Travelog for: Schäfchen

This is my home. 
Before going on travel I'd like to show you some aspects of my everyday-life.

Most of the time I live with my furry friends in a big green tent.


Butvery often I sleep in little Lisa's bed as well 

Here I am on the way to Kobern-Gondorf. Little Lisa is taking riding-lessons there.

You can the the beautiful mosel valley in rainy weather.

This time I was allowed to sit on the horse myself. His name is Anton. Lisa says he is a little lazy.

Tonight i am an assistant cook 
Yummy, this is one of Lisa's and my favorite meals! I love carrots...

While diner is getting ready I was allowed to watch TV with Lisa.


BTW, this is the horseshoe the farrier gave to me as a souvenir yesterday.

Today I did some baking with little Lisa.
Delicious chocolate cake with plenty of decoration. 
We're going to have it tomorrow. Lucky me!

Today we had the cake. Delicious!

This morning we did a trip to beautiful Burg Eltz.
I was very excited becaus this was my first trip to a castle.
Unfortunately it was a little rainy, but the castle was great!

Before going home we had a stop at the Nürburgring Raceway.
I met a little driving ace bear!

[tv]Alf is coming. 

Today I start my journey. Mummy put me something to drink and to eat in my carton. I hope that the journey isn't so long. I am very exciting.

Berlin I am coming .... 

Hello mommy,

as you know I had a bit delay on my round robin. But finally I arrived in Berlin. I´m so happy  about that.

I had to wait one day at the post office, because host mommy didn´t was at home when I arrived. But it was ok, because the post office had an air condition. Luck for me.

Host mommy picked me up and at home I was welcomed by her plushies and another tv – Matsya. He is a little bear from Switzerland. It is so good to know that I´m not the only one here and that I will have a lot of fun. Host mommy told me that I will meet Lucas Spoon (cupcakies brother) very soon. He is a male sheep and I´m a bit excited already. hehe






It was soooo hot today in Berlin and so Matsya and I took a sun bath and a real bath. Host mommy gave me her sun glasses. It was helpful, because the sun was burning. We really had a lovely first summer day in Berlin. Host mommy promised me that we will do a lot of different things and that I will see a lot of Berlin. Ui I hope that I can sleep.

Mommy can you see the monster rain drops? Oh what a pity. Yesterday it was such a good weather and today? I´m sad that I cannot see Berlin today. But don´t worry about me – host mommy had a perfect idea. We baked some ginger-almond cookies. Here you can see me. They were so delicious.

First of all we had to weight the ginger, the butter, flour and sugar. Than we had to rasp the ginger and we put some milk into a small bin.
The next step was to melt the butter and to put the sugar to the butter. Everything had to melt now. Than we put the pan from the stove and we put the flour, the ginger and the almonds inside. We had to stir all the ingredients.

After that I could prepare the baking tray already. We had to wait just for 10 minutes. Ui the cookies where so yummy. Unfortunately I burned myself a bit because I couldn´t wait long enough. But host mommy gave me a cool package and everything is fine again.

Hey Mommy,

last time I told you about Lucas Spoon. Do you remember?
Today was the day I could meet him. 

The first minutes I was very excited to see him. But he is a lovely guy. As you can see he baked some brownies and cookies. I was really suprised and happy. We talked a lot about our sheep life and it was very interesting.

He even gave me a small present - some heart shapend gummy bears. It was sooo lovely that I had to give him a small kiss. 

As we finished to eat we played Settlers of Catan. I let him win. After that we sit on the sofa and we were speaking the whole evening. As I got cold he even gave me a blanket and warmed me. Isn´t he cute?

I think the next days will be very good here in Berlin.

Hi Mommy,

today we went to the Beer Festival in Berlin between the subway stations Frankfurt Gate and Straußberger Square. The festival is every year there and I heard it is always funny.

The first building is a big house along the Karl-Mary Street in Berlin. A beautiful building. 

You can see me with a lot of different beers we tried. Very good. A small snack we had was a lard bread. It was soooo yummy you can´t believe that.

And do you what happened? I met Patrick from Spongebob. I was so happy to see such a famous celebrity. He was a funny guy and we had a lot of fun together.

Later I was tired and host mommy carried me in her tv bag.

Hi mommy,

I hope you are well. Yesterday I went with host mommy to Potsdamer Platz. It´s a new area in Berlin, because during the the Cold War in Germany there was the wall and nothing more. During the 90ties the area was reconstruceted with new hotels, a shopping mall, offices and apartments. At the pictures you can see me as well in the Sony Center. It looks amazing. Besides the Sony Center there is a Legoland as well. He we did a photo with a huge giraffe. 

Nearby is the Kultur Forum located - the big yellow house is the famous Berlin Philharmonie. The last pictures show me in front of the new National Galary. Because we went there very early the day we coulnd´t go inside. It was still closed. Maybe I can see it next time in Berlin.

Mommy, today I will go further with my journey. Host mommy will bring me to the post office later the day.
