Hi Mum,

I have arrived!!! I am a bit thinner but in good health! I am off now to use my hypnotic powers to get my host to take some photos and we will put them up tomorrow!!

Hi Mum,

See my hypnotic powers worked!!! Yay!! I met all the other TV's who are here, Suomi-boy, Mr Shaun, Kali and Napoleon and of course Cyril - he is resident here and greets all the new TV's - sometimes he gets to go out with us too!


Having a chat with Napoleon - he wants to make and eat cake too so maybe I can put my hypnotic powers to good use!!

Cyril is very nice Mum!

Hi Mum,

Today we had a big outing and did many exciting things!!!
First we helped Mr Shaun achieve a life mission and it was a little scary but I was ok!!
Here is where we started

This is the Eureka Skydeck building - it is the tallest building in the Southern Hemisphere, we are going to the 88th floor! And the lift only takes 38 seconds to get there!!! Boy!

and here I am up the top! Looking along the Yarra River away from the city


the main part of the city is behind us - we are on the window ledge which is on the floor!! Talk about floor to ceiling windows Mum!! 

Here I am on the outdoor viewing deck behind me is Port Phillip Bay

Back down again Mum, looking at the giant bees on the building!

Hi Mum,

Here I am crossing the Yarra River - I am told there is a church to visit on the other side!! Could be a visit towards a life mission Mum!! 


On the way I had a photo with the Paparazzi Dogs - a sculpture in Federation Square - there are 4 or 5 of these dogs - the others have cameras!

Here we are Mum - St Paul's Cathedral.

Hey Mum,

I had a visit to a huge shop that sells fabric, household goods like curtains, pillows etc and all kinds of craft and wool!! So not technically a wool shop but nearly!

Back in the city today to do some classes at the Paper and Scrapbooking Fair at the Melbourne Exhibition Building

Hey Mum!!!!

I used my wonderful hypnotic powers and today I achieved a LIFE MISSION

Here I am at the Melbourne Zoo!! I am soooooo happy!! 

behind me here there are lions sleeping in the grass - I hope you can see them - it is about 34 degrees C today so the animals are very sleepy!!

the pelicans are ok though

we are on our way into see the seals now


behind Napoleon and I are some fish only in this photo you can only see us!!

there goes one!

only reflections here!! 

Ah! There is a Banjo shark - they are very curious and come to the top of the water to have a look at you!  They are gentle and harmless.

look at this cute sea horse - it went yellow while I was watching it!

off into the jungle now Mum!

there is a gorilla lying on the ground behind me - snoozing I think!

off to see the elephants now Mum... some family maybe? 

they are way over the other side of their enclosure eating! We have a great view of elephant bottoms!

there is a new baby elephant at the Zoo but it was inside having a rest from the visitors when I was there! 


next we visited the orang-utans - they were sleepy too

the giraffe were out and about and eating 

I said hello to some zebras

and look Mum!! A koala up a gum tree! Koala's are always sleepy so this is normal even on a cold day!! 

too hot for the wallabies, they are all asleep in the shade

this emu was resting in the shade too

some interesting sculpture!  Off for a cold drink and a rest in the air conditioned car now!!

Sadly my hypnotic powers haven't produced any cake making but I did find these today.....

and one of Sue's TV's arrived home today - it is Buddy

we all gave him a big hug hello!!

Hi Mum,

Today is International Women's Day and we are at school for a lunch (Yep I have seen cakes!!) and a talk by the local Federal Politician, Joanne Duncan. There are also ladies from the community here to talk to the female Year 12 students

Now for that cake!!

Hi Mum,
Today we are visiting Ballarat Wildlife Park and I met a kangaroo


I learned stuff about koalas



and the Tasmanian Devil

here is one. They make a horrible screaming/growling noise and their ears glow red in the sunshine!

I also met a young wombat - she is about 6 years old and weighs 25kg, fully grown she will weigh 40kgs!! 

these are not Australian, they are American alligators but we took a photo anyway! 

I met a very handsome lizard

and saw koalas in the gum trees


the kangaroos are resting in the shade, it is a very hot day today!


Off home now for a rest and a cool drink!!
