Today we visited a highlight of Tenerife: The Loro Parque.

Ohhh, I love this beautiful Zoo with lots of parrots, the Sealions, Dolphins and even Orcas. And only there you can visit the worlds largest Indoor-Penguin Hall.

We had very impressive encounters with the confiding kakatoos and had fun to have conversations with the keas

Today we met some new friends of us, two young sharks and a lovely little orca girl want to join our band

They were brought by a funny car of the Loro Parque, the so called Orca-Beetle

Today we went to the south of Tenerife, to a famous pilgrimage destination named Candelaria. It is a small town at the seaside with a huge cathedral where a black madonna is inside.

But we were more interested in the promenade, where are huge statues of the menecies, the chiefs of the native people of thenerife, the guanches.

When the spanish soldiers discovered in the 14th century th islands to conquere the canaries, they exterminated the guanches

From Candelaria we drove further to the South, to the Pyramides of Güinmar. About 20 years ago the people there discovered fragment of ancient pyramides, estimated built by the guanches.

The norwegian anthropologist Thor Heyerdahl studied the place very intensively and spent some years on tenerife.

There he founded the Ethnografical Park of the Pyramides of Güimar.

Today is our last day here in paradise. We had wonderful two weeks here with warmth, sun, beach activities, joy, happiness and a lot of fun.

Perhaps we will come back next year?

Good Bye, Tenerife

At Home again...
Uhhhhuuuu, i miss the warmth, the sun and the colours of tenerife soooo much...

And i miss the service of proper made beds and clean rooms and i miss the opulent breakfasts with omletts....

But i have found a souvenir, that reminds me on the nice holiday a little bit: the sweet condensated milk

...Well...hmpf...I can not exactly remember what happend to me the last two days but I was found by Helmut here in the Chinese part of the botanical Garden of Bochum...

...And  I have a headache...Ooooohhh...
...Can´t caused by only consuming a little bit of this sweet milk???

The mystery of my disappereance for two days seemed to be solved.

From unknown source I got pictures by mail, where I was having a grandious party

What a Party!!!...Sorry, I can´t remember with who and where...
Must have been somewhere in a skittle hall??

Today I was a little bit sad because HelmutBluepant went on to his first journey on his own...without me...

Oh my lovely dear Helmut, will You think of me in the far?
I promise You I will always be brave and look forward when You come back soon...

Huuuhuuu....and it is Valentines Day when You have to leave....

Today I was very happy, because our very first guest, Fabler Björn, came from Mosbach to visit us.

He is a quite cute nice guy and I think, we could have fun together

When Fabler Björn and me came back from the market, we had a big surprise:Soeren, a handsome and funny elk came as our second guest and we loved him from the very first moment we saw him

Woow, what for wonderful eyes he has got...his view melted me away...

And we got our first Yoga-lesson by him
I was very proud to present him a new excercise: My famous earstand

Today we plushies did the cooking and we made two salads:

Fabler Björn did the tomato-mozarella-salad and Soeren worked hard to create the cucumber-salad with natural yohgurt and green spices.

And I had the cruelest work to do: I had to cut the onions...

Today I introduced my guests to the rest of the plushie-gang.

All plushies from the cars, the house and even from work meet here sometimes to have a carousel-spin in our washing machine and they like it very much

...For me it is not necessary, because I did my secret bathing on my own...

And it was a good opportunity for Soeren and Fabler Björn to meet and make frinds . We had a wonderful evening alltogether on the warming bank in the bathroom.

Today we plushies decided to cook because we want to eat Spaghetti in a ver special kind, so called "Bolo Bergisch" with soup-vegetables, onions, sweet paprika, aubergine, zucchini, champignons and tomato-juice.

Soeren and Fabler Björn did a very well job as cooks and I did, of course, the supervision

And we had lot of work with but much more fun when we ate it.
Well, I had a small kind of noodle-accident

And it was sooo delicious, yum yum

Today I survived a very dangerous adventure: The ride on a black dogs back

But don´t worry, this is peños, the nice, patient and very friendly dog of strunkis best and longest friend
