mello and me took a break at the shore next to the river Elbe, which is very close to the north sea here.
In the evening we went back to the harbour to have diner in Hamburg's Hard Rock Cafe
Great food, great drinks and great music
Our table was decorated with on of Gene Simmons base guitars . There was plenty of other cool KISS stuff, as well from the Ramones or David Bowie.
One last pic from the roof of the Hard Rock Cafe, which is directly located in the "Landungsbrücken", and then back to the hotel. We all need some sleep now!

Let's go to our last day in Hamburg!
We started with a visit of the Speicherstadt, the oldest quarter in Hamburg with many old merchant and storage buildings. The Chile-house is what i liked most, because of its unique architecture which reminds you of a ship.
Afterwards we visited the Church of St.Michael with its famous tower, called Michel.
Further on we did a little break in a place full of other animals, we called them toyvoyager apprentices
We spent the afternoon on the Hamburg DOM, which is a huge fair. We did a tour with the big wheel, from where we had a great view over the whole city.

Nürburgring, Germany - 11th August 2012
By: Wusels Sweet Home
Hi there!
Today Thomas took me with him to the Nurburgring racetrack to the oldtimer race day
We saw all kinds of oldtimers, but in particular old race cars. Every hour the race changes to race cars from another period.
What i liked as much as the races was the fact, that you could enter the area, where all the cars and teams waited between the races.

Potsdam, Germany - 19th August 2012
By: Mareikingowicz
Hi dear mommy,
yesterday I arrived in Berlin. The journey was good and I´m very well now. Host mommy picked me up from the post office in the morning.
I meet Matsya and we did our first bike tour to Potsdam. The weather was really great. You can see me with Matsya in our travel box. From there we always had a good view.
We drove along the Havel river to Potsdam New Garden. There we visited Cecilienhof Castle. It is UNESCO World Heritage site since 1990 and is known for the Potsdamer Conference 1945.
In the New Garden you can see the Marble Palais as well. They finished the restoration maybe 3 years ago. So it loks very beautiful. Behind the Palais is a small lake the Holy Lake in Postdam. The water is very clear and a lot of inhabitants going to swim in the sea. On the other side of the lake you can see a lot of villas. There live Günther Jauch ( a famous German TV Master) and Wolfgang Joop ( a Designer).
We did a small break as well and eat some apricots. Yummy.
Very soon I will write a bit more dear mommy.
Kisses to you,
yours Alf

Berlin, Germany - 28th August 2012

Hey mommy,
on Sunday afternoon we (Matsya and me) did a very cool trip to an old airport in Berlin - Airport Berlin Tempelhof. It is located directly in city center and some years ago it was still in use.
Now it is a big, big park where you can go by bike, by skates you can run, do a barbecue you can fly a kite and more. The Berliner join the free time here and love the park very much.
The old airport building you can even visit and you get a lot of information about the airport history. Unfortunately we hadn´t enough time and couldn´t go there.
Next week I already will start my journey to my last stop in our round robin. How the time goes. It is amazing. On the one hand I´m a bit sad that my journey will be at the end very soon, but on the other hand I´m happy to see you soon mommy.
Kisses your Alf
